(Due be noted that me and my friend went at 3:30ish in the morning) Me and my friend walked in and no one that was working there was to be seen in the front, or the lobby and we stood there for a minute. Once realizing no one was coming we started looking around for a employee. My friend got the attention of the manager and he asked her if she could seat us, and she rudely answered him with a smart mouth answer. My friend ordered a burger and asked for it to be medium rare, and the waiter came back saying«I’m sorry sir but would you like it to be cooked medium or medium well. It’s against health code for us to cook your burger medium rare. My friend blew it off, but we both looked at each other knowing that is complete BS that they can cook the burger to medium rare. When given our food they cooked my eggs wrong, and completely gave me the wrong pancakes. I ordered the cinnamon pancakes and was given ordinary pancakes. The manager was a smart mouth to us the whole time we were there. Honestly I wouldn’t go back for I have never been treated that terrible and screwed over in my order. Me and my friend both agreed we would of rather gone to Waffle House and be treated better and given food that may have been equal in quality but tastier for all the grease.

Today I ate at Denny’s. I ordered the Siracha Burger with Fries and the Lava Cake. The food was great but they need to improve on customer service. Very slow service for a Sunday afternoon around 1:00 pm.

Dead on Black Friday when every other restaurant I went by looked packed. i guess people have been bitten too hard by the atrocious service here and quit coming. I was in the mood for a burger, and the $ 6 value burger was pretty good. Too bad they removed it from the menu(not just off of the value menu but missing completely). I asked about it and got some strange non-answer. «We still have a regular burger, but it is not listed on the menu.» I asked if it was still $ 6 and instead of answering me she started telling me what was on it and that it came with fries. I asked again if it was still $ 6. «Um, no I think it is around $ 7.99.» I probably should have just got up and left, but I didn’t. What was served was fine, but as always the service was crap. To add insult to injury the waitress explained that she was having a contest with her boss to see if she could sell 25 pieces of pie or something. I don’t effing care. If I want pie, I’ll order it. Don’t try to hustle with that kind of rediculous hook.
