Miami is expensive, but somehow this place didn’t get the memo. $ 7 pitcher of beer??? We drank a lot and I think our tab was $ 40. They had a menu and people were ordering, but we were full. Not much more to say, good beer, nice people, cheap.

A great spot in the middle of Art Deco Miami to have a beer play pool and Air hockey. Even better when it is one of several opening parties for 70000 tons of metal. thank u lost weekend

Amazing Philly cheesesteaks and fries! Eagles fans are welcome :) great dive-y atmosphere. Pool tables, a few draft selections, great craft selection in bottles and a very smiley bartender named Holly! They serve food until 4am. Only thing I didn’t like about it was the smoking in the bars but that happens down here and wouldn’t turn me off enough to not come back. Next time I go I want to try the tots and the pizza. I recommend stopping by this place at least once. A very diverse group of people so I think anyone would feel comfortable there.

Great prices on beer 12 dollars for a pitcher. Wanted to try the nola style food but when I went to the bathroom I saw a massive roach walk right into the kitchen and people were there and I’m sure they saw it but no one did anything so I’m assuming that’s a norm and decided against eating. Roaches are my phobia. Will come back for a beer? If I can stop getting goosebumps from imagining the roach.

Great prices especially for Sunday games. We enjoyed the time and local bar flavor. Go Broncos! The food was great. The service a little slow.

Nice place, I can dig it. We came before ten and it was chill; fun music, pool tables, air hockey and foosball. $ 7 G&T $ 9 Local IPA Not cheap by any means, but not a totally tourist trap either. Seemed to be more of a local crowd vs. Out of towners. At ten their music changed to more club music, I found it a bit obnoxious, but the bar definitely got more crowded at about the same time. I’d come back early when it’s truly just a dive bar, with an expanded bottle beer selection, games and chill vibe.

We came here on a Monday and it was the first time we had been here. Here to celebrate a friends birthday they were serving 1 $ beers and they pool tables and air hockey! This bar is connected to the one next to it, not sure if they are named the same but they were doing a drag show! How fun! We had a great time and would def come back.

We stopped in here while exploring the neighborhood bar options. It is exactly as described by other reviewers– a casual punk rock pool hall. Social D and Misfits on the jukebox, a few people shooting pool, reasonably priced drinks. We couldn’t stand to let the air hockey table sit by itself in the corner, and had to feed it a few bucks. Always nice when the air hockey machine is actually well-maintained. :)

Enjoyable dive. Good specials. Fun atmosphere. I usually enjoy coming here, not so much recently. Half the Bartenders are polite and personal. The other half are the opposite. Heard a couple of them laughing about a customer’s body. The poor girl heard and was devastated. heard the food was awesome, but I usually find at least one roach the size of a mouse when I go. so I’m not going to go that route. I come to play pool and meet friends… it’s really a fun place, but the negative aspects are starting to overtake the charm of being one of Miamis divey gems. Gonna give it a break then try again

This is a chill and laid back atmosphere. The bar is filled with pool tables, features different programs on the TVs & plays a fun mix of current hip-hop & pop hits. I really liked the music but was hoping to be able to dance but the venue was so crowded with guests, most of whom were playing pool. I would have had more fun had that been what my group and I were interested in doing. Still, a fun venue to go with a group on a Wednesday for ladies night. Keep in mind the drinks you can order with the tickets are limited.

5 stars for the air hockey table and 6 free drink tickets for ladies night! While this place might be a dive it was exactly what I needed on a Wednesday night. Music was great and it’s a plus that they serve food. This place is connected to Kill Your Idol next door. Really enjoyed hanging out in both spots. The ratio was probably 60⁄40 guys to gals. Only downside is people smoking inside.

I dont get out to south beach often, but when i do, i try to make it a point to get out to this spot. Find a seat at the bar, have a pitcher or draft, vibe for a bit, and be out.

Cheap drinks and great atmosphere!!! How can you say no to delicious affordable drinks??? I am NYC gal and I’m used to paying for every thing double in NYC! So when I walked in and ordered a drink and was only charged $ 7 I was in shock!! My favorite is sour amaretto(it’s always been every where I go) lol if you stop by south beach and you just want to have some drink at a chill place … Definitely go here!!!

At the recommendation of a local, we stopped by Lost Weekend/Kill Your Idol on a Wednesday Ladies Night. Free cover and open bar till 2am for the girls. We had great cocktails with dinner before we came, so it was a tough comparison drinks-wise and these pours tasted rather weak, but they were free. Good music + pool tables and foosball + $ 2 jello shots = relaxed fun in the heart of SoBe

Incredible place to have some beers playing pool… they have this special day in the week(i think is Sundays) where a beer costs only 2 bucks… so imagine… the security guy(a big big one) becomes your friend after chatting 2 minutes always if you r nice ;) if not he can be the hell itself…

Went here for the ladies night on wednesday and they had great 90’s music playing all night. This is a really cool spot to hang out that is large enough for there to be a lot of people and still have space and places to lean or sit which is cool. Lots of different things to do inside like pool tables, bar games, and even arcades. They offer bar food like for example pizza’s, wings, and po boys. This is the perfect spot to start off a night for a drink or for a night cap after going to wherever you went earlier.

We came here on our one night adventure, looking for more down-to-earth dive-like bars. The bouncer was certainly entertaining and gave us a little insight into the area and what types of crowds to find and where to find them. We headed in and were immediately greeted by quite a mish-mash of people. There was a girl that was obviously attempting to be Iggy Azalea; a girl in a completely unbuttoned button down, tucked into a mini skirt that showed most of her butt; serious pool sharks; a crowd of birthday celebrators; and just people looking to have a drink and play some pool. I’ve never played pool, so we decided that night would be when I’d learn. The crowd made me comfortable and I wasn’t embarrassed to be fumbling my way through the game, which was incredibly appreciated. The bartender was super nice. Especially because I was confused about the name of the place – the bar area and the kitchen have different names – and I’m sure that’s something that he gets a lot and can be annoying. Overall, the vibe was great and I’d definitely come back.

While visiting Miami beach we asked some locals for good hole in the wall and they recommended this place. Ok blow my mind! No cover, six free drink tickets! They told us to ask for Ray and he was so nice and fun. Everyone was in s good mood here and so friendly! They had a great beer selection, but only well drinks were included on the free drink deal, no worries! Who can complain about FREEDRINKSINSOUTHBEACH??? We met a lot of fun friendly people. Def a laid back attitude. We even saw the guy that recommended the place and he was all«Hey!!» Fun times! Don’t forget to tip Ray for your free drinks ladies!!!

Over the decade I’ve spent in Miami, Lost Weekend has been the bar I’ve frequented the most. My first weekend in town, living in an old one bedroom walk-up with a window a/c unit and no parking, my dear old college friend suggested we grab some beers at his favorite dive. I met about a dozen of my sobe cool artist’s closest friends, got nice and toasted, spent a small fortune at the juke box, lost at a few games of pool, got my car towed, but won at life. Suffice it to say I have a healthy sense of nostalgia when it comes to Lost. My artist friend went on to bartend and hang his canvases on the walls and I spent more than a few more nights drinking till dawn at his bar. We stopped in too early on weekends walking home from the beach and too late on weekdays creating hangovers we would hate ourselves for the next day. The bathrooms are disgusting, the place smells like crap, and the bartenders aren’t all that friendly unless you know them. They serve pitchers of beer with zip lock bags of ice inside to keep it cold. Happy hour prices are great and Wednesday nights ladies drink free. If you’re not entertained by the video poker games or chalk bar just turn your head and watch the wild that is a south beach bar. Before(and after) Crobar, back and forth to Blue and then Kill your Idol, through all the club world changes, lost weekend remains. They started the free popcorn in bars trend and even serve up killer sandwiches out of their tiny kitchen. The drinks are strong and the party’s always on. Lost weekend is everything a good dive bar should be. If you don’t like it, I don’t like you and that’s that.
