Sat in drive-​thru for 35 minute. All while seeing several folks park, enter, and leave with food. Horrible service today and nowhere near the «freakishly fast» that they claim!!! Oh, and by the way, there was only 3 cars ahead of me the whole time.

Sandwich was delicious, online ordering was really easy and I timed the delivery… 13 minutes from ordering to eating! I’m impressed. It doesn’t get much better than that.

Freaky quick delivery! not sure if it has to due more to the fact that I only live about 5 minutes away via driving LOL. Anyways, I really enjoyed their «Turkey Tom» sand which. Whenever I order from them, I team it up with a pack of jalepeno chips along with a pickle. Speaking of pickles, they have the most juiciest, thick ones. I also enjoy their avacado spread, although they can be quite skimpy on portions at times. Jimmy Johns is pretty tasty but their food is pretty basic. I’d love if they added additional add ons. All in all, I’ll give them 3 stars. Major points for there speedy delivery times.

Love JJ subs! Don’t like the fact that they got rid of sprouts (the reason why I LOVE the sub in the first place) because of E. coli concerns an employee told me?! Don’t like their short delivery area… but that’s their choice! Kinda pricy, BUT the employees awesome attitudes every time I go here make up for that! Also LOVE the day old sub bread for super cheap!

By far the worst Jimmy John’s I have been to. I don’t expect 5 star service but I do expect to be looked at when placing an order and have the receipt place in my hand, not thrown at me.

Yes! This stuff is delicious and super freaking fast! They’re just super cheap on their avocado spread.
The staff is super nice and super fun so it’s nice stopping in and ordering.
This place is WAY better that subway because it’s clearly fresher and the bread is of WAAAAY better quality than subway.
Jimmy johns all the way!

Love the food here, so fresh and the place is always super clean! Needs to extend their delivery though! I’m literally 1.2 miles away, three houses down from the hospital, and JJ won’t deliver. :(

Huge fan of this place. Great delivery speed too, usually within 5 to 10 minutes from the time of order. Also, being able to order online is extremely handy. Food is great, just like all JJs should be.

I’m not sure how it happened, but stopping at Jimmy John’s for lunch before taking my daughter to preschool has become a Friday ritual. Sometimes we drive thru; sometimes we eat inside. It all depends on how tardy I’m feeling that day. ;)
The staff are very friendly and efficient. The sandwiches are delicious. The only reason they don’t get five stars from me is becomes sometimes, in North Dakota, you want a warm sandwich. The fact that the franchise doesn’t serve them really isn’t their fault.

They make an average sandwich. I don’t really find their quality to be any better than subway.
Unfortunately the only thing to compare them with IS subway; and in comparison: the sandwiches are smaller, the prices are higher and the selection of breads, meats and vegetables is more limited.
They aren’t bad, and they do deliver which makes them an ok option if you live nearby to use that service, but I wouldnt go out of my way to find the place either.

Maybe it’s just a mind-​trick, but I felt that when I ordered through the drive-​through that the bread for my sandwich was not fresh… and the bread and ingredients are the main reasons I prefer Jimmy Johns to places like Subway.
Jimmy-​Johns is my go-​to sandwich establishment, so I will give it another go in the coming weeks.
Maybe I will try ordering in the restaurant next time?
