Probably the most beautiful restaurant location and set up I have ever been to But $ 68 for just the steak without any sides and around of drinks costing you about $ 85 I’m here but bring your black American Express card too Love this place love the atmosphere totally worth coming to sit outside with the fire pit typical Hamptons spot

Everything was incredible — the food, the scenery, our service, the dessert. Come here on a week night to avoid the hectic crowds and wait times. The crab pasta was DIVINE(I didn’t even know I liked crab!) and the burrata was fresh, creamy, and perfectly complemented by the naan bread. Amazing meal

We love everything about this place! From the location on the beautiful rolling lawn all the way down to the private slice of beach. To the awesome local fresh food. The dreamy Kale Salad brings me back every year. #veryveggie is always very happy at The Crow’s Nest.

Def in my top three choices in town! Although the wait can take a while sometimes it’s definitely worth the wait. The fireplaces with cozy chairs adds a nice charm as well as the little beach you can walk to out through the back! The food is amazing and the staff is accommodating. Well worth to make at least one dinner date plan here!

The food here is fresh, flavorful, and exciting. The atmosphere is cool, relaxing, and trendy. The views of the lake are amazing. Definitely get a drink down by the lakeshore.

The restaurant is amazing! The space is open, airy, has a large yard that leads down to the beach bar with beach beds. Its outside area was perfectly lit by chic Christmas lighting. Very Hamptons feel mixed with worldly and rustic! We showed up and didn’t wait too long to be seated it was also a large group, but by the time we left the restaurant was full of people, and others were waiting to be seated. Service was fast and friendly. Food was okay, but wasn’t that amazing. Overpriced for what it is, but it’s the Hamptons. Looks like they had amazing drinks but I did not have the stomach to continue my day drinking. The downstairs beach bar is nice, its on grass for those who don’t like the sand. The sand portion of the beach is very short but is a gorgeous view during sunset. The line was pretty long. Highly recommend checking this place out if you are in the area.

All I can say is WOW! What an amazing hidden gem in Montauk! The Crows Nest is one of the coolest restaurant experiences I have ever had. To start, you walk up to the outdoor hostess stand which is right outside an adorable little boutique that sells all sorts of unique jewelry and beads. You can make your own custom bracelet there with beads from all over the world. I chose my beads prior to dinner and by the time we left, my bracelets were ready for pick up. They take no reservations, first come, first serve. So when we arrived, we had to wait about 20 mins for our table which was perfectly fine because they have a little beach front bar right down the hill from the restaurant, where we watched the sunset before dinner and had some rosè. Once our table was ready, we came back up and we were seated outside under a little hut surrounded by tall grass and tiki lights. Can you say… ROMANTIC! This place is just pure bliss… Now the food was also outstanding. Beautifully presented on unique Moroccan style plates and olive wood platters. The oysters, fresh ricotta, bass, and ribeye were all excellent. The portions are also very substantial. To start, we also shared the hummus, pita, quinoa, and babaganoosh platter which was very large and super delicious. The ONLY reason I am giving this place 4 stars and not 5 is because we waited almost over an hour for our entrees to come out. I understand kitchens get backed up but this was a little long to wait. Regardless, the ambience was amazing and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to wait a long time for my meal. Food, ambiance, décor, all gets 5STARS in my book. If you are going to Montauk for your anniversary or with your significant other, this is the most amazing, romantic place to go. It is truly a magical place!

The Crow’s Nest is if you took Bali and a resort where you receive a massage outside and then those things had a baby and it’s a restaurant. The energy at this place is ridiculous. It’s so relaxing, I could stay here for hours, which is what people do and why the tables don’t turn of fast, but who can blame them. It’s gorgeous, rustic décor sitting right on the water makes it a perfect relaxing leisurely meal. Walk down to the water’s edge after for cocktails and lounging in the chaises. My only complaint is that this area would truly be heaven on Earth with some soft vibey music. The food is excellent. I’ve tried a pasta, the halibut and some appetizers and everything was perfect. However, I’d say the reason to come here is the hang. Enjoy the journey not the prize.

As a homosexual, I had one of the most discriminatory experiences at Crows Nest. After a lavish dinner with 8 of my close friends, spending well over $ 2000, we decided to stick around for drinks. While we were enjoying each other’s company one of the hosts blurted out«what a bunch of fags»(3 out of the 9 of us are gay). I then confronted the man and he then began defending himself in french. I do not speak French. The management blatantly defended him and had the police escort us out. We are still in shock that such a remarkable establishment as this would treat their guests/customers the way they did last night.

The setting is divine for a relaxed, summer dinner. Hands down one of the best pasta dishes I’ve had in the last 10 years is the blue crab tagliatelle. It was perfection; chucks of crab with a perfectly light, flavorful, spicy sauce! Perfection. The ricotta with honey and bee pollen with grilled bread was a great way to start the meal. Friendly, casual service was a perfect match to the setting and style of this place! Can’t wait to return.

No trip to Montauk is complete without a sunset at the Crow’s Nest. Delicious and fun, loved the fluke crudo(YUM!) and my perfectly seasoned ribeye — really friendly staff this year and love the new drink menu. If it’s crowded, it’s crowded — what are you gonna do?

Valet parking only. But as soon as you walk up to the hostess alongside the courtyard with outdoor benches, a fire pit and view of the lake you’re sold. Service is pro and suitable for the high-end clientele. We shared a NY Strip cooked and seasoned perfectly and a great bottle of Barolo to wash it down. We could have stayed the night and did take our wine out to the fire pit after our meal to relax and enjoy the evening air. Memorable meal and location. Worth the price, check it out.

Monk fish Ceviche and Tagliatelle with Calabrian chili, after a summer rental beach bar drink and sunset. I’ve fallen in love! After a gorgeous dining experience don’t forget to check the merchant store!

I don’t often give 5 stars but this was hands down 5 stars and i like to give credit where credit is due! Went with my parents around 6:30 on a Wednesday in August. Waited about 45 minutes– just enough time to get a drink and hang outside and take in the views, explore(highly recommend checking out the bar on the beach). Everything from the drinks to the food to the service to the atmosphere was perfect. My parents aren’t the easiest to please and they enjoyed everything. We ordered the kale sprouts(which blew my mind), grilled octopus, and burrata to start. The burrata had sliced radishes that were dyed pink in the middle?!, and tomatillos, so fresh(all locally grown produce from Balsam farms) you could taste the difference and the combination of all the flavors together was awesome. For entrees we had the halibut(a pretty hefty portion too) which came atop lentils, the spare ribs(i tihnk thats what my dad had?- he loved it– and a huge portion) which came atop curried cauliflower, and the sea scallops. For dessert we got the flourless chocolate cake, which was not the best one i’ve ever had and a little over-salted for my tastes, but that doesn’t mean the plate didnt get licked clean. All in all a great experience with fresh, healthy and delicious food. Note: they do not take reservations, even for large parties!

First time at this popular restaurant. Food was good but may have been an offnight(Wed — mid week) wait staff kept me waiting 15 minutes to order(welcome to Montauk) Was told to order the crispy kale sprouts to start. Good but one note. Tried the garlic short ribs which were good, not overly garlicky. Would do better with more fresh seafood on the menu. Location is STUNNING. Beautifully done with a walk to a bar by the water.

An excellent dining option in Montauk for something fun, fresh and off the beaten path. The cocktails are delicious, and the service reflects the vibrant, eclectic vibe that the Crow’s Nest aims to deliver. The food blends modern American fare with a slight Moroccan lean, and the fresh oytsters with salsa verde sauce are a particular highlight. If you’re in Montauk for more than two days, eat here. And have a drink outside next to the bonfires while you’re at it.

This place is THE best spot to eat in Montauk, and one of the best places I’ve eaten in GENERAL. Although on the pricey side, you absolutely get what you pay for! The décor and view of the water is beautiful — it’s supposed to resemble a South African theme inside, but it just looks modern to the untrained eye. Very spacious with a nice bar inside as well. The service and food was all perfect. The raw bar tower is something truly divine, and the cocktails tailored to their space were also really good.(I’m a bourbon kind of guy). They also have an outdoor seating area, where you get a great view and have a nice, in-ground fire pit to keep you and your crew warm. Again, coming here, expect to have a hefty bill — but for the great meal and the view of the water after sinner, you really cannot beat it.
