I love this place. The location is always clean and well up kept. The staff is very friendly, Jackie at the front desk is great, she always does her best to get you in. I have been coming here for years. Brittany M is AMAZING! Not only does she perform great massage but she is educated and passionate about her profession. I would recommend this location to anyone!

I have been a member for over a year. I have tried many massage locations. By far the best value is at Elements. They do not charge extra for deep tissue and the price/​min is much better value when you book for over an hour.
I have always had a positive experience and felt relaxed after each massage. If they have availibilty, sometimes I extend them.
Ask for Heather, Victoria, Ashley… Jacky at the front desk has always been patient and helped me reschedule as long as I give a 24 hour notice.
It’s great having a place to go when I am stressed or sore.

Overall, my experience was a good one. I was able to book a couple’s massage at the last minute for a Saturday afternoon. My massage therapist (Brittany M.) was great. My massage was invigorating and relaxing, no complaints. My boyfriend stated that his massage therapist had great technique but that it was very hard for him to fully relax and enjoy the experience as a whole because of the foul odor coming out of her mouth.

Tried Elements yesterday when I was experiencing a lot of back pain. I called on a Saturday morning asking if they has any cancellations or were able to work me in, fully expecting them to say no and be booked, but they let me choose from two open slots. The place was nice, clean and new, and the staff was really friendly. I wasn’t explained or told the options for the different massages (including times, style, etc.) and ended up just telling the therapist what my problems were and she designed accordingly. It was worth the price overall and I felt amazing leaving, but was not conducive to the spa like environment that I like, so I may try a few more places.
