We arrived in Garden City late Saturday night, and on Sunday I got to choose a place for my family to take me to lunch or dinner. Since my favorite food is always fish/seafood, and we’re at the Southern Strand, it was going to be seafood. Garden City is just five miles north of Murrell’s Inlet and I found quickly through TripAdvisor a few good restaurants. Most didn’t open until four, one wasn’t open on Sunday at all. Several had prices of entrée’s ranging North of $ 30. I did a Google Search and found this restaurant on Google listed high, and studied more about it. I noticed the dinner menu topped out at $ 20 pretty much and several tempting entrée’s were South of $ 20. Plus Flounder Francais caught my eye: fresh flounder with lemons, capers and linguine. Or seared Ahi Tuna in black and white sesame seeds and Teriyaki sauce and wasabi. Or seafood baskets for $ 15.95 on the back of the menu below sandwiches. Or Fried Green Tomatoes with Pimento cheese and/or Spicy ranch. So we called, got a reservation – it’s pretty much at the southern end of restaurants in Murrells Inlet. Our party of three sampled all of the things we just listed and absolutely every one of them was exceptional. My wife said the rare seared Ahi Tuna in black and white sesame seeds was the best she’d ever had. The fried shrimp basket was great and I loved the Flounder Francais. We even tried the Aunt Ema’s grilled pecan bourbon cream cheese pound cake, It was all excellent, the service was exceptional too. We’ll be back this week and my wife is taking another group of friends back here in September. On a scale of 10, I’d give it a 10.

What a great meal! The service was the best from the moment we sat down until we left. Can’t wait to go back!

My family came across this place while visiting for my sisters wedding. A group of about six of us enjoyed a tasty late lunch on the back deck. There was a good variety and the sweet tea was great. We all got something different and we each enjoyed it; from fried flounder to the French dip! Our waiter was new, but he was friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Excellent views of the marshes if you can get a seat on the back deck. My husband, Californian born and raised, loved it.

We’ve had dinner here twice. Great food, relaxed friendly vibe, great wait staff. Very low key with excellent excellent excellent food! Tonight we had grouper stuffed with crab meat, and shrimp and grits as entrees. Both were sensational! Do not miss the bourbon pound cake desert, preferably ala mode. This is worth the trip all by itself. This place is a bit under the radar compared to big fancy restaurants in murrells and I hope it stays that way so we can continue to enjoy the wonderful food and ambiance. Highly recommended!!!

Finally tried dinner here on the patio with the kids. The breading on the flounder and onion rings is so light it is wonderful! Po boys, both shrimp and flounder were very tasty on excellent rolls. The view and the breeze were great. If you choose to eat inside you might want a jacket, though.

Had dinner here July 2015 and had a great experience. Came back May 2016 and was disappointed. The patio felt a little dirty, my grandma’s coffee was served cold and waiter said they were out and couldn’t make more. I ordered the trigger fish and it was way too salty. I kindly told the waiter to let the chef know and he was polite but his response was that Southerners go heavy on the salt. I was sad as I thought I found a great local/non touristy place but I’ll go elsewhere next time.

We have dined here four or five times now. The view is great and most of the food is good. The service can be spotty. Make sure you don’t go at Lowtide because like most restaurants on the marsh the odor takes your appetite away.
Negatives are the cheap uncomfortable plastic chairs on the deck. They need high pub chairs so that the view is not blocked by the rail on the deck. The wooden booths inside have plastic life preservers for padding and are horribly uncomfortable. My girlfriends elderly mother had to leave because of it. Positives are delicious oysters Rockefeller and their clams. Everything else I’ve tasted has been decent to good. Very relaxed atmosphere but a little pricey for uncomfortable seating.

Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner in the bar. Wonderful fried green tomatoes(my first ever). The fish tacos were very good and the server was very attentive. We would recommend.

Wow. We stumbled across Graham’s Landing and the atmosphere, service and food was outstanding. Strip and grits are the best.

I went back and forth between a 3 and a 4. Food was OK, not great, prices were medium to high. Not much of a selection of seafood. The saving grace was the small feel and local charm. Staff was wonderful. Definitely not a bad place, but our experience did not leave us planning a return trip.

We are local and decided to try Grahams for dinner, we have been here twice before for lunch and have enjoyed lunch much more than the dinner– food and service. Our server tonight was ok — the hostess was so kind to wipe our table with a paper towel.ew. We waited quite awhile for a tiny warm wilted salad in a tiny plastic cafeteria bowl. Husband had the Swordfish special– grilled, fish was cooked well but the twice baked potato appeared to have been on the shelf for quite awhile. I enjoyed my Linguini Alfredo with chicken, however the chicken was dry and did not taste freshly grilled. So a bit disappointed about dinner but we would probably stop back for lunch.

There are so many great restaurants in the area. Don’t waste your time on this one. The view on the back deck is beautiful but that is kind of the norm in the area. My husband and I came in, asked if we could sit on the back deck. They said sure they’d be right out. 20+ mins later my husband went inside to use the bathroom, and they sort of aggressively said they hadn’t forgot us but she was busy. There were less than ten people in the place but whatever. I got a crab cake sandwich. It was awful. So mushy, flavorless, mainly breading. I was starving so I ate it anyway, but I left sad. My husband got a chicken sandwich which was fine. Not great but fine. My favorite part was the bathroom had a salt scrub that made my hands really soft.

Just pulling into town and starving, Graham’s landing was simply the closest restaurant. My husband, who spent childhood summers in myrtle was unfamiliar and therefore had reservations about eating in Murrel’s inlet. Three weren’t many diners at the 4 o clock hour, but the staff was extraordinarily friendly, and accommodating to my toddler, which is always a plus when dining out with her. We ordered quesadillas, fish tacos and wings. While not the most inventive menu, everything was solid, and delicious. The weather was freezing, even for February, so we couldn’t eat on the deck, but it was a nice view even from inside

The first thing that’s apparent when coming to Grahams is that this is a local’s place. The food and service were awesome and the price was so much more reasonable than the majority of restaurants on the water. The She Crab soup was the best I’ve had so far.

Graham’s is a cute little place set in a great location with pretty marsh views. We arrived with a fairly large party(appx 12 people), and everyone really enjoyed their meals. Our waiter was friendly, efficient, and helpful. My husband and I ordered the grilled oysters for the appetizer and they were DELICIOUS. They were topped with Parmesan cheese and had a slightly smoky flavor. I ordered the grilled lobster tail special for dinner, which was a great bang for your buck at $ 26! It came with two grilled lobster tails, a side of green beans and I opted for a baked potato since both of the standard side options contained pork(twice baked potato contains bacon and the grit cakes contain andouille sausage) :(My husband ordered the stuffed shrimp and he was a bit disappointed. Considering the dish is priced at $ 19… the shrimp were very small and and the crabmeat stuffing was not very flavorful. I would definitely not recommend the stuffed shrimp! We sampled a few other dishes our friends ordered, including the fried dolphin fingers and the frosted flake crusted chicken fingers… both of which were very tasty. Also, if you use the restroom at any point, be sure to try their homemade handscrub… your hands will feel as soft as a baby’s skin. :)

Cute little restaurant with a «hole-in-the-wall» feel. The waitstaff is super friendly, knowledgable, and pleasant. Our group had 12 people with multiple different checks, and the waiter didn’t make one mistake. The food was very good with great portion sizes! I don’t eat seafood(I know, I’m weird), and usually when I go to seafood restaurants, there is only one non-fish option. It’s a different story here. Many burgers, sandwiches, wraps, salads, pastas, and finger foods that do not include sea food! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area again!

The shrimp boil was fabulous. We would go back there just for that. The meal portions were a good size and were very good. The service was good but our waitress had too any tables so there was a bit of a wait at the end and since we were trying to catch a movie it was a little annoying. My wife and I had the salmon and both were excellent. My son had the flounder and was not impressed. I tasted it and it was ok. Nice atmosphere. Nothing fancy. You can sit outside by the water.
