At the bar, this place is 5 stars. The bartenders/waiters at the bar are exceptional. They are regulars; you would think they owned the place. They know the food, the specials and how it’s prepared. The food is served fresh from the kitchen; it doesn’t wait. The food is very good. My husband LOVES their Beef Wellington. I like trying their GF specials. If I had to eat In the restaurant, I probably wouldn’t return. Poor service by the wait staff in the restaurant. Twice I had to talk to the bartender to find out which dishes were gluten free. The waiter pointed to the vegetarian dishes and said they were GF. I knew for a fact he was wrong and told him so. He said he’d check with the kitchen. He returned and said the seafood dishes were GF. Again, I knew he was wrong. At that point, I had to go to the bar and find out the real deal. It’s always much slower in the restaurant and the food just isn’t as good. You wait a long time for drink refills.

Half priced drinks and great sliders and also shrimp wrapped in bacon. Bartender has entire place well organized. Check in with him if you need a seat. We will be back next week.

I want to thank profusely the owner of T-Michaels for the honor provided to so many veterans yesterday on Veterans Day. My father is an 89-year-old Navy vet of World War II and had one of the best evenings in many years last night at your restaurant. You allowed veterans to order any entrée off the menu, which is unheard of in restaurants honoring veterans just for the publicity(such as a free blooming onion or three free chicken fingers, a cup of coffee, etc.), not to mention the free valet parking. Though I live in North Carolina, I spoke with him and my mother today and they were overwhelmed by the kindness and generosity shown by your restaurant… and they said one of the best things was that the food was amazing. I was laughing when my 85 yr old mother told me that she emailed all of her friends the website link for your restaurant so they could look you up and come there for dinner or at least a glass of wine. Being as old as they are, and living on a limited income, my mother is already planning to come back to order something off of your lounge menu which is a little less expensive and more in line with what they can afford… and she told her friends to do the same :-) Thank you SO much for yesterday. I’m sure it cost you greatly in lost revenue, but hopefully that will be made up many times over. The next time I am in Naples I know EXACTLY where I’m bringing my parents for dinner. Now that I think of it, I should call you for a gift certificate as a Christmas present to them.

My friend & I were treated to a free drink as a courtesy for shopping nearby. Happy hour turned into a satisfying small dinner. I had the«mini lobster roll» which was included for $ 9 on T-Michaels’ small plates, happy hour menu. The crowd who comes here obviously is in search of the good prices and luscious small plates. Ironically, however, be prepared to dress like your clothes are 6 hours old, and your Gemological Institute appraised jewelry doesn’t have time to linger in a wall safe. I could tell that the arriving distaff, to the person, was sizing up everyone in the place as they jockeyed for seats while pretending not to notice.

From beginning to end, the dinning experience I had here was delightful. Our party of two had a server named Mark who was very attentive and kind with a friendly smile. The wine selection was broad. To begin with the appetizer of crab cakes was mouth watering. For my main course, I had the bone in filet, which was very savory and prepared to perfection. My friend had the special which was the yellow tail snapper with lump crab meat on top with a cream sauce, she loved it and gobbled it up. The view of the bay was very serene. A clean a welcoming establishment. I will definitely be coming back.

I first have to say that I am shocked that this restaurant is only rated 3 stars this is definitely a 5 star restaurant! I recently dined at T-Michael’s when I was in Naples. I wanted to find a nice place to eat at since we were celebrating a special occassion. Im sure happy I picked T-Michaels. I have to say I was a bit skeptical at first since their reviews seemed to be mixed, which after dining I don’t understand because this has to be some of the best food and service that I have ever experienced at any restaurant in very long time. Once we arrived we were seated right away by the corner near the window, which was great because I had requested window seating. The overall ambiance of the place is very romantic. It is right on the water. Our server Josh was very friendly, and knowledgeable. He made sure that we were well taken care of. The owner of the restaurant came by and introduced himself he also brought over two of the most delicious shrimps I had ever tasted that were wrapped in bacon and with a side housemade bbq sauce. It was absolutely delicious! To start I had the lobster bisque, which was very rich and had actual lobster meat in it unlike some restaurants who serve it without. For my entrée I ordered the petit filet mignon and my bf at the time ordered the snapper that was stuffed with crabmeat with the double baked potato, which was on special. My meat was a bit more red than I usually like it but I didn’t care because both dishes were delicious. After dinner basically the whole staff came out and sung my bf happy birthday and presented him with a key lime pie. My bf also ordered an espresso. When we received the bill we were shocked to see how little we spent it was only $ 91.00 for two. They didn’t charge us for the shrimp, the desert, or the coffee. Their prices are very reasonable based on the overall location, atmosphere, and service plus with every entrée it includes potatoes and asparagus most fine dining restaurants charge everything al la carte and then you end up spending a small fortune. We will definitely be back our next visit to Naples!

DONTWASTEYOURMONEY! The one star is for the half priced bottle of Caymus. The prime rib is chewy like bubble gum and difficult to cut. Awful. Service is horrible. Had to find the manager just to get my bill. I’ve never been so unimpressed with the food… for the cost, you’d be better served getting the cheap wine, an app and going somewhere else for the main course!

Amazing deal for amazing dinner. Patrick once again took great care of us. Cod was cooked perfectly — tender, crispy, light, and clean-tasting. Even if you don’t normally do it, take advantage of the amazing summer specials at this fine restaurant — i.e. Rack of Ribs or All-you-care-to-eat fish fry $ 19 on Fridays(last night, ANY regular fish entrée was only $ 29), Prime Rib $ 19 on Saturdays. They have a great lunch and wonderful upscale pub food in the lounge too.

Was with my wife for the fourth July week and. Beautiful location. The dining room was directly in front of the water. Really nice atmosphere. All the people was really nice and professional. The food was excellent. We had a appetizer with scallops and fry calamari. The main course was pumpkin sword fish that is a particular kind of fish that is orange like a pumpkin. Good also the dessert. Really nice experience.

Heaven Sent Chefs! t-Michael’s is hands down the best restaurant I’ve ever eaten from. My husband and I enjoyed every minute of it. The staff was friendly, our waiter was very attentive. Great location, the view from the restaurant is breathtaking. There’s something about this place that makes you feel relaxed. We both felt very welcome and are looking forward to our next trip there. Would recommend it to anyone who appreciates good food!

So this place was a bit of a disappointment overall. As other reviews state the view is awesome. Take the time to hear the specials. I had my heart set on prime rib. The waiter unenthusiastically let us know that there was a prime rib special for $ 19.99! It was only 2oz less than the $ 36 one listed on the menu. Sold!!! My wife is pregnant and was not feeling up to eating a full meal. She ordered the caprese salad much to the discuss of our waiter. His reply was… for your dinner? The food arrived as expected but to my taste very average. No sauce or seasoning for the asparagus no horseradish sauce for the prime rib and the mash just… Mash. Not even a garnish? Waiter checked on us once after I was almost halfway done with my meal. I know it’s Naples and I expect to pay more but this place has to be more than a restaurant with a killer view an average rate food/service if it wants to get better reviews. Should have taken recommendation from some locals and not the concierge, will try M across the street for the same price and view.

…if a Romantic setting is what you desire… this is a 5 star plus. Service… Excellent(Madison…our waitress… from the moment we walked in… to the end… attentive, kind, and absolutely perfect). So why 3 stars? Well… maybe 3 ½. It all comes down to the cuisine. This restaurant has so much going for it… that it is almost unkind to give it only 3 stars… but it isn’t a 4 Star either. Service is amazing! …the food is very average with nothing special to boost it to a 4 Star rating. The Cowboy Ribeye(Medium) was prepared very well… good steak… nothing more… and everything else was… well…good…not great. The atmosphere is ridiculously beautiful. It is worth going just for the atmosphere… but don’t expect culinary excellence. A good meal in a beautiful atmosphere. Enjoy!

Awesome, from beginning to end. Went for fish specials but had Prime Rib as it was the nightly special in addition to the fish specials. Our waiter(Marc) told us about a BBQ Rib special on Fridays also. View was awesome although I recommend reservations as it was very busy. Service was very prompt and fun. Will definitely be back!

Great location in Venetian Village… we went a few weeks back for their Tuesday night happy hour which seemed very popular. They had a whole pound and a quarter Maine lobster on offer for something like $ 18 which I thought was a steal and I kicked myself for not ordering it. Instead, I had the fried grouper sandwich. It was good, but… a bun, grouper, tartar sauce… for what it was it was good. I would definitely go for the lobster next time and feel like an idiot for not getting it. Interior is great! Food was very good! Happy hour was VERY popular! Location is awesome… but I do have one small complaint… I wanted a mojito and they didn’t have any mint… for an upmarket place like that and clearly one that is always very busy, I find that unforgivable and it really annoyed me. I have restaurant experience so it probably should not have, but the waiter had a «SOL» type attitude and essentially told me with his body language to «get over it» and order something else… Oh, we had the mussels too and they were very good — a whole bowl of them for 8 bucks… maybe it was all just the crazy happy hour prices, but I was impressed with the value of the place… my guess is regular menu you would pay prices more aligned with the surroundings. Would go again for sure, but it was a bit crowded and hectic for happy hour. The waiter, while clearly he had his hands full, was sort of abrupt and annoying, but it wasn’t his fault they were out of mint… I endorse the place overall.

Sorry to hear about the many awful experiences described by others. We have taken our young children to T-Michaels a couple times. The food and service has been good and the seating near the windows is terrific. Kids especially like the scallops wrapped in bacon. Prime rib was good, but it was cooked one level higher than I had requested. I didn’t mention it and didn’t complain because I like a medium Prime Rib nearly as much as a medium-rare one.(Still, in light of the experiences of others, it’s worth mentioning in the review.) The quality of the cut was excellent.
