What a great experience, clean and friendly! The tea is so good and the prices are not bad. Will come back soon! Wish there where more locations!

One last try for bubble tea on our roadtrip from MN to CO! We were happily surprised that this cute place in Omaha beat the 3 shops we tried in Denver/Boulder. This bubble tea is made with real tea and powdered creamer. Real tea makes the difference! There is a little odd flavor from the powdered creamer. They have a good selection of toppings including pudding, grass jelly, aloe and popping pearls. Not sure? Ask to sample a tooping. We both opted for jasmine milk tea, so I can’t speak for the flavored options. Boba was perfectly squishy! Pudding was ok(had an aftertaste). We also tried the takoyaki and seaweed onigiri. Onigiri was tasty, takoyaki was not(too mushy).

Stopped by because I was a bit thirst-tea(XD), and I’m glad I did! It seemed like this was pretty much the only tea shop in the area, and I honestly wasn’t expecting it to compare to Seattle, California, or Taiwan. However, it ended up being better than I expected! I tried the milk tea with tapioca, and the honey black tea with aloe, both in their regular-sized cups. Both drinks were better than average, but the«aloe» tasted more like it was lychee. Not a bad thing, just not what was expected. Also, their regular-sized cups are smaller than the usual regular-sized cups for bubble tea, and their drinks are pricier than Seattle’s. They have ample seating inside, as well as seating outside. They also sell some snacks/food! NOTE: I think parking close to the shop is metered, but there is a parking garage nearby that was free for the first three hours!

Taro bubble milk tea! Yes! I could drink it everyday! The large is really big and super filling surprisingly. I also love the onigiri. It’s super convenient and easy to eat when driving.

This place is clean, ambience is gorgeous. Workers are friendly. I had the Vietnamese coffee with Boba, pretty good. More people need to check this place out.

The boba here is great. What a refreshing change from your boring coffee routine. Skip the Java and have some tea. Everything they do is freshly prepared and most items can be made hot or iced. The peachee tea was really good. Probably my favorite! My milky coconut boba was good but I guess I’m so used to it having some more ice in it for a colder drink. That’s the only thing I would change. Service is great. Pick out s colorful straw. And the workers seemed genuinely interested in how our day is going and what brought us to town.(whaaa? Other people don’t just travel in droves to vacation in Omaha?!) The mural on the way makes this place fun and the bright lighting lifts you up. Definitely a contrast to dim coffee shops. Bring on the tea and the lighter side of things!

They have TACOYAKI! Japanese octopus ball. And it is only $ 3.50. Most of their food menu is $ 3.50 and reasonable. Boba tea is great too. I wish they have some deal for tea and food set. I ordered 2 food items and tea and it went over $ 12 for lunch. If they have any combo deal, I definitely use this place for lunch more often.

I LOVEYOUTHIRSTTEA! I have been drinking bubble tea for as long as I can remember. Every chance I get to discover a new spot in multiple cities I’ve lived in, I’m constantly searching for my bubble tea go to place. Well, Thirst Tea… You made made me thirsty for your milk teas all the time. :(Über sad I won’t be able to drive down the street to get super fast and yummy service. Did I mention you get wifi if you want to sip tea and chill? I love the fact that you can have so many choices to add Boba, jellies, and tapioca pearls. I was also surprised to know I can split my boba to half and half if I was undecided on mango jelly or Apple popping balls. Bonus! I don’t know when the last time was where the tea was actual, fresh brewed tea in my bubble tea… But you just make me come out here for that very reason. Your punchcard of every 10 bought you get 1 free was also another plus. Although I won’t be able to redeem my 3 free, I want you to know YOUR lovely, modern, and hip music made my day! You guys are the real MVP in Bubble Tea.

I love this place! It’s the only place in Nebraska, that I am aware of, that offers onigiri and takoyaki, which are so delicious. Their prices are also very reasonable for food items. Their boba drinks are tasty, too, though I’m from SoCal, so I’m super picky having grown up with boba shops all around me. I wish I lived closer, but maybe it’s a good thing I don’t because I can see myself blowing all my extra pocket change here.

My fiancée and I stopped in here for a quick bite before heading down to an event at the CLink. Ambiance wise, it is decent– a bit of industrial bareness meets modernity. Food wise, we ordered the gyoza, takoyaki, and Spam onigiri. My better half scarfed the gyoza down– I did get a bite and it was very good– just the right amount of bite. The onigiri was just as expected– seaweed and rice with spam in the middle. This means delicious to me btw. I’ve never had takoyaki before and have always wanted to try it– I was not disappointed at all. I could probably eat three dozen of the things and not blink an eye. Sadly, we did not actually try any of the bubble teas but by the look of the board they have a nice variety. We will surely be back.

I’m spoiled. I have had bubble tea for like 10 years from Houston. Houston bubble tea places have huge selections, literally in the hundreds. Thirst-Tea really comes close to being like a Houston bubble tea joint with their selection and ambience. I am impressed! Another point for Thirst-Tea, I ordered my drink using the Vietnamese name(café sua da) and the cashier knew what I was saying. I’m coming back. Also, they have takoyaki and onigiri. Yep. I’m coming back.

So I’ve been wanting to come here for awhile and I have rather mixed feelings about it. I came here just before Jazz on the green started, so maybe that effected my stay. There was three people working. One lady making the tea, one dude taking the orders, and another guy that kept walking around but not really doing much? Anyways, I told the guy I had never been there before and I wanted something without caffeine. He told me the only thing I could get is the taro and the coconut because everything else has caffeine. I was hoping for like herbal tea used instead of the black version but okay I guess whatever. I’m a little disappointed at the lack of «customizing». Yes I could have picked jelly over boba or whatever, but I dunno. Maybe I’m being a brat about this. We got two items, a med Taro boba and a med Coco boba. Between the two I liked the taro better but eh. neither were something I’d write home about. Both were ridiculously sweet, like they would give Starbucks a run for their money sweet. The taro was very light in taro flavor, could have been double what it was. The coconut was really strange. It didn’t take like artificial coconut, coconut milk, or even real coconut. I can’t really place the taste, but it didn’t scream coconut to me. I wanted to try the takoyaki however we had just eaten so I wasn’t hungry. If I go there again hopefully they are less busy and the person working can help me figure out something else that is more«customized». Reading the reviews I guess I expected more. Again, I’m willing to try again in the future if I find myself in the neighborhood. If the management reads this, I’d also love if you’d consider adding calorie/nutritional information on your website. Ty!

I reiterate EVERYTHING I said in my prior review. Tommy never fails to deliver! In spite of the fact that he is now diminished in employees, he and his small staff know the meaning of the word«hustle». After the recent review in the Omaha World Herald and a change for the better in the weather, this place is slammed! So, when you come down, be prepared to wait a bit. Don’t fret! It’s TOTALLY worth the wait. Feeling adventurous? Love Green Tea ice cream? Take a plunge and go for the Japanese Matcha… It’s my new #1 — followed closely by S1 — blended Mango with Mango jellie(add boba)!!!

Thrist-Tea is right by my house, so I am proud to say that I’m a regular. I could eat their onigiri EVERDAYOFMYLIFE. I cannot express how addicting they are. My favorite ones are the seaweed and the Yoshi’s. The spicy mayo-based sauce that comes with the onigiri goes so well with them. Oh right, boba. So yummy! Wash down those onigiri with a green tea matcha boba and you’ll be in heaven. The jellies are a little difficult to slurp through the straw, but I like the(classic) boba better anyway. The takoyaki is also worth trying, and they eggrolls are always fresh, hot, crispy, and not too greasy. Service is also top-notch. No complaints about Thirst-Tea!

Best tea in Omaha! This tea shop reminds me of the ones in Taiwan, a great place to relax while enjoying some tea and snacks. I ordered a small Thai tea and my boyfriend ordered the Taro. The boba wasn’t too chewy or mushy and the drinks in general were super tasty. There was a great selection on flavors and though I didn’t order this, the other bubble tea drinks have actual tea in it(black, jasmine, etc) and you can also get fruit jelly or popping boba! We also ordered gyoza, 6 to an order, which seemed to have a light coating of Panko, which made it even better. Being a nice day, we were able to go outside and walk around since it is located in Midtown Crossing. Prices are great, the atmosphere is modern, and the staff was really friendly. Overall, this is definitely my new place to grab tea before or after class.

What a wonderful addition to Midtown Crossing and Omaha in general. The crew at Thirst-Tea not only make the best damn bubble tea you’ll have, but they also offer a menu of appetizers that features a few dishes you won’t find elsewhere in town. I went with the Japanese Matcha tea, which was creamy, sweet and a little earthy. Food-wise, I tried the gyoza(you know, little pot-stickers), spam onigiri(spam inside a rice patty that you wrap in seaweed) and takoyaki(little balls filled with octopus, mayonnaise and a Worchestershire-like sauce) — all served up fast, fresh and street food style. Everything was delicious. Everything tasted great. For those not into bubble tea(basically little tapioca balls in your drink), Thirst-Tea offers bubbles infused with tons and tons of different flavors. For those who love bubble tea, this also mean you can experiment with many different flavor combinations. Thirst-tea is a great spot to sit and relax and enjoy some great tea and apps with your friends. It’s especially nice to have another option at Midtown Crossing that doesn’t focus on fine dining or booze.
