Agree with Denise with her comments. Those sales people are so unprofessional and no concerns to their clientele from the sales to manager. Top of it they start flirting with spouses and forget about the integrity of the store. Just be careful all your wives out there, when your spouse buy something make sure those staffs don’t sleep with your spouse too for free. They’re too easy. The managers steal their items then sell to Facebook and Craig list.

Bebe outlet store– Ontario Mills, Ontario, CA Jan 23, 20166:00pm I had a return and the nice cashier(reason any stars were given) called the manager, Liz. Liz didn’t acknowledge me, pushed in her authorizations, and was very cold– no smile or concern for my return. Although she took my return, the straight lack of interpersonal customer communication was unacceptable. I felt like I didn’t belong there or I was troubling her. To top it off, dresses on a rack were missing the price perforation off the tag– it had been torn off all of a particular item, which I’m sure is not allowed on the sales floor. Is this Bebe’s acceptable customer treatment? I’d like to know so maybe I can understand this type of customer service…

We were searching for hours in several stores for the perfect dress for my daughter for her first Jr. High school dance. I was becoming hopeless, nothing was perfect. We walked into this store and were immediately greeted with a smile. We had excellent service from the sales staff and low and behold there it was hanging on the rack like a beacon of hope lol. It was THE dress and fit perfectly. It was gorgeous, as we were heading to the register the very helpful clerk informed us our perfect find was 50% off. I just about fell over. Gorgeous clothes, excellent price, helpful and friendly staff. It doesn’t get better then this. Thank you Bebe for a wonderful experience and thank you Unilocal for letting me be appreciative of my experience here.

Best BeBe outlet if you love BeBe or 2 B you will go nuts in this store. They are always having great sales. If you have big feet 9,5 or bigger they always have FAB shoes. Make sure you sign up on the Customer list they will call you. The staff here is very helpful and always makes my shopping experience fun :)

This is a bebe outlet store(so they have the clearance bebe stuff), and they carry the 2b bebe line, the more«affordable» bebe stuff. The quality or materials aren’t as «high end» as the regular bebe store, but then again, obviously since it isn’t priced quite as high. This store is located near the H&M(south entrance) & Victoria’s Secret stores. They do not have a large staff, but the staff that is there is very friendly, albeit always busy. I have found them to be very helpful in helping me «dig» for a size or help me look for a specific style that I want. I always find something I like(shoes, clothes, accesories). Yes, it is an outlet store, and you will have to dig, but when you do find something great, it is usually marked down a lot from the regular bebe store(if it is the bebe clearance). Just a tip — wait until they have an additional 30−50% off clearance, and a lot of the time, they have an additional percentage off if you spend more than a certain amount(for example, the price is $ 55 for the dress, then an additional 30% off that, then maybe if you spend more than $ 75, they will be able to give you an additional 15% off that). Just ask the staff. With the economy the way it is, shopping at high end stores isn’t always possible, this is a great alternative to finding great quality stuff at reasonable prices. You just have to work a little harder to shop :-D

Not cute. I feel bad for Bebe. They used to have really cute, high quality items. I know the economy has gone downhill, but last week when I came here, they were straight up selling some swap meet cheap shoes. I keep giving them a try and always coming out empty handed. Other Bebe stores are not so bad, but this one is No Bueno.

I have a serious problem. It’s called shopping. If you were to open my closet, you would see tags galore! On accessories, dresses, tops, pants… it’s pretty bad. A lot of this is due to me bargain shopping at this place. Just to be clear, this Bebe is not a regular Bebe. It is a B2 Bebe, which is a concept store created by Bebe to respond to the declining economy, which means Bebe at lower prices… YAY! They have lots of tops, denim, jackets sweaters, shoes, dresses and accessories between $ 20 and $ 90. I bought two tops, a pair of denim leggings and a wristlet for under $ 120! For those of you who have a craving for the original Bebe line, they also carry Bebe clearance on a wall right by the dressing rooms. Sometimes they have an extra 50% off of the already marked down price and you can get some really cute stuff for not a lot of money. If you are on the email list, or belong to Club Bebe(as I do) they actually send you advanced notice of those types of events so that you can shop and get the best selection. My only complaint is the service is not that good, and sometimes you may have to wait in line a little longer than at the regular Bebe. Also, some of the items are non-returnable, which I don’t like but then again, I rarely return anything. The other downside is that B2 Bebe is located inside of Ontario Mills mall… yuck. This store is the only reason why I are even enter the Mills.
