Unfortunately I have to write this post however, because of the way I was just treated at this location I feel it’s needed. I have been to many different McDonald locations and I have never experienced the lack of customer service, professionalism, and overall lack of motivation for guest interaction at any other location. When asked if I could add a menu idea at the window I was flat out deny and asked to pull forward. Confused I asked why was it a problem to add a simple Sausage McMuffen and she told me it was a safety issue to add a $ 1 McMuffen. Puzzled, I then requested a manager who before she even get to the window yelled«we can add a 3rd order to your car». Baffled. I then politely introduced myself and told her about the lack of professionalism that her window employee expressed. She then told me that I would have to drive through the line again which was already long, inconvenient. MCDS is a fast food restaurant — they have one task in the drive thru and that is to make the transaction as convenient and fast as possible sadly that wasn’t the case for this location tonight. I hope they gain insight on how to deliver faster service with a heighten sense of guest satisfaction from this post.

*** this location is actually the brand new McDonald’s on E. Colonial near Woodbury in the Town Center Plaza(with Publix)*** McDonalds is McDonalds so you know the drill. Sometimes it is fast and sometimes the lines are crazy long. Generally, I try to stay away from McDonalds altogether. At any rate, the building is very nice — should be since it is only a few months old. During the few times that I’ve been, the service varied but I don’t have any complaints. It has been pretty much on par with what I’d expect. If you have a McDonalds craving, go for it.
