Had no ice and in palms springs with 90 degree weather I’m pretty sure you should have some ice. Had no cups. Hookah took forever. When he would fix our hookah the ashes would fly all over us. Never came by to see if we needed anything else. Couches were dirty and dusty. Honestly I wish I had something nice to say about this place but I really don’t. If they upgraded a little bit, got better furniture, painted the place and maybe served some nice drinks I’d go again. But till then never coming back here again.

If you gave this place more than one star you don’t know anything about hookah. Been few times and every time it’s crap. Hookah came out with a Crack in stem. Told them something and they said they knew bring it back in. Like why the fuck would you send it out in the first place. One of our hookahs came out 20 minutes after the first 5 we got. If you think this place is a good hookah bar shoot your self now. Cuz they suck. 17 dollars a hookah shit should be perfect.

Pretty decent place for hookah. Palm Springs are doesn’t have many hookah lounges but if you’re in the area and want hookah, this place is definitely where to go. The owner & employee are pretty attentive. Coming around & asking if you need anything. Hookah was hitting good the entire time & didn’t burn at all. You just have to keep blowing out & rotating the coals so it doesn’t burn. Only downside is it kind of looks cheap and ghetto. The chairs have massive and multiple coal burns in them. Décor and seating area really wasn’t nice at all. Feels like you’re sitting in someone’s dirty backyard. Inside was extremely hot boxed. And also they don’t have menus. Which makes it kind of awkward to order anything. Music was pretty good though

I love hookah. I love trying new places every time I’m somewhere new. And being here for a convention I was like I need to find a hookah spot! Luckily this place was near where I had dinner. You walk upstairs and they have outdoor seating and it’s very nice. The whole lay out and set up. Big groups can come. I was by myself as my coworker wasn’t a huge hookah fan she wanted to gamble so we met up later on in the night. Anyways I ordered a white gummy lemon mint and it was decent. The five stars is also for how I left my phone charger there and realized 20 mins later and went back… Hoping they still had it. And they did thank god! Hookah fairly priced 15 bucks.

Blue wave is the place if you’re looking for a chill place to hang out with a group of friends. They also have the best hookahs in the desert. Come check it out if you’re looking to have a good night(:

Amer makes the best hookahs in the 760! Great atmosphere. There’s always a DJ on weekends. Great hangout spot. Service is excellent.

First time there, this place was over all pretty awesome. They let one group in at a time so there’s no clutter when you’re trying to pay, the security guard notified us of the price before we went in(so any negative review about the price is just silly, you know what you’re paying and choose to pay it, which I must say the price is more than reasonable). The music bass and lights were impressive, but I chose to sit outside for a more relaxed setting, which is beautiful at night with the gentle warm air and view of down town. The staff were more than generous, especially the security guard who was very helpful and happy to answer my questions. Although hookah is a great once and a while thing for me, I’d definitely return when I feel up to it again.

This is your very basic hookah lounge. If you’re looking to smoke only starbuzz and al fakher and listen to some decent music, this is your place to go. When we asked the owner if he had fumari, he said«no I don’t like it» and therefore didn’t carry it. We were able to sit down right away because it was empty. When more and more people started coming in, it was like we no longer existed. It took us having to ask three times before we could get fresh coals. We didn’t want the hookah to burn out, so we just took the coals off the bowl, in hopes that somebody would noticed. BTW, the coals were already more than halfway burnt out when they finally changed it. Also, this is a great place to people watch… ESPECIALLY ratchets dying to get attention from everybody…

The staff is awesome and the music is good. It’s more like a club than a lounge. It is way overcrowded and stuffy nNot the best hookah lounge I’ve been to.

Worse hookah lounge I have ever been to. Avoid this place at all costs. The hookah was not good & the place had a bunch of ratchet people. Do yourself the favor and stay away.

Went here with my boyfriend after a date night, found it on Unilocal and was super excited to try it. Went up the stairs and the security said we would have to wait a few minutes till a group of guys in front finished at the counter inside… even though it was super hot outside«a few minutes» wouldn’t be a problem, so we waited. The security guard then proceeded to pull out his phone and make a personal phone call… we were still waiting… he was still talking… we kept waiting… «A few minutes» passed and we were still waiting and he was still on his phone. Then while he was on the phone another guy walked up behind him and opened the rope, thinking it was for me i went to go but nope. He looked right passed me and let a couple of guys pass right by us and didnt acknowledge us one bit and walked away… security guy still talking on phone. We left! That was ridiculous! Ended up driving down the street to a smoke shop to buy my own hookah… got better service and was treated better at smoke shop that sold crack pipes then at this place.

The Good: — Fairly extensive selection of flavors — High quality hookah’s and hoses — Comfortable patio seating that overlooks Palm Canyon The Bad: My biggest complaint is the service, which can be anywhere from OK to terrible. — Coal replenishment is VERY hit and miss. On numerous occasions I have had to track somebody down to ask for coals, then wait even longer for them to actually bring the coals out — Food service: I ordered tea on several of my visits and not once has it been prepared and delivered in a timely fashion. The quickest delivery was 30 mins after ordering. All other times were 45 minutes or more, and usually I have to track somebody down and remind them that we have a pending order. On one occasion I had to ask them several times if my tea was ready before finally having it delivered over an hour later. The Ugly: — Some of the workers have NOIDEA how to properly prepare a hookah bowl. I’ve had to request a re-pack on multiple occasions due to severely harsh/burning draws. Ultimately, this place could be a lot better if the staff is properly trained and a premium is put on customer service. I hope they take note of the reviews here on Unilocal and make some changes.

Short review. Good vibes, nice people, attentive staff, Khalil Mamoon hookahs, good tobacco … The place could use some sprucing up, but it’s nice to be able to sit above street level, people watch & enjoy the warm desert air. I’ll definitely come back.

This hookah Lou ge is the soul purpose that I created a Unilocal account everytime I come to this hookah bar I Dread the unfortunate experience I am about to have. It’s a half way point for my gifroend and I thag being the ome and only reason I choose to come here on very very rare occasions. Tonight like every night they have very loud rap music inside and very loud Arab music outside pick your poison. Also tonight like every night I have been here over an hour and half and yet have had new coals we started with used coals to start with. This place is and complete choke and dirty only reason it exists is there is no other option in the valley. Stay away

Unfortunately I found the need to update my review considering the experience is completely different now. This place is basically an underage club. I don’t know who goes to a hookah place to «turn up». Terrible and extremely loud music. If you’re familiar with what west coast was this is identical. The patio is the only area safe from the music.

First of all they need a sign at street level or something it’s hard to find the unless you look up anyway went in and the worker was not to enthusiastic to see us and grunts and nods towards the tables. He brings out the hookah with no smile or words like a mime. Worker brings out the next 2 charcoals reluctantly and grunts and nods, later I ask for more charcoals worker grunts and nods but no charcoals were brought. Arab customers walk in and 3 workers come out of no where smiling and talking and very animated. They serve them hot tea(where did that come from) constant refills and constant charcoal replacement. These workers are living in the past where they feel they are doing the customer a favor instead of the other way around. Arab customers get 5 star service non Arab customers get 2 stars so if you have a middle eastern friend bring them along to get value for your money.

The People working there are Top notch guys, very friendly and very helpful, actually that what keeps me coming back to them, they are really great. Audience are Mostly minors on the 20s or so. The outdoor seating area is beautiful and a bit away from the noisy music, and from October onwards, the weather is beautiful. The place is cool and all but they have an extremely bad music taste. R&B and hard Hiphops. their DJ is wild :) and the volume is really high. Kills any conversions and whatnot when you are sitting in the indoor area. But all in all, it’s a fun place and the Hookah is wonderful, their pricing is very very good too and that’s a huge plus IMHO. Give it a visit, you will love it.

This place was horrible! I’ve been to many hookah bars in Los Angeles(where I’m from) and none, I mean NONE were worse than this. Just by going up the stairs you can tell how dirty this place is. They don’t know how to clean. I didn’t feel comfortable sitting on the dirty couches. There was a used water bottle on the couch we were seated at, no one removed it. If the place is dirty what makes you think they clean their hookah pipes? The pipe tasted nothing like the flavor I got which means it has not been cleaned in a very long time. They have no menus or drinks? The man who helped us was very nice, but it seemed like his employees were drinking or something… The only thing they have going for them is the location, this place has a lot of potential and can be a lot better! As for now, I do not recommend it.
