Ate late last night about 11 pm; I ordered from the lunch menu which is way more affordable than $ 26 chicken dinner menu entrees. Friendly customer service, made a minor mistake with my order. They forgot to take the cheese off my $ 15.00 burger with avocado $ 2.00 plus bacon $ 4.00. I refused to peel off the cheese off a $ 21.00 burger. The burger was made perfectly at medium rare, the ranchero sauce is unique and tasty, could have been spicier. Also they accommodated Paleo style wrapped in lettuce. The breakfast buffet is average. Next time I won’t pay $ 22.84 for a delicious omelette. Ok, I had two delicious small omelettes. The bacon is just above average; I’m spoiled with Portland thick cut uncured maple bacon. The apple chicken sausage is a complete failure. Everything else on the buffet are mediocre carb options. Bread, Costco looking pastries, cereal chambers as if I were at a Residence Inn. Yes, I have been there and they are wonderful. However, this is the Hyatt. Would have expected gourmet granola. No fresh juices, just concentrate. There are fresh cut melons; good honeydew, good cantaloupe but the watermelon was not sweet and it was over-ripe. Totally not worth the $ 22.84 plus tip. This would have been acceptable and more populated if the breakfast was $ 12.00. There were about five groups eating here at 11 am. This is the time they close, but great weekend buffets are soaring at closing time. Lots of room for improvement here. They have a beautiful eating area outside. Shame.

Like Brandi, we came here during Restaurant Week. Our experience was a little better. Service was prompt and friendly. We both got the steak dinner, and we liked it a lot — nicely done steak, very good mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. My starter was a cold noodle salad with shrimp and vegetables, very nice quality shrimp, good dish. David’s caesar salad was more ordinary. David’s cheesecake was good, but like Brandi, I got the espresso crème brûlée which was not a crème brûlée at all but kind of a pudding. As a crème brûlée it was bad, as a pudding — well it was bad even as a pudding. We were the only diners(there were a few people drinking at the bar), and the restaurant is the pass through to the pool so people were constantly passing by in swim trunks. I really don’t think they should include Share on Restaurant Week, it’s just not that sort of experience. But we had a very good meal and our server was nice so I’ll be a bit generous with my rating.

Came here during Restaurant Week. Pros: the staff was friendly, the steak was pretty good, and the dining area was nice. Cons: we waited 45 minutes for the first course of our 3-course meal, our waitress seemed a little clueless as to what was being offered on the menu, they mixed up the steaks — all 4 of us got steaks varying from medium-rare to well and the cream of horseradish condiment was just minced horesradish(way too intense) — the dessert which was supposed to be espresso crème brûlée was some kind of pudding with coffee flavoring and with sugar and whipped cream on top. Neither crème nor brulee. Serious let-down, especially since the dessert was the reason we chose the restaurant. Overall, not horrible, but not great either. If I come back, I’ll have the steak again…
