When you order and even point on the menu to what you want and receive your order and get floppy bacon when asked for very well done bacon, not so good. They discover appear drop off your check to find out your $ 4 value slam is $ 7.93 for a grand slam. They were rude and extremely defensive when questioned. So it cost me twice as much and couldn’t eat the bacon. Uck…

If your looking for good food at a fair price then this is the place. It’s open 24⁄7 and I have to say that I’ve been here a number of times and no matter what time of day or night we visit, the only negative thing we can ever come up with has to do with other customers(parents who haven’t taught their children how to behave in public is usually the top reason). For that very reason we typically order it to go. If you call your order in, it’s typically ready by the time you get there which is very convenient. Love the $ 2 $ 4 $ 6 and $ 8 menu. Something for any time or meal of the day. The staff is always very nice and professional.

Last night we thought we would come back for the second time in a few weeks since the food was good and we picked from the $ 2, $ 4, $ 6,$ 8 menu. They are cordial but they act like they are scared to wait on us. I hope it’s not because their stereotyping again. We try to put them at ease with our outgoing personalities. This waiter seemed like he was a little new at this too so I cut him some slack. I ordered a ½ diet coke and ½ hi-c fruit punch and he messed up on the second half which he made tea. He forgot things like napkins, extra salsa, and communication in the end. Another party came in and he treated them so good. He got their order right, he checked on them frequently. He checked on us too but after three times that was it. It’s not like he got super busy. He left our last plate there the whole time. Mind you he picked the party behind us plates and even continued to check on them, leaving us there with the bill and credit card there on the table. At the other Denny’s I have went to they take your form of payment and process it. He could have at least told us to take it to the cashier instead of passing us up several times. We spoke to the manager and she apologized and didn’t seem too concerned. She kind of took up for him. Now I am not a big fan of preferential treatment and I want to believe that’s not what it was. We experience that a lot in Rancho Mirage and we want to believe that’s not the case. Denny’s get it together, you have already been in trouble before for discrimination.

last year i went to this denny’s on my birthday and asked for the birthday special. i was told denny’s no longer offered the free breakfast… ok fine. on my next visit i told the manager what i was told and she said denny’s DID have the special offer. last weekend, i was seated at the counter about to order and started speaking with another customer I know from the neighborhood. I asked if he’d ever gotten the free birthday breakfast and he said no… that his birthday had just passed and he spent it at denny’s. He even told JULIE(the manager) that it was his birthday… yet he was not offered the free breakfast. when i asked JULIE why the gentleman and I were not given the free breakfasts she rudely questioned the other customer(he is a senior) and loudly insisted he did not tell her… but he reminded her that when he told her it WAS his birthday JULIE gave him a hug… a hug is nice but not the breakfast. I find it strange that both He and I are BLACK… and neither was given the special… i asked JULIE if this offer was NOT for BLACKS and only offered to white customers and she went OFF… loudly screaming how insulted she was. that she has black and mexican staff working for her… then she quickly ran down the isle to the back area and physically PUSHED a mexican busslady out of her way as she made her way. if JULIE was insulted imagine how INSULTED we were. I’m going to post this on Unilocal, twitter, etc. to notify BLACKS, Latinos that Denny’s does NOT treat everyone equally. Denny’s should be ashamed… and JULIE needs to be spoken to in regards to her treatment and rudeness to customers. That she is to keep her tone and voice level in-check when dealing with customers!

Decent service and food qualiry, but sitting at counter gives you a richer view of prep area and how much grease buildup there is in this area. Obvious no deep cleaning done in some time Busy place, plenty of staff working, no back up in clients waiting so no real excuse.

This is my favorite Denny’s of all time! Everything they serve is delicious and all the people that work here are awesome! I usually come for breakfast because I work close by. The atmosphere is always fun and mellow and the parking lot is huge and easy to access. I love this Denny’s!

Nothing special like any other Denny’s. we were a party of 7 and they were able to seat us fairly quickly. The issue i saw was during our order was being taken, the server looked in haste and found out it was end of the shift and server just wanted to rush things out. We were left with no server once our order came and had to remind the new server various things. In all the food was same like you except in Denny’s :).

I know it’s Denny’s… But seriously?! Called in my order tonight as I needed some reasonably priced fuel, what I got was a sad excuse for a club sandwich. $ 12 for essentially a flat version of Subway. Shame on the manager for allowing such poor quality standards, and shame on Denny’s for charging that much for such a minimal amount of food. And lastly, since DENNYSDOESNOTPOSTPRICESONTHEIRWEBSITE, mas annoyance with the waitress who took my order without telling me seasoned fries were extra. At one point I had very fond memories of past days spent at Denny’s, drinking coffee and doing homework, eeking out just enough money to get a decent meal. Thank you for taking the time to erase all of that good will. PS The two stars are merely a thank you for not pooping on my fries.

Clean and friendly only do not go to this restaurant when your hungry. I ordered nachos lot’s of chips with very little beef & cheese the same if you order a salad with grilled or friend chicken. Dear management OR private owner get your act together and put some food on the plates!

Visited this location today at 3pm. It was a random decision so was really hoping for a satisfying, quick meal. First of all, the waitress that brought the menus just opened the menus right on top of what we were both looking at(nothing to do with restaurant). Then she spilled water that almost went on my friends shoes, by then he decided to scoot all the way in the booth so no more mishaps or rudeness. She said the waiter will be over shortly, which took 15 mins. After ordering, we noticed a crap load of flies on the hanging light fixture. Gross! The food took about 30 mins to arrive. Food was just«ok». My main concern for people that work in the area and heads there for a lunch break will be scrambling for time. There was only 2 other tables taken and yet our order took that long to prepare. Even the waiter said I didn’t charge you for extra burger patty since order took very long. Rind me not to go there again.

This place sucks ass. My waitress was the worse she would ask a question and before we can answer would walk away. I got up to ask her if you can have something else and walked the other way as I was walking towards her. If anyone comes here ask for someone else when your waitress is Liz

My visit to this location wasn’t special, but a couple of things did bother me. This place kinda skimped out on the hash browns, which is my favorite item. And the coffee was burnt it seemed. Service was good, food like any other Denny’s, except for what I just mentioned.

$ 2, $ 4, $ 6 $ 8 awesome breakfast deal. I ordered the $ 6 for two eggs, french toast, home fries and sausage. Can’t beat that. Food good and definitely worth the price.

My partner and I ate here and were uncomfortable how we were treated. We wont go back. When we mentioned this to some straight friends in Palm Springs, we were advised there’s really no reason to dine at Denny’s in the first place, with the better options that are nearby.

Cleanliness: Filthy carpet, stains in ceiling and bathroom was gross. Lighting: It’s sufficient. Presentation: Not that much to look at. The ceiling has noticeable water damages and the carpeting needs to be ripped out. The place needs to be shut down for a complete remodel. Ownership: Franchised managed. Items Ordered: I ordered the patty melt and upgraded my fried to onion rings. The melt was alright until I tasted the house sauce that was used in it. I quickly sent it back and reordered without the sauce. The onion ring batter kept falling off the onions. Check-in Wait Time: 3 minutes. Temperature: °77 Staffs knowledgement of business and or amenities: Server was alright, broken English kinda made it hard to understand when they repeated the order to me. Overall Service: Descent, I didn’t expect 3 star service. Staffs response on compliments: I did not give one. Staffs response about complaints: I did not give one.
