Yummy ice cream, short lines! The staff is hit or miss with friendliness.

In a failed attempt to resist the soft-serve sign calling to me I went back to Praline’s today as a celebration of the warm weather and sunshine returning after several days of cold and rain. The staff were still young but they were much more pleasant this time. I sampled a very good cotton candy hard ice cream, but my heart was set on one of their many soft serve flavors. Did I want piña colada, butter pecan, blueberry, peach? All sounds good. I decided on mocha cappuccino. A small was plenty and only $ 2.71. And it was thick, creamy, and some of the best soft serve I’ve had in a while. Very good. One more positive experience and we’ll give it a four.

Very disappointed on the lack of frozen yogurt flavors. I’ve been to a few ice cream places around the area and they have all had four to five flavors to choose from. Pralines unfortunately only had 2– banana and black raspberry. I would have been happy with even a plain vanilla yogurt so you can add fun toppings. The overall set up of this location is pretty easy to navigate. The shop inside is cute and cozy. Customers can opt to stay outside and go to their EXPRESS window as well. The menus are clear and easy to read. Parking lot is located behind the building and it is spacious. I would be willing to return if they had another frozen yogurt option.

This place is AMAZING! I love ice cream and this place has the best. The ice cream is creamy with great flavor. I crave it at least once a week.

I am a big fan of Praline’s Ice Cream, this location isn’t my favorite as I prefer the original home in Southington. But I settle for this location because it is close to home. Each Praline’s has its own set of Sundaes that are wonderful creations. The best part is the homemade whipped cream. Real thick and tasty. The individual ice cream flavors are great too. Any of the Pralines locations are worth a trip.

One million stars! Their home made whip cream is out of this world! And they have a sunday called the neptune something, it’s a must try for peanut butter lovers. And CHEAP as all get out!

When my monster of a sweet tooth attacks, my go-to ice cream place is Praline’s. It’s in the neighborhood and they have an impressive selection of good ice cream at a good price. They offer soft serve and a variety of sundaes, smoothies, and other ice cream treats for you and your family, the dog included! I could write a glowing review of Praline’s homemade whipped cream alone. It’s delicious, as good as my grandma’s(but don’t tell her I said that), and the selling point of their sundaes. I’ll always prefer Rita’s frozen custard to Praline’s, but if I’m in the mood for a variety of flavors and toppings, Praline’s is the way to go.
