I took my beloved ToyWatch in for a new battery after seeing the good reviews. The woman in the store said that while the watch specialist was out, she could easily replace the battery herself. I confirmed that she knew the process, to which she said yes. She was able to replace the battery, but took the band off to do so, and couldn’t get the band back on. She told me to take it to fred Meyer and did not offer any discount our apology for breaking the watch, and scratching the plasteramic material while trying to force it back together. Fred Meyer does not have a watch specialist, but pointed out that she really didn’t need to remove the band to replace the battery. They sent me to Fine Watch Service on né broadway near 33^rd, where the owner scoffed at the damage she’d done and fixed it in under a minute. He didn’t charge me, just asked me to bring it to him next time. Well, obviously.

The crown of my favorite watch broke and I thought there was no hope for it. Still Alen (the owner/​watchmaker) could fix it in a few minutes. He is knowledgeable, precise and very modest. And he didn’t take a single penny for his work.

Support this small business! Stopped in to have a simple adjustment on the band of my new watch, the man working there was extremely polite and VERY speedy! I was in and out within 5 to 10 minutes. He wouldn’t accept any cash for such a simple job, just asked that I post a review about my experience. I highly recommend! The drive out is worth the wonderful customer service. Parking is pretty easy too, there’s a fifteen minute spot on the corner right next to his shop and that’s all you need!

Good place to get a cheap battery replacement. The guy knows what he’s talking about. Although he could not fix my 80’s digital watch because of screen damage, he spent a good 20 minutes looking at it and did not charge me. Definitely recommend going here.

Took a custom watch here to get resized since I didn’t trust myself to do it at home without ruining it. The place was a little confusing to find as its right between the pet shop and the shoe store. To get there go up the stairs and into the door on the right into what looks like a a whole bunch of handmade items. In the back is a small table where he sits.
When I told him what I needed done he said it would take less than a minute to do and sure enough he did it right on the spot and charged me a quick $ 5. Very much worth the money knowing I wouldn’t damage it and would come back for all other watch repairs.

Small business but BIG on service.

I have taken my husbands Rolex here for repair, have bought my own second hand Rolex here and have also convinced the hubby to buy me a few gifts from here as well! This place is by far the best watch and jewelry store in the vicinity. As a watch enthusiast myself I have been dealing with Watch Repair Net for many years and will continue to do so. The prices here are always reasonable, affordable considering the quality of the items, and are much less inflated than other similar stores. There is a very large selection of products, from high end to more affordable to suit any customer. In my experience the owner has always been helpful and personable and has accommodated my concerns and the staff is very professional. I have taken a few watches there for repairs and battery replacements and I have always been happy with the results and prices. I refuse to go anywhere else for my watch and jewelry needs if I can help it because I know that other places just rip off their customers and I know that I can trust the people at this store.

I’m definitely going back for any future watch repairs. The owner replaced my Fossil watch battery in 5 minutes and charged me less than $ 10. Today he repaired my watch band for free!

I went to a jewelers to see if they could fix my watch, but they weren’t able to as they didn’t have the appropriate tools. So since I was going to be in town on Sunday and this seemed like the only place open then I decided to stop into a real watch repair shop to fix my dead batteries. This place can be a little hard to find. It’s between a shoe store and a clothing store. Located up a flight of stairs and the first door on your right.
The price to change the battery and install it was only $ 8!!! The jewelers was going to charge me $ 10 just for installation so I’d say this is a steal. Since it was a more delicate watch, it needed to a little more time to fix but nonetheless a new battery was put in and it worked again!

Speedy, confident watch repair. I had two older watches that other jewelry stores wouldn’t fix. $ 16 and about 10 minutes later I had two working watches.

Awesome service! My watch band snapped with a sheared link, and I was traveling through Portland. So I checked Unilocal for a watch repair place… At first I couldn’t find it, but it’s tucked in a corner of a sorta eccentric store a half-​flight of stairs up (if you see the Pilates studio, you’ve gone too far). The guy fixed my watch band for a very reasonable price while I had a pint across the street. Two thumbs up!

This is a good place to take your watch. The price is right (only $ 8 for a watch battery, installed!). The owner was competent and friendly, and has a nice location inside a retail shop on 23^rd. He texted me to let me know the status of the work, and to confirm when it was ready to be picked up. He also had a good system for giving out a repair slip and validating identity before returning the watch, which was appreciated.
I would give 5 stars, except that the hours on his website weren’t accurate — apparently he doesn’t work on Wednesdays (or maybe was just out that particular day?), when I stopped by. No biggie, I was able to leave my watch with the retail shop owner — but I would call ahead to make sure he is there before travelling down.

Definitely easy to miss so read previous reviews. The watch repair is a tiny desk located in the middle of the store. The gentleman changed the batteries in 2 watches in less than 10 minutes for $ 16 total. Great, fast service & very conveniently located 2 blocks from my place.

The place is a bit hidden. Its inside an existing business called «The Nest”(side door entrance).
Also, bring cash. No cards are excepted. That’s how they are able to keep cost down.

The nicest man, the most amazing service — beyond reasonably priced! Took my Rolex in to shorten the band, he fitted the watch perfectly to my wrist! Will definitely be brining in my Chanel watch for battery replacement. LOVE THIS PLACE!
