Love Chikfila! Always find myself coming here for lunch. One star off because drive thru wait is 10 – 15 minutes! They should make a 2^nd lane for drive thru like McDonald’s. Other than that the food is always good here.

Horrible customer service. Will not return to this location. Super stingy with the sauces. I just dropped $ 40 bucks. You better give me more then 3 sauces. I’ll stick to my location where service is great.

The food here is vey good! The staff is really friendly and helpful! And don’t get me started on their waffle fries! Yum!

I’m not a fan of chik fil a. Never have been. Until I walked into the establishment two days ago and was greeted by the friendly cashier I have ever met. She was very accommodating to my allergies and was able to find something that worked for me. I don’t know if her name was Jessica or Jocelyn– something along that line– but I felt so ridiculous for hating this company before. I don’t know who she is, but she definitely changed my mind about this restaurant! :-)

Chik fil a is probably one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Their chicken is fresh and so tasty. My 3 favorite foods to eat there are: Classic chicken nugget, chicken salad sandwich, and their french fries. I love their many of their sauces as well. They have great service and most of the workers have a great attitude when serving their customers. I would usually go to chik fil a once or twice a week. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I love Chick Fil A but this location has a terrible drive thru plan here: the entrance is located near the entrance to Lugonia, which could get busy for those wanting to get inside the short drive thru lane, or just trying to get inside the plaza!
Also, in my most recent visit I was not happy with my spicy chicken deluxe sandwich. It was nice crispy at all! The breading was sadly soggy. I’m sure its a one off but it still made me sad, as a big spicy chicken sandwich fan :(Fries were still good.
This is the only Chick Fil A location in the area! So yes I will still be going here. I LOVE CHICK FIL A!

Can you ever go wrong here?
Food is consistently good and he staff in this store is top notch. I still take away 1 star because of this companies comments about «family values» way back when.

I heart Chick-​fil-​A. Their spicy chicken is soooo good. Whenever I’m visiting from Hawaii I always look and see if I can find one near me. I never knew of this location and when it popped up on my Unilocal app when coming back from the Ontario airport I let out a squeal! I started envisioning what to eat and then I started to worry, «oh no do they serve breakfast?» I started almost sweating as we pulled off the interstate. CARS. I see CARS! Yes it’s open! I haven’t been here in so long! I’m in the drive through salivating on the menu and decide I want it all, oh wait my bank won’t allow that. Fine… I’ll take 2 spicy chicken breakfast sandwiches to go. With Chick-​fil-​A sauce of course. I was so excited that I had to pull over and eat one before I brought the rest of the family their food. Shhh. Don’t tell them that. :) They somehow got cold between here and Beaumont. ;) So happy I got my fix while visiting the family a few weeks. You make me happy.

Bomb service and awesome food. First time here and the people were awesome very helpful and checked up on us. They are also fast about cleaning up the tables. The honey roasted BBQ sauce is bomb

This place is really really bad trash everywhere even the bathrooms are bad even a toilet is broken it’s pathetic here.

I love chickfila food but the people they have working here and the operation is a joke!
A faulty cup bottom opened spilled all over the car and myself CODY offered me coupons the girl at the drive thru handed me a wetnap! My car is sticky and I’m told how sorry they are but there’s nothing that can be done…

The order wasn’t correct a Coke spilled all over the inside of my car so no a coupon for a chicken sandwich isn’t gonna do it

Sooo delicious! The other day when I came here I ordered my food & before I even was able to find a table my food was already being brought out to me, it was like a dream come true! The food is always fresh, warm, & yummy!

I have a strict diet and I can only order a few things from the menu. Grilled chicken strips, fruit, and chicken soup. I hate soup but this soup is actually good. The grilled chicken is whatever but I use a lot of honey mustard sauce which is far free and only 45 calories for the regular one (not the fat free dressing.) So I went a couple of weeks ago and they messed up my order and I couldn’t eat it (strict diet) and I called and they sent me a certificate for a free meal. I went to get my meal yesterday and I guess they only put 8 nuggets to cook instead of 12. I didn’t even feel like I was waiting for a long time but the manager Paul came from the back and was so apologetic about the wait and gave me a certificate for another free meal. I told him I didn’t need it and it was OK but he insisted. It was really nice of him. So, like my other review said, I love these guys.

Everything was hot and fresh. Well worth driving out of my way to patronize this chain. One suggestion. Four POS stations at counter and only using one when the waiting line was starting to increase a bunch. Could have used another person on the counter but it wasn’t the end of the world.
And hey, this place running at 96% efficiency is still miles ahead of most any fast food chain. Word…

We love chick Fil A and that’s why I am giving this location 2 stars. They are missing 3 stars because of service. Chick Fil A is known as a friendly and great service and environment but not this one. My 3^rd time in a raw, i get bad service, not friendly or wrong order and they even argue about it. The staff need training for their service. I’d rather drive extra and go to the day street one in Moreno valley. Worst chick fil A experience i have ever had.

There’s barely any chick fil a’s around my house so I always try to go to one when I get a chance. This one was on my way to work so I wanted to get some breakfast. I got here right when it opened but the kitchen staff was running late so it was going to take a little longer. No worries though, I wasn’t in a hurry. The manager even offered to refund if my food took too long. Service is great here! The food is always fresh and hot and never disappointing. No matter which chick fil a you go to, the food will always be great.

Great food and great service. This location was very busy but I still received my order in a timely manner. I’ll stop by again if I’m in the neighborhood!

I love love love this place. Everything always taste so fresh and is always hot. My fries are never soggy. I love the chik-​fil-​a sauce and the buffalo sauce. The spicy chicken sandwich is my go to sandwich. And the waffle fries, YUM! Their lemonade is also very yummy. Taste freshly squeezed, pulp and everything. Taste really good with their unsweetened iced tea. Overall this is a fantastic place to eat with the whole family! My son loves the little play area that they have. Also the employees are always so nice, friendly, and super patience. The only downfall, they are closed on Sunday’s.

I had an unpleasant experience here the last time I was here. I had placed an order and my order sat there for several minutes while other patrons got their food. I had to go get it myself after the girl ensured she would get it to me. There were no apologies or anything.

Hey i see a lot of people complaining about the prices here but hey its worth it! If you think 7 – 10 bucks for a meal is too much then go to mcdonalds and buy off their value menu. You know youre getting taste and quality for your buck plus its a good alternative to a greasy beef burger. For a fast food place it deserves at least a 3 and a half stars to 4 stars.
