Wow! This place isn’t kidding around. I am new to spin and have been to Danielle’s class (spin/​trx combo) half a dozen times.
She is for real.
The spin part is challenging for me but the instructor is so enthusiastic and high energy that she makes the half hour fly.
Be prepared to sweat.
Immediately post spinning, Danielle takes her students into the TRX room. She is very hands on and is not shy about correcting your form. This is a great way to layer your workout. My muscles were warm from spinning and I was able to stretch and challenge my muscles like never before.
The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. I have not taken the barre classes yet but I’ve heard good things and am intensely interested.

Love that this place is so close to my house and the spin classes are great. I can purchase classes in a series which really works with my schedule. Studio is clean and the bikes are comfy. I’ve always had good teachers

Fit is the best spinning & core strengthening studio around. I had a very effective class with Allison. She is knowledgable, passionate about her teaching and respectful. The owners and staff are all welcoming and supportive. I wish I had found them sooner!

I started spinning a few months ago at FitOn.
Helpful and amazing instructors, great for beginners and a tremendous value. My wife also takes classes and is a big fan. Try a class – it’s free. They also offer Barre, TRX and Circuit Classes. If you happen to be a little intimidated at trying something new (like me) – this is the place for you!

It was my first experience taking a class that was broken into two segments (30 minutes of spin and 30 minutes of interval training). I had Allison as an instructor and it was such an amazing experience! I am so glad that I tried it and the studio was great. It was well equipped with nice bikes and plenty of props during the interval section. I would recommend this class to anyone who has a desire to incorporate cardio along with strength training. I definitely sweat the first half and hour and feel my body working hard during the second. It goes by so quick but at the end I still feel so accomplished! Also, the music was really motivating and energetic. Love it and will definitely be back!

I started spinning here about 4 months ago and I’ve always hated spin. But after my good friend convinced me to try it again, I came into Fit On and had Jen. She kicked my ass but I fell in love! Jen’s class was tough but I never felt like I wasn’t going to finish. She gives us goals (watts/​distance) and keeps us informed on how much longer we have when things get hard — makes it much easier to get over the hills… Literally. Other than spin, I’ve done SLIM and Katie freakin’ kills it! She’s so motivational and I feel so great every time I complete all those burpees!
Aside from the great instructors, the bikes are so nice. Smooth ride, comfy seats, and they have a monitor to track your progress. Also the owners are gorgeous and so incredibly sweet and welcoming. I have never felt out of place at fit on. There’s so much positive energy, every time I go I can’t wait to come back. Do yourself a favor and try out this incredible studio!

Love this studio! I take their spin classes (their bikes have displays that tell you what gear you’re in so you don’t cheat… haven’t seen that at any other studio in the South Bay) and barre and love both. The rooms are spacious and air conditioned, parking is free and plentiful, and their instructors are so full of energy and beyond friendly. They also sell the cutest tops, and I recently saw one that I wanted but was in too big a hurry to buy. When I came back, it was gone. Jen called their MB location and found out that they were sold out as well, so she called the distributor who said there was one left at a gym not affiliated with Fit On. Even though Fit On wasn’t making the sale, she went out of her way to find me the top… customer service above and beyond. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

I just took my second spin class with Jen Ledbetter this morning at 6 am,
it was awesome. I sweat my butt off and felt so great afterward. Jen does not make you regret getting up early in the morning! Jen’s energy is amazing and the class was challenging yet enjoyable.
I used to spin at spectrum redondo, but ended my membership and started doing different work outs. I missed spinning so much I decided to try fit on. I absolutely love it, it’s the best sweat and work out ever. The studio is great and I can’t wait to keep going back!

Truly an amazing studio! I LOVE LOVE LOVE Fit On! I am a completely different person after each class. I feel incredible, strong, energized, positive and simply happy! My favorite spin instructors include Angela, Nikki and Jen. All AMAZING! Music is fun and the workouts are different every time. My body and my attitude are changing day by day. I couldn’t be happier to be a part of the studio:)

I found Fit On studios through class pass, and have been able to take their spin class and 30⁄30 Spin and TRX. Both workouts were awesome — the instructors Jen and Danielle were both phenomenal. For spin, they have new Schwinn bikes that tell you your watts, rpm, and gear to give you a sense of how hard you’re working. This definitely pushed me to pedal harder and faster than I would normally do. I felt like the instructors had a lot of energy (the perfect amount) and were incredibly motivating. The studio is clean, has towels, and parking is easy. I would definitely recommend it!

This place is more than a little boutique gym. It’s amazing. I go to college and am a frequent flyer of the spin classes and all other classes at the gym there, but this is my third summer home and it is the first time I feel like I found a replacement gym! I did the free trial week first, then the day it expired I bought the unlimited students pass (which is a great deal!) all of the teachers are great and in two short weeks they all knew my name and I felt like I really belonged. After two weeks I decided to do the spin certification they offered I loved it so much! The spin, barre, and circuit training are all great. As a college student, I love Jen ‘s spin class and Allison and Katie’s barre classes. They know how to push you like a friend, and that’s what makes the difference! Try this place out. You won’t regret it.

I’m not a foo-​foo gym girl. When I saw this place I thot I’d give it a try since my beloved Golds Gym closed over a year ago. I’ve been bouncing around to every gym in south bay ever since trying to find something that gives me what I need in one place. I LOVE this place. They seem to have the best teachers IN south bay and Barre actually works (I’m a weight lifter at heart). I confess, I was a non believer. But it is actually reshaping my body. I’m super excited and focused again about my workouts. I’m already feeling good and at home in my new «gym.» The staff is super duper friendly and mellow and helpful and not clicky. THANKS FIT ON for helping me get my groove back on. Shout out to JEN for being welcoming and making me feel like I belong.

I took my first spin class ever at Fit On as part of an intro class with several of my co-​workers. I was nervous because I had never done it before and the workout was pretty intense. But I kept coming back and was hooked. The whole staff at Fit On is friendly, supportive, and helpful. The teachers are high energy and give you lots of info and tips as to how you can make each work out the best for you. They offer a lot of discounts and packages so that you really get a great value for your money. It is a great place to workout regardless of your fitness level. Highly recommended!

I took my first Fit On Barre 30⁄30 class using a Groupon today. I thought I was taking a Barre class and forgot my running shoes. Jen at the front desk loaned me the shoes right off her feet! I had Nikki for the cycling class and Katie for the Barre class. They were both so encouraging and nice. It was a great workout and they have the best customer service.

I’ve gone to a few cycle classes here and I think they are great! The instructors have a lot of energy and keep you motivated. The cycle room is nice and spacious so you don’t feel crowded in. They have a space for your personal items and the studio is very clean. There’s plenty of parking in the shopping center.
They are also very understanding which is much appreciated! I had to stop exercising during my pregnancy so they out my classes on hold until I could return. Can’t wait to try the classes out again.

This place rocks. I dreaded going to the gym and never really enjoyed working out until I found this spot. It’s super clean, brand new cycle bikes, beautiful barre room– Nikki manager at front desk is super sweet always remembers everyone’s names which makes it super personal. I love taking the 50⁄50 class and hour spin. All the ladies that teach are excellent and well trained. I especially love that the owners Angela & France teach and are very dedicated to making everyone feel good. Seeing fit people around me is very inspiring. I noticed a huge, fast result quick as I was working out a few days a week.
Another thing I enjoy about Fiton is they are current with music selection– when I am working out I can get bored quickly– they tend to use different music be switch up the classes so the time goes by quick. Def recommend trying this place out– they offer a free first time try.

I signed up for a cycling package on Groupon and upon arrival, was told my first class was free. I decided to try barre (nothing to lose). It was incredibly challenging but opened up a new door & I’m so thankful for that freebie class that pushed me to step out of my comfort zone!
I am so happy to have such a clean and friendly studio in the area. As someone who barely finds time to grab sleep, it can be difficult to find motivation to work out. Fit On provides a welcoming environment that fosters healthy choices. The instructors are passionate and knowledgeable.
I’ve taken classes from both Angela and Franca and seeing them in the studio demonstrates their commitment to creating and improving their space and spreading \ positive energy. If you want to get fit and support a local business, I recommend Fit On.

I just went to my first spin class — not just my first class at Fit On Redondo, but my first class EVER. As you can imagine, I was very nervous; however, those nerves were quickly diminished as I was greeted by the instructor, Abbey. Abbey was very patient and detailed with me as she helped me get properly seated on the bike. She did a great job making me feel comfortable before the class started. The class itself was AMAZING! Abbey is an amazing instructor and conducts a very challenging, but highly rewarding class. I was completely spent at the end of the class but also infused with new levels of energy and confidence. Thank you Abbey and Fit On; I can’t wait for my next class!
