The service is good(it’s been hit or miss with us) and we love the stuff french toast. I still haven’t found that special breakfast plate that makes me want more but that means we just have to keep visiting and try out more dishes. A little pricey… but the quality of the food is good and worth it.

Amazing service, Heidi made us feel welcome and took good care of us. Brought my picky sister there for her first Squeeze experience. Could not of been a better lunch, even though we came in half an hour before closing. The Flay omelette and Caesar salad, were almost as good as the service.

Really understaffed but I still left a big tip, even after being served molding blueberries and waiting way too long for a nearly empty lunch service. It’s not the servers fault they had no time to take our order or follow up. Poor management made the experience miserable and I will not return for the disgusting food.

Geez, I hate even saying this because I LOVELOVELOVE the atmosphere and the staff are wonderful, but the food is just so so. Portions are big but everything is under-seasoned and lacking flavor. I ordered a Mexican omelet and potatoes. The potatoes were good but the omelet just had no flavor. Sorry! ! People are super nice! !

The service was great, the food was so-so, the price was ridiculous. I understand that this place has been featured on television, but for the food is not even close to being worth what they charge for it.

We popped by here for breakfast at the fervent suggestion of my father when our flight home to Houston was cancelled. Daddy was right!!! The omelettes were amazeballs with the sauce suggestions, and the Benedict was delish. Love the décor, and the service staff was awesome. Huge portions, couldn’t even touch the toast. Make sure you leave your mark on the walls!

I went there as I often do about 2 weeks ago in the morning. Out of all of the times I have been eating at Squeeze Inn, I have never had bad food(more often dry potatoes). Well I did this last time. Ordered Greek omelet and it was not cooked entirely and the potatoes were extra dry for some reason. However, the service is perfect and usually the food is terrific will still continue to eat there. Just a bit more picky about my food next time. I will tell the waitress to take it back instead of not saying a word.

I do not write many bad reviews, squeeze in restaurants are not my cup of tea. I think people go for the novelty factor because it has been on tv. This one is most near to my house and I thought I’d write a review on it. It’s atmosphere is not for me. Always well staffed but at any location I’ve never had a good experience with the employees. Not very attentive. Also their business model seems to be to over shoot the market for their prices because people will pay what they charge. And it’s working for them. If you want to pay that kind of money for a good breakfast I would suggest the stone house(great atmosphere and food and service) or biscotti’s(great atmosphere, food, and service). They have a menu with a lot of stuff that sounds great, but is not that good on your plate. If you are in the area I would suggest Sierra golds or pegs or kimmies’s. It’s good it has good reviews but honestly I think they are fooling people with a sub par product for too much. This one may get lost in the shuffle but I hope if you like this place you give the other places I mentioned a try, because to me they are much better.

Kept hearing about this place and finally went. I got the super food scramble adding pesto and turkey sausage. It was really good and also came with toast and a cup of fruit, leaving me not able to finish all of the toast. The downside was it was a little on the pricey side at nearly $ 16 if I recall correctly. Not sure if it warrants that price but it was definitely good. Service was fast and attentive. I’d come back. Unrelated to food: The writing all over the walls and the mismatched chairs and tables isn’t my thing but seems like they’ve gotten a lot of people to sign the wall over the years.

Huge portions for breakfast and lunch are the hallmark here! Best known for breakfast but lunch is great too, I’m partial to Grandpa Marvin’s French Dip. Eclectic décor entertains all and you are encouraged to leave a message on the walls :-)

Breakfast is mine and my family’s favorite meal, whether we’re actually eating during breakfast or, eating breakfast for lunch or dinner… I’d heard about squeeze in from a customer at work about a year ago… And I’d have to say it has become our favorite place for breakfast. Omelette’s are my thing and they have just about every type you can think of on their menu… And they’re amazing. Their loaded«spuds» as they call them are to die for with their onions and cheese and dipping cheese sauce. Absolutely amazing. We have recently moved back to LA and all I can say is we miss it! It’s unfortunate there isn’t a location in LA because man… It would definitely do well! I’m. It sure if we’ll be back to Reno anytime soon, but if we go back to visit my breakfast destination will definitely be squeeze in. One last thing, the best part about this place I would have to say is the service, when they seat you and a waiter or waitress takes your drink order they introduce themselves and let you know that they all work together as a team so you may ask any of them for anything. I think that’s exceptional service. I believe in other establishments when your waiter is not available and you have to ask for something from someone else, you’re made to feel like you’re putting them out. I love squeeze in and I highly recommend it!

It’d be a serious problem if I lived near this place. Where to begin? First, the menu is crazy. We studied ahead of time and picking a meal was still hard. They have so many options, all good. They offer the option of half a biscuit with sausage gravy for those that don’t want breakfast potatoes. What a great idea. I was on vacation so it didn’t strike my interest, but there are healthy menu options. It’s always cool to at least have the option. Second, they really deliver when it comes to the food. I had the King Kap Crab Benny. The crab on this benedict was fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. The flavor just kept popping with each bite. I was in a very happy place while I enjoyed this meal. My husband had The Garth Breakfast Sandwich. The sandwich was huge and full of meat, egg, and cheese. Third, if you haven’t been here then you should get there now.

«I’ll take the ‘Luke’s not-so-warm Mediocrepalooza with Meh-sauce’, please». I’m literally(using the word in it’s correct form) grimacing as I write this. Because it literally(maybe not using it correctly anymore) hurts me so deeply to do it. I grew up in Truckee/Tahoe. I was an Origi-Squeeze! I’ve even delayed writing this for about 2 years in the hope that things would turn around. *Cue prolonged exhale that slowly dissipates into a grumble.* So, here’s the deal, I GET that breakfast places need to capitalize on volume and up-charges in order to make a profit. I understand that breakfast is the hardest meal of the day to run a business on. But if my table of 4 is going to spend $ 66 on breakfast, no alcohol, then I at least expect it to taste like $ 66 worth of eggs and potatoes. I ordered an omelet. Because… duh. The cheese to make the omelet something more than just a mass of veggies was an extra dollar. The option for a gluten free side was tortilla chips, which sounded nasty at 9am, so I ordered a $ 3.50 fruit cup. Add a cup of coffee and all of a sudden, my breakfast meal costs as much as my weekly lunch budget. That’s FINE. I expect to pay a bit more at Squeeze. But my omelet was cold. It was runny. It was pretty… bland. Shocking, given the Super Ridonculous Namey-name it had.(And actually I like those namey-name’s). The eggs on my friend’s benedict were a half-minute away from having been served hard-boiled. And I mean… a benedict with hard yolks? What the WHAT? My brother ordered some sort of twice baked scramble thing… which turned out to be mostly potatoes. It was like a plateful of indiscernible potato-ness. A mess of potatoes served with a side of «Spudz». Which, again, is FINE, but they were overcooked and came way later than the rest of the food. All in all… after having been here more than a handful of times over the past couple of years and not once leaving feeling like«yeah, that meal was delicious» or «yeah, that was worth it!» I’m forced to now leave this scribble of drivel on the wall of the Squeeze’s Unilocal page. Which I hate doing. But I want it to go back to the way it was… back when they were quaint and delicious. But perhaps that’s what happens when you grow to five or six locations. Things get harder to keep consistent. You have less control of a larger staff. You have to adjust and change the menu and focus on different things. And things start to become a little more… Mediocrepalooza. Ah well… I’ll give it a few years and then give it another shot. Because nostalgia always wins, in my book.

While I love the diverse menu, it’s quite overwhelming to pick something. I love coming here and bringing out of town visitors to a local breakfast place. Squeeze in provides much more care than a Denny’s or Ihop or anything else. The staff has always been nice. What I love about the company is that while each location has the same menu and mis-matched décor, the mis-match doesn’t match all locations and the layouts are a little different. One of my favorite features is the fact that you can leave your legacy on the wall by writing on it :) It’s a little on the pricier end, so I tend to limit my trips. But it is a wonderful treat every once in a while:)

This is a little gem in Reno. I don’t treat myself to breakfast during the week very often but after having an early appointment I knew I wanted too. Squeeze In was my first choice. Surprisingly, I was feeling a healthy breakfast this morning so I went with Shi’s Super Food Scramble. It’s scrambled egg whites with grilled fat-free turkey, peppers, and spinach served with toast(served dry, of course) with a fruit cup on the side. I decided to get my sourdough toast buttered as a splurge. I couldn’t resist. Their sourdough is so incredible I could eat that for a meal on its own! I love it that much. The egg white scramble was a good mix of veggies to give it a crunch and some good flavor. It was very filling and the fruit was very fresh. This visit made me think I should treat myself to breakfast in the middle of the week more often! I loved being in this place without it being stuffed to the gills, like on the weekends.

I was a little skeptical of trying here at first because I used to work for someone who said they were just awful. Couldn’t be further from the truth! I loved the vibes I was getting from here. The servers were so awesome, welcoming, and polite. It’s been a long time where I was actually super impressed with service from eating out. The food itself was freakin awesome and came out in record time. I had the tuna melt(which is named something else on the menu.) they offer a ton of tasty and even health conscious food items. I’d definitely come back to try their breakfast items. The inside is bright and colorful. I think even the décor was entertainment enough while waiting for food. There is a squeeze in located closer to me in sparks so I will definitely give them a try.

My friend brought me here for breakfast, because I’ve been wanting to find good breakfast places in the area. Let me just say, I LOVEIT!!! The décor here is so fun and upbeat… quirky and mismatched(just like ME! LOL). Our servers were super friendly, and the menu… I’ve decided I want to come back and try everything on the menu. It looks amazing! The portions are huge, so we shared an order of Stuffed French Toast with our fruit on the side(so we could divide it between us), a half order of house potatoes(which turned out to be a huge helping!) and dark chocolate covered bacon. The French toast is stuffed with cream cheese, so it’s not insanely sweet like some other places I’ve had it before. Very tasty! The potatoes were perfectly cooked… tender inside, golden brown and slightly crispy on the outside, perfectly seasoned. The ONLY thing I can say I wish would have been different, is if the bacon had been covered in milk chocolate rather then dark… I’m not a huge fan of dark chocolate. But honestly, the entire meal and experience was so excellent, I don’t even care about that one tiny detail. I love this place, and can’t wait to go back and try something new… their menu is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. EXCITEMENT!!!
