I’d really like to give this place a better rating. The food is very good. They’re not real quick, but I think that’s because it’s prepped at the time of order. I don’t mind that so much. I do have a problem with the cleaning practices. Just took a walk to the restroom. My shoes now stick to the floor, & I washed my hands before using the restroom after I touched the door. Might be time to clean out the mop bucket & get a fresh towel for wiping things down.

Well the bento plates were great. Lots of food and very tasty. We had chicken and salmon. Tempura was crispy and fresh. Great batter and fresh crispy veggies. Go to the back of the strip mall and enjoy a meal that you will come back for.

Pleasant wait staff and quiet atmosphere is what you will experience here. Not a very busy restaurant typically. The teriyaki chicken and beef is freshly made and delicious. They have a very limited sushi menu and the three types we tried were underwhelming in flavor. The pot stickers were okay. But I wouldn’t order them again.

This is about what you would expect from your average bento shack. The food was tasty, the portions were not bad, and the service was adequate. I’d definitely go back here, but I wasn’t impressed enough to make it an every week stop.

The teriyaki is good and reasonable. However, the Korean food is over priced and they don’t even give you the normal sides like kimchee or other pickled vegetables. The rice portions are small and they charge you for extra and don’t tell you it’s extra until the check. Meat quality was good though.

This is a small place tucked away in strip mall. It is quick casual dining perfect for a lunch break. There is one lunch special per day that cost around $ 7. There is also a selection of teriyaki and sushi. The service seemed friendly and efficient.
The teriyaki beef was super think cut which made it nice and tender. However, the serving size was fairly small. The flavors were nice and it came with a large salad which made it a nice lunch option. Gyoza was nice and crispy. A bento box will run you about $ 12.

My husband and I love this place. It’s beyond perfect for lunch. We always get the chicken bento, which is delicious and satisfying because of the variety of items on the plate. Reasonable prices, good service. The dining area is fairly small and almost cramped, but we’ve never had to wait and have never been uncomfortable. Atmosphere is average. Go here for a quick, delicious lunch.

We’ve eaten at Bento many times, never a bad meal. My husband always gets the same thing, spicy beef teriyaki and pot stickers. Consistently well-​prepared, delicious and very fresh ingredients. I sometimes get the tempura shrimp roll which is excellent with crispy rice around the outer part. Salmon teriyaki which is hard to find properly cooked at a restaurant, it’s nearly always overcooked and dry… but they do it perfectly at Bento. For the vegetable stirfry they use a variety of ingredients such as red bell pepper mushrooms carrots it’s very colorful and the sauce in it is very light. Like I said never a bad meal, if you haven’t been here you need to go!

This restaurant was clean and tidy. Atmosphere was pretty calm and relaxing. Service was prompt and polite. The waitress was very sweet! I had spicy chicken teriyaki that was great! The chicken was very tender with just the right amount of spice. My husband had the pork fried rice which he said was fine. The only down side was my food arrived several minutes after my husbands.

I really was not sure about coming to this place because it’s in a strip mall by Winco, but it was AMAZING! My friend and I got bento boxes with chicken breast and it was FRESH and delicious. The salad dressing was so different and yummy. I also loved the tempura veggies. Make sure to check it out.

Great food at a responsible price with great customer service.
I had the miso soup and salmon bento box. The soup has a nice flavor balance to it. The large piece of the salmon I got was perfectly cooked and had a nice sauce.

They had a wide variety of sushi, teriyaki & bulgogi. When I asked if they could make just an avocado roll for my kid she said yes but would still charge me the same price $ 8 as the ones with salmon in it. Having a kid who can eat sushi and has a lot of cannot eat foods, I was annoyed. Not kid friendly. Crappy service. Won’t return. High prices.

I’m a huge fan of bento foods. This meaning the establishments that are associated with bento styles. This being my first time in, I ordered a simple plate of beef and gyoza. Everything on that plate tasted perfect, even the salad was crispy and fresh. The food was amazing.
Only, I went almost near close, and the service was t exactly the best. Wasn’t the worst but was okay.
I loved the atmosphere too! The walls were beautiful colors, the décor was well distributed. The room was open and looked spacey between tables too, which means it’s good for large groups.
Either way, I plan on returning for sure.

After several disappointing food experiences in the Tri-​Cities, I was becoming jaded. Jaded people! Then I found this delicious little nugget hiding in a nondescript strip mall. Oh, friends, it was glorious!
There is nothing better than a good bento box after a long days work on a nuclear site. The sushi looked fresh and delicious too, though I’m hopeful it did not come downstream from the Hanford site. Eh, what the hell. Take the risk. It’s probably delicious too. I can speak for certain that the bento box filled with pork, chicken, sticky rice and plenty of soy was amazing.
Damn, I got myself all hungry. Now, please, go experience it for yourself!
