Been here a few times. Food is good. Service is exceptional for the area. More than fair prices. Just got an «out west» burger with cheddar cheese, Cajun fries, 3 chicken nuggets, and a drink for 6.71. Recommend to anyone passing through the area.

First of all, I love the milkshakes and food.
I don’t like anything else at this location. Their bathroom had a mixture of puke and exploded diarrhea EVERYWHERE. As a germaphobe, I was scared to touch the door handle to leave.

Never fails, The Cook Out is on point. They gjve fast food a new look. Fast food that’s fast but fresh and hot. I. enjoy being able to have drive fhru open til 2am and getting good customer service no matter how late. Other fast food places should take notes, good customer experiences will get loyal customers and good food brings them back.

Love this place! The milkshakes are the best in VA by far. Ive compared to other places but the thickness and large selection of flavor are unmatched so far.
I am physically and mentally unable to walk away from ordering a milkshake if Im there. thats how good they are.
This location is the best in Richmond imo because its newer, and mainly because they have a eat in dining area (the other 2 Ive been to were drive thru & take out only)
Todays milkshake choice was oreo… my favorite!
I will go back soon just for another milkshake…
