Me: «I’ll have a Munchie Meal please» Cashier: «That will be $ 6.75» Me: *doing math on my head on a $ 6 item*…*scowl* «That sounds like too much» Cashier: «There is tax sir» Me: «Yeah, and it’s like 8.5%. That’s too much» Cashier: «You have a medium drink» Me: «I didn’t ask for a medium drink, you charged me for one?» Cashier: «Yes» Me: «Why did you do that, I didn’t ask for one» Cashier: «Everyone wants it with a medium drink so I just went ahead and rang you up for that» Me: «Ok, don’t do that» They only attempted to overcharge me 20 cents which itself isn’t a big deal, but I’d rather go somewhere else that doesn’t take liberties with ringing up my order.

My husband went through the drive thru. We ordered an ultimate croissant breakfast sandwich and chicken club with curly fries. We have always had bad experiences here. But its very close to home. Usually very old fries and poorly cooked burgers or dried up very dry bacon. Its the same foods but this location is so bad. The woodland one is delicious and always fresh. Management really matters. Anyway i wouldnt have written this review just for the very old dried up fries that looked like they were refried in 20 day old oil. It was the rotten green egg in my croissant sandwich that made me soooo mad i went straight back to the drive thru. Im usually pretty lazy. But this was seriously unacceptable to be putting that into my body after paying for it!!! Im not gonna let this go til i complain to corporate and store manager and the health department. This isnt food its garbage. Jack in the box food is just ok at most locations but this one is THE worst. Woodland location is THE best. Service and food.

I ordered a jalapeño buttery jack and there was almost no jalapeños on it. There were about 5 tiny pieces in the very center of the burger about the size of a dollar coil. And the chipotle sauce was the same size. So when eating it I could not taste the jalapeños or the chipotle sauce. It was like eating a regular cheese burger. The jalapeño bacon breakfast burrito was horribly made there was no bacon in it and there was such few pieces of jalapeño in it I couldn’t taste it. I could see the jalapeño but there was no flavor. This place is horrible at making food.

The customer service is very blah here. We walked in because the drive through was pretty long. I smiled at the lady in the front and she just looked at me and walked away. No one greeted us at all. Awkward. The nicest one there was named Maria. She seemed happy about us being there.

My husband prefers JITB vs McDonalds, which is my preference if we are faced with a fast food decision. But that’s not to say, I don’t enjoy the food and visits to this location. We have been coming to this location since they opened. So with that said, this review is definitely late in coming. I’m surprised by the low rating. My experiences have been overall pretty good, either ordering in or ordering at the drive thru. The dining room is kept clean. Food comes out hot. Have I ever gotten a wrong order? Probably yes… but they add up to few unmemorable occasions out of the total visits. But I have to admit, I haven’t experienced this place at peak times – weekday lunch & dinner time, and before or after Kings game. I appreciate the weekend morning breakfast crew, they are awesome. The manager has been the same one for awhile – Maria??, she and her team keeps it running. Kudos! Bonuses: breakfast all day, 24 hours drive thru, dining room hours: 6AM-12AM everyday.

There’s a reason people shouldn’t eat here. The drive thru service was horrible. They couldn’t get my drink or food offer correct. When I got the food, it was still wrong. The taste was worse. Just say no.

Ordered a burger with no ketchup and curly fries from drive-thru. I live two minutes away. By the time I got home the fries were cold and hard. This was at 8pm. But into my burger and tasted ketchup. I understand that people make mistakes, but when I took the bun off, I saw that there was ketchup RUBBEDOFF the bun. Whoever made the burger put it on and realized it wasn’t supposed to have it and instead of replacing the bun, rubbed off the ketchup. Are you serious???

ZERO stars. Customer service sucks orders are always wrong ALWAYS! My wife and I always joke about how bad it will be when we decide to take a chance and give this location another try and we are always sadly disappointed that they have not improved. Rude workers orders are always wrong.

Just moved to natomas been here twice both times order is wrong. Ordered 4 jumbo jacks no onions and got no lettuce or pickles also got 2 jumbo jacks no lettuce and got just pickles on it… not really hard orders. Also got burritos and the salsa they gave me was so old it looked like tomato sauce.

This review is a little late, but I try not to write reviews immediately after a bad experience, so I can try to be unbiased. In this case, time just slipped by and I forgot to whip out the poison pen. This was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had though, and that’s saying something. Jack in the Box has always been mediocre everywhere I’ve tried them, but my g/f and I were enticed to give them a try when we saw commercials for the new Buttery Jack burgers they came out with. When we tried to order a couple fo combos, they were out of the buns for the Buttery Jacks, out of the mushroom sauce for the one my g/f wanted, out of curly fries, and completely out of Coke and 1 or two other sodas. This alone floors me. Ordering food for a restaurant is as simple as how much did we use last year at this time, and how much more or less are we selling on average this year, adjust order accordingly and also double check to make sure you’re not short on anything before you order. When I worked fast food as a teen ager, if we ran out of something(RARE), our manager was on the phone with other restaurants in the chain trying to borrow said item. On top of all this, the restaurant was kind of dirty, there were a couple of employees on break in the dining room who gave us the stink eye when we waked in, and it took around 7 minutes to get our order with nobody in line in front of us. Normally I don’t mind a wait if we get fresh food. Ours turned out to be cold though, AND we ended up getting food poisoning from it also. Avoid this place like the plague.

My rating will go up by one star, only because the manager ended up calling me back after I left my review to Guest Services. I was given a free meal, my choice, which works for me. I went there today at around 4:30 am and I was actually surprised to see them open AND they even had the dining lights on this time. Now the worker who took my order, didn’t seem to happy that he has to actually work for his money now, I’m guessing the manager let the whole night crew have it. Thanks Becky

This certain jack in the box always has a joke in the doggy bag. They always seem to screw up something when i order from the drive thru. The most recent flubs they’ve done is not have lettuce in a burger, and then later, gave me regular fries instead of curly. If you have the time, go inside so that you’ll have a better chance of having a correct order, or if you’re in the drive thru don’t leave before checking your bag.

This is the worst jack in the box I have ever been too! I ordered the new sriracha burger which came and it didn’t even have sriracha suace. The drive thru attendant kept repeating back things I didn’t even say and saying things twice. I think my 10 yr old could of done a better job at making the sad looking burger and working the drive thru at the same time. I called and complained thru the corporate office. Never even heard back from them. Jack you fell in the crack on this one!

I would give a zero star if possible. Most of the time they get it right. But, when they don’t… Over charged for items I didn’t want, and did not get what was on the receipt. Of course I find out at home. I drive back and wait 20 minutes in line to get hassled by the in duty manager. I ask for a refund on the overcharged item and to receive what I paid for. I end up leaving with neither. Wow, where has customer service gone??? Sad…

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could due to their terrible customer service. I am horrified, I am deaf and I had a humiliating experience! With a sleeping baby in the back of my car, I drove to the drive-thru window and tried to order a meal. She told me NO, they cannot let me order at the window. She demanded to have me enter the building. I explained that I have a sleeping baby in the back and as a deaf person, I should have access to the drive-thru without discrimination. She still refused to serve me, acted very impatient, and I left in tears since I never encountered an employee with total unwillingness to work with me!!! They lost my business that’s for sure :(Please educate the employees at this restaurant about people with disabilities! By the way, I contacted«Jack Guest Relations» and as a social worker, I will be veeerrryyyyyyyyy proactive about eliminating your IGNORANCE!

Waited 14 minutes to get our eat in order tonight. When I inquired about the wait, after 10 minutes, I was informed that they had to finish serving the drive-thru before they could make our food. Even though we ordered before half the drive-thru cars were in line. Very unprofessional. Also, wasn’t told they had no taco sauce until our order was ready. We would have NOT ordered 3 tacos if we knew there was no sauce. Will NOT be returning.

Since I began coming to this location regularly over the past 2 years… I can confidently say that I am never disappointed with the service or quality of the food. Always seems fresh and hot. Only price of advise/question I would have for them is, why doesn’t anyone park orders that are WAY to big fir the drive-thru anymore? Not only is it irritating the rest of us waiting in line, but is jacking up your avg. time/car. Other than that… Thumbs up!

It’s Jack In The Box so you can’t go in with high expectations as it’s just variations of fried foods but I do enjoy their breakfast croissants. Burger King’s taste funky and I have no idea what Carl Jr.‘s is serving as a breakfast sandwich but that is not even edible. So when I am in a greasy mood and want a quick breakfast, I head over to the Jack in the Box. I get an egg and cheese croissant(just ask for no meat) and despite many locations saying that they understand the order, I am often given a croissant with bacon as pork is apparently not meat??? This location delivered and was able to fill my order without any mistakes but it is sad when you judge the quality of a franchise’s ability to get your order right. It always takes a while for them to make your order but I assume that it is due to their morning and lunch/dinner menus being offered simultaneously. Surprisingly, while I have experienced much much worse, this is the best Jack in the Box franchise that I have ever experienced.

I used the drive thru at this location to pick up a quick breakfast while I was staying in the area. There was only one car ahead of me so things moved along pretty quickly. The service was pretty good and the only thing they forgot to give me was a plastic knife for my jumbo platter. We ordered 2 croissant breakfast sandwiches for $ 3.50 and the Jumbo Platter with coffee.
