Great news! The hot & sour soup is available again! It wasn’t being offered for the last few months, but it is back and it still tastes delicious!

My fiancé ordered online and it said it would take about 20 minutes. When I arrived, nothing was done and I was told they weren’t making any more brown rice so what would be the other side I wanted. They don’t close for another hour and a half and won’t make any more. Then she started to fill my plate and realized there wasn’t enough shrimp. So I had to wait for that to be made. Isn’t online ordering supposed to make it easier?

THEA is the worst server ever! She rolls her eyes at customers and talks trash about you in front of you to her co workers. She needs to learn customer service and manners. You work at panda express. Get your life together. Panda Express should hire another asian girl with better manners and respect. If you get served by her, you won’t be getting your moneys worth. She is very cheap.

I am guilty, I LOVE Panda Express and this one is probably the most consistent and fast one I have ever been to. It has a drive-through option, which I always use. I mean if I am going to be lazy and get fast food then I might as well go all the way and drive through. I try and be a little healthier and order the brown rice instead of fried rice, you can also split your rice and do half rice and half steamed veggies. It makes me feel a little less guilty. the vegetables always taste fresh and are nice and crunchy. I LOVE the orange chicken, I know it’s not healthy but I splurge. I love how they blatantly post the calories per serving so that you can try and be as healthy as possible if that’s your thing. They don’t trick you, so props to that!

They only have one veggie dish, an eggplant and tofu stir fry, so get that with the mixed vegetables as your side(in place of rice or chow mien). Due to this limited vegan menu, I won’t be a regular at Panda Express. Also the food, while tasty, was a bit oily. A fast Chinese food chain experience, nothing more.

Generally the food and service is good. The only reason it is 4 stars instead of 5 is that sometimes they really skimp on the amount of entrée they put on your plate

I’m really upset with the serving sizes lately with Panda. They use to give generous size servings now they are giving skimpy servings. It’s like management is training them to do so. Every Panda Express I’ve been to has been bumping with business so why don’t you guys loosen up some.

WOW! I found my favorite location! We went there after work last Friday and were welcomed by the staff. Then, I placed my order for orange chicken and the lady hooked it up! There was more than enough left in display, but she turned around and scooped from the freshest batch. Yes! We ate at a super clean table and left with greetings from the staff again. On a completely different note, my health inspector friend once told me that Panda Express is the best fast food chain for germaphobes ;)

Just picked up food from this location. This has to be the worst Panda Express EVER. The drive thru line looked horrible so I decided not to be lazy and go inside to order. The line was about 4 people deep. Fast forward 30 minutes and I’m back in my car. The people who work here have to idea what they are doing. The workers would be at the line one moment and gone the next. They had like 3 people working the drive thru and 1 frantic girl working on the people waiting in line inside. This girl was spilling food left and right. When I finally got my order, I got like a half portion of everything. It’s kind of a slap in the face when the drive thru orders were getting food piled into their containers. Food is comparable to other Panda’s but I would say the chicken was super dry. The last kicker was that the cashier didn’t even provide utensils. This location is the worst! Not coming back here!!!

On February 21, 2015 at about 12:18pm I walked into the restaurant. Let’s just say the food was quality and amazing just like the chef… yes, the chef treated me like if I was top priority, or the owner. He was on his lunch break and was siting on the far long booth eating, while he still had a full plate he made eye contact with me and my family. I discretely told my wife that I didn’t want to sit by the windows as we looked for a table and he somehow heard me. The chef looked at me and stood up immediately. He told me to take his table, I told him he didn’t have to get up and he insisted looking at us telling me it’s ok. He got his food and took couple minutes of his lunch break to find another table to sit and continue his break. This rating is about how beyond this gentlemen went to accommodate us. He is a chef, a guy that is always busting his ass cooking but this man made our day. The management here should be very proud to have an employee like him. Didn’t get his name but management should ask the two chefs guys on shift this day. I will def drive 22 miles again to eat here when I have a Panda Express only 1 mile away from home. Satisfaction and great customer service.

The food was SPECTACULAR. It’s been my second time since I ate there, and the experience was downright satisfying. I ordered some of the Honey Walnut Shrimp(it’s like Heaven), Kung Pao Chicken(has a little kick but still good,) fried rice(super), and chow mein(THEBEST!) The food was nice and hot and I even had a little midnight snack to eat ^-^ I’ve gotta say, the Honey Walnut Shrimp was one of the best things I’ve ever eaten at PE. I could pretty much say the same for the other entrees I’ve had there. After a while the food got a bit cold and that was minus one star. Will definitely be going to PE more often. Panda, you’ve earned 4 stars! Don’t understand all the negative reviews :(

I honestly believe it is the hiring manager’s job to hire the most incapable people he can possibly find. My kids love their Teriyaki, we order here at least once a week and each and every single time these no-brains forget to add the Teriyaki sauce on top of the sauce. Not only that, but they forget to add the darn teriyaki sauce at all! I always have to go back and tell them. This really irks me! Why is it happening every time? I’m also an idiot for not checking today. But today was the final straw! I’m tired of these idiots! Never eating here again!

Hit or miss. Mainly miss though. Oh and apparently every time you ask for CHILI sauce all they hear is SOY sauce… Seriously never fails…

What can I say??? This is a fast food version of Chinese food. I like their orange chicken and fried rice. It’s not the best food I’ve eaten, but it’s not bad either. Lol. When we walked in the door there was a young man taking a break and eating his lunch. He was courteous and welcomed us with a big HELLO! The lady that helped us was great. We asked for a little sample and she was so full of energy and cheerful. Oooooh! The place was very clean and sparkly. Nothing turns me off than a dirty restaurant. So kudos for keeping the place clean and the condiment counter stocked. Thanks for making my lunch pleasurable!

Super low portion size. I’m a regular at Panda Express I eat more than once a week at panda at different locations, take it from me. It’s a big mistake to try here. All the neighboring/other locations are more courteous and more willing to help you. Here it’s sure low portion and even if you ask the for more sauce they will curtly reply as ‘no sauce sorry’!! Really for $ 6.50 a bowl of rice and 5 pieces of string beans and five bits of chicken??? Come on!!! Take my tip and don’t go for a bowl here, you will end up eating your rice with soy sauce as me!!! Not recommended! Do yourself a favor and drive down truxel road to the target location of Panda Express. It’s newer, more clean and good portions with courteous people and you will get good Chinese food for money as well !! I would never return here !

A drive thru Panda Express is quite okay in my book. I love coming home and getting off the freeway and seeing everything in natomas close at 9 except for the IHOP and the few other places by panda. It’s always hot and the people here are very fast with your order and good with timing the 6 feet drive from screen to first window and bammmm hand you your food no questions asked.

I’ve been to many Panda Expresses in our area with zero problems. For whatever reason, I run into a problem EVERY time at this Natomas location. Granted, I am in a hangery state. So my attitude isn’t exactly a good one to start with. This time… 1) We walk in and are the only people in line. My husband gets offered a sample and I dont. I even asked«how does it taste?». Nothing. 2) My husband gets his food first from the first girl. Two other girls are just standing there. One asked me if I’ve been helped yet. then walked away mid-question…so clearly she never intended to get an answer or to help at all. 3) I ordered a Panda Bowl with half noodles and fried rice. Somehow I got steamed rice. Wtf? 4) so then, I’m in incomplete hangery mode, I just say F-it…and order a small a la carte of noodles. Because I at least want SOMEthing of what I was looking forward to eating for the last two hours. But then have to walk away as to not be a completely rude customer. 5) upon walking away, I learn the girl also messed up our bill and overcharged us. At least she fixed THAT mistake! *sigh* As someone who likes to read reviews to help myself find places to eat. I realize this review is nitpicky and propbably not helpful to you, in any way, for that purpose. The fact you have read it this far is amazing. So 10 internet points to you. This was not the first time I’ve had sh! tty service here, there have been multiple other occasions. But this is at least the last one because I’m never coming back to this location. Consider this review, vented. FIN! P. S. Two stars for the food. The food itself is fine. I give no stars to service!
