Horrible service 9 outta 10 times. And they don’t really care how you order it they’re going to add onions to it anyway. And when you do ask them to add things like extra cheese or sauce, and they charge you the extra $.30 your lucky if you get it. And God forbid you go in while they say they’re doing inventory, don’t want to inconvenience them at work while they talk to the people in front of you for 10 minutes. Just lousy service…

BEWARE OF CREDIT CARD SCAM at this location. Get your receipt right away and check the amount, and then check with your bank to make sure the amount withdrawn is correct. On December 16 or 17 we went through the drive-​thru because my son wanted one of their strawberry icee drinks. That was the only item we purchased, but now my credit union shows a $ 10 charge. I live just across the freeway, but will NEVER return to this store.

I’m amazed at the frequency that my drive through order is wrong… Just amazed! If it is correct one out of five times it is a miracle. Today I ordered a chicken burrito fresco style, it came with cheese! Please focus on training your staff on accuracy.

This is my go to local Taco Bell. I’ve been coming here since they built the place. I feel compelled to write a review considering I rate this place a 4 star.
Pros :
–My food comes out hot. My faves is the good olé crispy taco… classic and Enchorito.
–Dining area is pretty well maintained as well as the outdoor landscaping area. I love the small green lawn and greenery/​trees lining the drive thru.
–Orders almost never wrong.
–The cashiers, especially in the drive thru, are so nice and respectful even when the customers aren’t.
–Fairly quick drive thru time.
–They hire disabled folks. Kudos to them!
Cons:
–During peak times, forget about parking near the drive thru. You’ll have to do some fancy maneuvers to get out.
–Hey, do they forget at times to give me utensils for my drive thru orders. Yes. At those moments, yes I am frustrated and sitting in my car pondering how am I’m going eat this Enchorito or bowl of refried beans. But if I look statistically and count up all the # of visits vs the «oops» moments and add in great staff attitude; its 4 star rating from me.

If I could give zero I would. Ordered a 7 layer burrito, the beans were like paste. Just terrible.

For me, the key reason why I gave this Taco Bell two stars is because of the ridiculous wait time in the drive through. I eat a decent amount of Taco Bell, and for whatever reason the wait time in the drive through at this specific one is terrible. I have avoided going to this Taco Bell for probably close to six months now as I got tired of spending 20 – 30 minutes in line. I would usually go between 11:30pm and 1:00am on my way home from work, but now I actually go to the Taco Bell closer to my work (and choose to have less fresh food by the time I get home) than to wait in a long line at this location. I have talked to others who have worked at Taco Bell before and they cannot comprehend what takes this Taco Bell so long to get through their line. What benefit of the doubt I will give is that this is the only Taco Bell location serving Natomas other than the Northgate location. Maybe the corporation should put in another to help with the wait time.

Really!?! Over 15-​minutes for the drive thru! Then to tell me it will be a 6-​minute wait for empanadas! Yet I waited over 15-​Minutes! I think new management is in order!

This is just ridiculous and sad. I don’t understand how people can be so bad at preparing food…

Maybe if the workers were working and not outside washing their car they would get the order correct. Smh.

Found pubic hair in my food unhappy with that. Find it unacceptable. Maybe they’re treating they’re employees bad and this is the result. I hate wasting food. Enter at own risk

This taco bell sucks! I’ve been in the drive thru right now for over like 30 minutes… ridiculous !!! Avoid this place like the plague.

I’ve gone here many times, and I’m not sure I’ve EVER gotten an order that was 100% correct. Either they put the wrong meat in your burrito/​taco, they give you a regular soft taco instead of the supreme you paid for, or they neglect to give you items you paid for. They need to get their crap together!

25 minutes in the drive-​thru with plenty of people working? And my food was warm at best? Come on. I live 5 minutes away and had to reheat my food. You guys suck.

Taco bell is Taco Bell… What u see is what u get! Is it really authentic Mexican food? Probably not but it’s fast food Mexican style and that’s okay! It’s pretty good overall…
I love the spicy tostadas and nachos. The spicy tostadas have a really good chipotle sauce and you can add green onions which I love to do!
I have tried all the Doritos tacos and my favorite is the nacho flavor… Ranch is my second favorite.
The steak quesadilla is pretty good, I like the nacho bel grande, and the crunch wrap is good!
I wouldn’t recommend eating a whole lot of Taco Bell but it’s good once in a while!
I love the online ordering because you can modify orders or add something extra and it will be ready when u pick it up! Just a tip!
Drives through is always good… But sometimes u go in and it’s faster…

fast service always friendly never had a problem here. personally i like del taco better, taco bells flavors just arent all that good to me. But the service here is great and the food always tastes fine. Free wifi and the place is always clean.

20 minute drive thru is my kind of night. Taking the «fast» out of fast food at this location.

Took FOREVER to get my food. Was in line at least 20 minutes in the drive thru. They also screwed up my very simple order. At least the food was pretty good.

Why does anyone eat at Taco Bell.
Seriously there are so many other wonderful places to get Mexican food in Sacramento. All you need to do is put Mexican in the search bar above. Don’t eat here, the food is awful, the inside was filthy and the place is falling about.

Horrendous experience! Heard a lot about the breakfast menu and decided to try. My girlfriend wanted to try as well. Worse idea ever! Arrive at 10:30 am, just in time before they stop serving breakfast at 11.
Get in, 2 customers ahead, figured it’d be quick. But no!
First, they ran out of sausage and had to substitute for bacon… at 10:30 am! Strike 1
Second, wait 25 – 30 min for our simple order of 1 waffle taco, a breakfast burrito and 2 breakfast crunchwraps. Strike 2
Third, we later find out, after flagging down a worker, that our order had accidentally be given away at drive thru…“accidentally“
Strike 3… should have asked for our refund like another guest who ordered right after us. But no!
We gave them the benefit of the doubt, after being reassured by the worker they would rectify the mistake… sadly, no, yet again.
Only apology was an order of free cinnamon twists and a verbal apology… ok now on to the food…
Crunchwrap was subpar, bacon just isn’t the same as sausage and the size of my palm. Aprox. $ 2.50
Waffle taco was miniscule in comparison to the crunchwrap and half the fixings (eggs, bacon and cheese) all were shifted half off the taco and in the box. The box for the waffle taco was at least ¹⁄₃ bigger than the actual taco!!! And greasy or buttery… just dripped down my finger as I bit into it. Aprox. $ 2.00
Finally the breakfast burrito. Smallest of the 3 mentioned and the first bite was all tortilla and a tiny piece of egg. Cheese and bacon were all stuffed at the bottom end. Aprox. $ 1.50
Overall. Sad… just sad whe you actually go to taco bell excited and leave disappointed. Filled the belly mostly with water and hot sauce in order to scarf down this pitiful excuse they call their breakfast menu.
Could have been new workers, could have been a bad day, either way I think taco bell should stick to their normal menu and not experiment with breakfast.

I’m actually writing this while waiting for the order. This shows how long the employees are taking to make the food.
Nobody in the place, 20 minutes to make 3 items. WTF?! And, to top it off, they hand one of our items to the drive-​thru by «accident». They might be new, but come on. There’s nobody here! FOCUS! We complained to the guy, and he gave us free cinnamon twists for their mistake. I guess that’s okay…
Overall, I didn’t enjoy my visit…
