They brought back the two-​for-​one Tuesday special so a coworker and I decided to go here for lunch. We went through the drive-​thru and told the person over the speaker that we wanted to do the Tuesday special for the two-​for-​one Papa burger combo. When we get our food there was only one set of fries, one drink and two burgers. She told us that the two-​for-​one special is only for the burger and not the combo. The sign does NOT say anything about only a burger and the way it is worded leads customers to believing that it’s two combos for the price of one. The commercial ALSO shows two burgers, two sets of fries, and two drinks. Needless to say, I’m a little disappointed in their marketing technique and communication of their special.

I was traveling through and stopped for dinner. I walked in and ordered to make sure the order was communicated well. I craved a root beer freeze but there was NO root beer because the machine was broken. I understood and ordered a chocolate shake. I ordered a bacon papa burger and took it to my car to eat. The burger was cool the cheese didn’t try to melt and had it only had one patty.

Stopped in to use the restroom and get a soda… great service, clean facilities and wonderful customer service. Samuel, the cashier, was so friendly and polite. Great work!

I was very disappointed after going through the drive through. I’m not much for fast food and this was my first visit here since I was a kid. I got a burger and fries, the burger was just ok and he fries were cold! I instantly wished I had gone to in and out next door. But then I walked inside and told the manager on duty my fries were cold and she was very nice and apologetic got me a new fresh fry and threw in a bottled water because they also forgot to give me my water. She made me feel much better, I probably won’t be back because I don’t care for the food. However the manager is on the right track! Thanks for the service.

This restaurant is filthy. I didn’t notice at first there was an employee cleaning the lobby, so that part wasn’t «too» bad. Everywhere behind the counter was gross. The drain for the soda machine in the lobby was moldy, the counters were all greasy. There’s food all over the floor and counters in the back area. The floors are GROSS and need a steam/​sanitizing treatment, and it took 15 minutes to get my small order even though I was the only one in line. Lots of employees chit chatting, milling around, all kids it looks like. No manager present. So disappointed!

A thief works behind the counter! Came here with my middle school aged daughter and I just wanted to get her used to paying and knowing how much change to get back. Well, I gave her a $ 10 bill to pay for $ 2+tax. So she should get back $ 7.83 after tax. This young blonde of high school age gives her back $ 1.83. She keeps the $ 5 bill and the $ 1 bill she is supposed to give back. How can a human being (if you can even call her such) or a scum POS, can be without morals and ripoff a child! Beyond disgusting. It could have been a child’s allowance or even birthday money. This trailer trash B**ch promptly acted dumbfounded like she never passed her GED and gave back the money stolen and walked away. No apology as she knew her worthless a** was caught red-​handed. I’m debating whether to write a letter to corporate HQ and get her ass off this job and back to attending continuation HS where she belongs so she can learn how to count change or take an ethics class!

Few things in this world are worst than a room temperature hamburger. Unless of course you visit this location and when you get nice cool burger they also tell you they don’t have any fries.

Let me start by saying this — free is good.
After a Sunday evening of binge watching Law & Order and seeing the almost non-​stop commercials for a free Papa Burger from A&W, I succumbed and sent a text message for the freeby.
I entered the restaurant about 1130 on Tuesday morning and the pleasant counter employee took the order. Feeling guilty, I decided to get a small order of fries with the Burger.
The single patty burger was good, but not spectacular. I was surprised with the fries — they must have been sitting under the heat lamp for some time. The were only luke warm.
Had I not paid for the burger, the total tab for those two items would have been $ 5.05. For that price, why go for an average burger when you can wall next door to Inn n Out and get all that, plus a soft drink, for about the same price.
But like I said, free is good.
