I found this gem while visiting the University of Utah with my daughter. It is a little incognito on the outside, situated in a small strip mall, but I had high hopes. I was greeted by the owner Agí as well as the wonderful aromas of fresh cut fruits and vegetables. The shop was clean and orderly and had lots of liquid nourishment choose from. There were trays of live sprouts and grasses for juicing, refrigerators filled with fresh pressed juices and smoothies, and tureens of homemade soups. I satisfied my cravings with a double shot of wheatgrass and a bottle ginger lemonade sweetened with agave. If you are in SLC and want to eat healthy, this is a good bet!

Great food, very interesting selections. Owners are great and very willing to give you info on all they have. Nothing like it in slc.

I discovered this place on Unilocal!Had to check it out. The proprietor was friendly and very generous. He gave us more samples than I can mention. Everything was delicious. We bought the homemade red chili, brown rice and the accompanying mushroom sauce, and snowflake rice. We liked them all. We also bought several varieties of the flax seed crackers and loved them as well.

New mom here stuck in a food rut. I’m not vegan but am wanting to make a change to eat healthier. What a GREAT find. The owner was super nice and helpful. Very generous with all of the samples so that you know what you are buying. I walked out with a raw foods wrap that came with a chocolate truffle from Chocolate Conspiracy. If you haven’t had their chocolate… or hot chocolate… Run… don’t walk! The wrap was delicious and left me full and sated which I wouldn’t have expected. The truffle was icing on the cake. :-) They also had some very tasty soups that were delicious and great for you. Don’t pass up the curry lentil. Most places can’t get the«curry» portion of a soup correct but this was dead on and amazing. The soups were placed in eco-friendly containers which is awesome because nothing is more unhealthy that plastic or styrofoam leaching into your hot food. I left with several juices and lots of healthy and tasty raw snacks that I want to eat!

Loved this place when it was in Provo and I love it even more now that it’s closer to home. Yes, raw food is not cheap people but it’s DELICIOUS! Or at least they know how to make it delicious(I’m a mess in the kitchen). The owner’s husband was very generous and made sure all the customers got plenty of samples of their wares. My favorite items are the flaxseed crackers(literally flavorful sheets of flaxseed), but they have everything from warm soup to fresh juices to cashew dips. I also got a Super 17 Green Smoothie that was sweet and refreshing. They carry non-Agi brand raw foods too, and some of them are local as well(see the dessert section). They also have a wicked awesome window full of fresh healthy wheatgrass and herbs. Please give this place a try if you’re down for something new!

Wonderful place with fantastic employees who know everything about eating incredibly healthy. They are very generous and reward loyal customers. I have tried almost everything there and I’m always satisfied, it is a bit pricey but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend their juices, wraps, crackers, microgreens, and their array of gluten free granolas and cereals. Kargen water is cheap and great!
