Sonic

Food quality and price are the same as any other sonic. I would give 3 stars for that as an average fast-​food joint. The problem here is the service. I have been here maybe 6 times, every time my wait to get my food (after ordering) has been 20 – 25 minutes, at least two of those they got the order wrong. But most recently, which was about a month ago now… we waited 45 minutes for our food. The employees were mostly just talking to each other, there were 5 other cars parked and about 5 – 7 that came through the drive thru during that 45 minutes. When I went up to see what was taking so long, they said they thought we had left and threw our food away. I was with the family and we were hungry, so they made our order again, another 15 minutes and gave me $ 5 off my $ 37 order. I will not visit this location again.

Slow ridiculous service. No coffee was ready at 930 on a Monday so had to wait 5 mins for it. Coffee was scalding and filled to within a millimeter of the top so I burned my hand pouring it out to add creamer (which I had said I wanted). Horrible experience, made my morning extremely stressful.

The main complaint I have about this specific sonic is the wait times I seem to always be subject to. I often wait 5 – 7 minutes to just place an order… most other sonic locations seem to be much faster.
Even so, they have a great happy hour every day from 2 – 4 (½ priced drinks), they serve decent breakfast all day, and they have pretty good food as far as fast food meals go.

The absolute worst sonic I’ve ever been to. Drinks take around 20 minutes to get some days! Service is rude most days and they will completely gyp you on your food, example: not even fill your small fries up all the way. Hopefully this place gets a new manager or something. I used to love sonic

this sonic has had poor service & rude employees for years! they even run out of things «oh we ran out of ice» «we ran out of ice cream» like are you serious? one time it took 20 minutes to get 2 slushies during happy hour from 2 – 4, when it was past 4, an employee rudely came up to us & said they wouldn’t give us our slushies unless we paid regular price & not happy hour price, like are you fucking joking? I’ve told people if you wanna stop at sonic on your way somewhere, don’t go to this one. employees give you attitude and even argue with you. people have even got out of their cars to complain to managers and the managers (whom I’m sure are no longer working there now) argue with customers too! the food quality is fine just like every other sonic, it’s just the employees and service that makes this place bad

My family and I are a fan of the Sonic franchise, in general. However, this location has some of the worst service I have seen at any Sonic. The drive is has a much higher priority than the drive-​in slots, and it is difficult to get timely service. Several times we have had to have parts of our order remade, because they gave us the wrong thing or left something off.
The drive-​thru is normally a safer option, but recently, even that has had problems. Today I sat at the menu waiting for them to acknowledge my order and repeat it back for almost five minutes. I finally drove up and waited to make it to the window to get our drinks. Fortunately, they were all correct.
The food has always been good. My issue is with the way the place is staffed. There appears to be a great need for a few customer service refresher courses.

I am updating this review. They have had a good change in their service level the past 8 months or so, and I just now came across this review again. :-) The place now has clearly displayed signs with the manager’s name and contact number, so they have shown themselves to be determined to improve. They have, and we enjoy going here much more now.

Trying the new premium chicken sandwich. It was yummy and I will for sure try it again soon.

Service varies by location with this chain. This location offers consistent quick service and decent treats and fast food. Everything always seems to be prepared fresh. We have had some surprisingly good salads here too.
