Daley Square Cleaners

1. You get your clothes back with no tags, staples, pins, etc. They remove all of them before you pick up. That’s an amazing service.
2. The owner is very friendly and knows me by name. That doesn’t happen often.
3. They do a great job on cleaning.
4. Reasonable prices.
The only down side are their hours. They don’t open until 8:30 AM — after most people have to be at work. If they’d open at 7, I bet their business would explode.

This is the best choice for dry cleaning in the Murphy Canyon and Mission Valley area that I know of. Very friendly and personable service and very low prices. I highly recommend!

I brought my drycleaning here for several years because they were close to my job and the owner always remembers my name and is so polite and friendly. They were always able to get out any stain, my clothes looked great, and their pricing wasvery reasonable.
A couple years ago I got the bright idea to find a cleaner close to home, but I can only get in there on Saturdays because of their hours. This week I needed a pair of pants cleaned and thought why not come back to Daley Square? I came in and the owner seemed so happy to see me after a long time. Then he says «I think I have a dress of yours.» What? Apparently I had dropped off a dress after a special event and forgotten about it … for 3 years. The date on the tag was October 2012. I don’t think another cleaner would have held on to it for so long. I’m back here for good!

Daley Square Cleaners is the Dry Cleaner for you :) The owner Yousuf and his Wife are the nicest people ever… More importantly though your Cloths will come back looking Amazing!!! I love this place! Just picked up my wedding dress from having it preserved. Looks gorgeous and well sealed. Also was put in a box where I can still see it. Couldn’t be happier with the service!

I lowered the stars as I stopped going here due to the heavy chemical smell on my clothes. The service and price were great but I could not stand the smell.

LOVE this place. My husband and I have been using Daley Square Cleaners for about two years now and we have been thrilled with the service and value. The owner is very nice and has worked hard to remove even very old stains (with some success!). Whenever anything is left in a pocket (including money… whoops), there is always a little baggie with everything in it when we pick up the order. Whenever I have my hands full with a squirmy toddler, he brings my clothes out to my car and hangs them up for me. I have never had such great service. And the prices are very reasonable… I feel like I should be paying more for what I’m getting.

I can’t say enough good things about this drycleaners! I have only had very positive experiences. The customer service is impeccable! The owner always goes out of his way to ensure that I’m satisfied with his service. Many times I have come in a DAY before I NEED a suit or tuxedo to have cleaned and he has always accommodated my urgency without any hesitation. I have never experienced that at any other dry cleaners and trust me, I have used many.
Aside from dry cleaning they also do alterations. When you think of alterations you probably think of a cuff being hemmed or a button being sewn on. NO! What I needed was totally different. I needed something made that was only in my mind. So I drew it for him on the back of my business card hoping that he would understand my vision of this garment. He made it exactly the way that I wanted. I was blown away. All the way down to the inches of certain stitches which I indicated to him with my thumb and forefinger saying «I want about this much space between». Now I don’t think being a seamster is what he does normally but the point is that I asked and he did. That is amazing! I did have smaller alterations done by him over the years but by far the actual making of the garment was above and beyond.
I believe the cleaners is a very reputable establishment which comes down to the staff and how honest they are. Over the years I have forgotten money in my pockets. Once was a 100 dollar bill! When I came to pick up my laundry he handed me the bill still crumpled the way that I had put it in my pocket along with other items that were left in my pocket. NOW THAT IS HONESTY! I really believe had I had chosen a different Dry Cleaners to handle my laundry I would have never seen that $ 100 again. You can tell that they run their business on ethics and morals. I think the owner is just a «stand up guy».
I can go on and on about this business because you don’t find those types of qualities too often so when you do you really want to support their business.
One other small thing, but is actually huge to me is that he always addresses the customers with a smile and a «Hello» and a most sincere «how is your day going?» Who does that nowadays? He’s almost redefining business practices!
With all that said, I highly endorse this drycleaner and if I could give them more stars then I would!

They were friendly and had my clothes done in one day without any problems. I think I paid about $ 1.75 per dress shirt and about $ 3 per pants, but don’t quote me. I didn’t find it unreasonable, but I don’t have a great idea of what the going rate for dry cleaning is.
