Terrible phone service, was on hold for 22 minutes! Not to mention that when they finally answered they were rude and unhelpful.

Amazing staff and great and quick service. I was helped by Drew who took his time explaining things and did my prints exactly like I wanted.

Thank you for no service. I’ll go somewhere else. I didn’t need much, just trying to make copies for work.

Customer service sucks here even the manager was not very nice. He straight up said he could not help with items I wanted to return because I had lost my receipt. No wonder his store gets no business. Parking is always empty because the manager and customer service blows!

This place sucks! I painstakingly spent 20 minutes trying to find my «rewards» account I had set up eons ago… I bring in my treasure of 6 ink cartridge thinking I would get my $ 2.00 a piece rewards on the spot… nope. gotta wait two weeks…4 months later: well. today is black Friday and thought I would cash in my chips… I log in to my account and low and behold! NO rewards… next time I am heading to Office Depot. at least they won’t blatantly rip me off.

Before there was Staples Copy and Print Centers, there were Kinkos. What a wonderful improvement on the idea of a print shop at the creative disposal of regular people like me! This particular staff at the Sorrento Valley/Mira Mesa location is amazing. The operation is professionally run. I’ve been a loyal customer for several years and will continue to be in the future. I spend thousands of dollars per year on print-related services and would happily pay more. Great job guys! Do realize that you should know exactly what you want them to do. Do all your creating at home. Do not expect that they will think for you. Only you know how you want your project to turn out best. Once you do, they will carry out your plan to the T. I often get personal phone calls and e-mails, requesting clarification about my project. They really care about getting it right the first time.

Four words: Automatic. Letter. Folding. Machine. Working in marketing comes at a price: lots of mailers. Usually, the dirty work is handled by the mailhouses, but there are times when we(meaning ME) have to physically mail out smaller runs. Enter Staples, the office savior, who neatly folded and boxed the letters I needed in an hour and at only $ 0.04 a page! The staff were a little overbearing with the«Can I help you?“‘s at every corner, but it’s nice to know I was being acknowledged. A papercut-less thumbs up!
