Chili’s

They only allow me to give one star but I give it a half. On the good side I was sat fast in one of the bar booths but it all went downhill from there. It took about 20 min for our server to greet us. When he finally came we ordered, appetizers only, and I took 45 min for the wrong appetizer to come out. We had ordered boneless honey wings and they came out with bones. We sent them back and waited and additional 20 min for our wings to come out boneless but buffalo flavor… the server had said he would take it off which he didn’t and then charged us for an extra side of wings… Fail

I always love chilis! We had an amazing waiter who was extremely patient. Our food was bomb! Like usual. there was a mix up however where only 2 plates were brought out while the other 3 were forgotten. It took a long time to get them out but it was worth it

Horrible experience last night! Me and my boyfriend went in around 6 pm feeling super excited because we love Chilis and was told the wait for two was only 5 to 10 minutes. We walk in and the hostess was too busy joking with a coworker to even focus on us. She finally walked us to our table and told us a server would be with us shortly. 10 minutes go by and our waitress finally came by asking if we had been helped. She didn’t even apoligize for no one coming to even just ask what we want to drink. We ordered (her interupting us and giving us attitude when we tried to order food before our drinks) just as a family was seated behind us. The waitress was way more focused on them and the family on the other side as well. The family after us even GOT THEIR FOOD BEFORE OURS. We were so fed up we just left! None of the employees even noticed or cared that we walked away leaving an empty table behind.

Food is average but the 1 star comes from poor service. We sat at our table on a slow Monday afternoon for 15 minutes before a waitress unenthusiastically came and took our order. The table next to us was seated and had their order taken within 5 minutes. When the food finally came out my wings were cold so I had them sent back. The manager came over and asked why we had the wings sent back and I explained why. She asked if we wanted something else and I told her no and explained that we had to wait 15 minutes just to have our order taken. She apologized and went on our way while we waited another 5 minutes while the waitress ran our card. Needless to say we won’t be back

This review is for this particular location, as Chili’s food and interior set up are similar across the board.
Despite being a full house on a rainy weekend evening, once seated (after roughly 20 minute wait) service was fast and friendly. At most establishments during busy times, you must expect service to be a bit slower – nope, not the case here! Waters were refilled promptly without asking, food was what I expected for a Chili’s, and we were politely asked several times how we were doing and if there was anything else we needed.
I think the only down side is that this is a particularly busy parking area, with Eastridge mall, so with bad timing parking can be a bit annoying.

Went in today for a couple of brews and dinner with my friend. We sat at the bar and the bartender seemed upset or maybe over worked. She took awhile to provide us a menu and was less than pleasant doing so. I never worked in the food industry so I am not sure what they go through but I would assume that there are ups and downs like anything however it shouldn’t be passed on to the customer. We spent over $ 100 on drinks and as much as I wanted to tip I couldn’t. Each interaction we had with her we received minimal conversation as if she was annoyed. On the bright side the food was good, I just expect slightly better service when I pay $ 9+ per drink.

Been coming here for years today was kinda not so good tho my server Danny is garbage not knowledgeable of the menu took my order with his paper an pad on the table right in front of me in my personal space forgot my appetizer it’s chips an salsa bro how can my meal arrive before the appetizer not to mention he forgot to bring me a roll up… I’ll still come here but I’d request to not be in his section just terrible

Terrible customer service. Only eat there if you have over an hour to sit and wait for food. Food is basic chain-​restaurant food.

This is not special like any other chili’s. I come here when I get off early from work. They right now have unlimited enchalidas. I am so excited get like three plates full.

Food took forever and it was just an appetizer. Plus my margarita was served in a kiddie cup because they were backed up in dishes?! Never again coming here.

First off I would like to thank Gloria for her great service and attitude. She’s the smallest person working the bar area that night and was very attentive to all the tables even though it was busy on a Sunday night with the football games going on. Took my family here and ordered a few margaritas which tasted pretty good. I ordered the Cajun pasta and it was delicious. The buffalo wings were alright, I didn’t like the sauce they used so much but spent the night enjoying the chips and salsa. The staff are pretty nice and quickly acknowledged us and didn’t look like they would rather be home on a Sunday night than working.

I’m very disappointed with the customer service here. I ordered a TOGO order and when I came to pick it up they were such in a rush for me to leave! The food was cold, they gave no silverware, and no sauces for the triple dipper I ordered.

I came to CHILI’S with my family for my brothers birthday on June 30^th and at first I was not so happy that it was extremely cold in there, and the host was to busy flirting with men then sitting us down. However once we meet Gloria, the waiter she was very considerate, and a GREAT WAITER! She was constantly coming to our table asking if we needed help with anything else!
To add on the food was amazing, I enjoyed every peace of it. Yet, make sure to eat with your stomach and not your eyes, because the plates are huge! And worth it!

Worse service I had ever experienced. I had lunch here on 6÷28÷15 at 1:30p.m.
Host took 7minutes to show up.
After we were sat down by the host, it took 12 minutes for our server to show up. The girl with an ox ring on her nose.
She took our drinks and order. She took another 10minutes to come back with our drinks.
2:30p.m and we still have not gotten our food, she’s lucky we had patient.
Finally got our food. I ordered the cajun chicken pasta and some of the portion was cold! I had them take it back in the kitchen then found my friend’s food were also cold. She’s lucky my friends felt bad for her and didn’t make a fuzz about it. It seems like it was ready a long time ago but was never brought out.
If i can, i would give this place negative 5 stars.

Came in here for dinner and it was fairly busy. Took us awhile to be seated, 10 minutes top as there was no hostess or host to greet/​seat us. There was also another group who were waiting there for awhile as well.
When we were seated, it took about 15 minutes until finally a waiter came to take our orders. But within those fifteen minutes, many waiters and waitresses walked by us, not acknowledging us as we tried to inform them that no one has yet to take our drink order.
Honestly would’ve given this place a lower rate if the honey-​chipotle crispers weren’t so good.

Came out on a Thursday night, because who wants to cook then, so it wasn’t too crowded. I ordered the chips and salsa appetizer as usual (very filling! Already half full before the main dishes came out — whoops). My sister and I shared the 2 for $ 20 — half rack of original-​BBQ ribs with the Cajun Chicken Pasta. Then another full rack, half original and half Craft Beer BBQ. That was a mistake, since I’m not a fan of that taste, but I guess it’s an acquired taste (for someone who drinks beer). The original flavor was naturally satisfying! There’s nothing too special about the original ribs with fries other than that. The pasta was rich, but not too rich in my opinion, and I’m usually not a fan of those creamy foods. The garlic toast is always a favorite to me. I’ll probably order this from now on instead of my usual ribs!
Our server was VERY nice! I’ve been having my luck with waiters/​waitresses lately. He accidentally tried to serve us a dessert that belonged to another table, but we were laughing about it as well as vice versa.
Overall a good experience!

So so disappointed. .ordered 3 steak fajitas and tacos and it took over 45 minutes to get the food… wait no. over 45 minutes for someone to come over to the table to let us know they had stopped cooking due to a broken pipe… and asked if we wanted stay or leave cause no toilets…
We decided to stay… and bad choice as it took another 20 or so minutes. .we got 3 plates and the tacos never came.
Horrible customer service. Care for the customer.
Need better manager. .plumbing company. .and better communication .
They decided to void the bill. but the moral of the story is. be up-​front w ur customer. .timing. .is money… u decide to go out to have less stress.
Relax and instead turns out all awful…

AND BEWARE OF FOOD POISONING/​NASTY BROCCOLI.
I would give this place a –5 star if I could. The service was a 3 ½ star, but my last experience totally makes me cringe even giving them a one star.
I used to enjoy coming to this chilis almost every other week 3 years ago. However, over the years it seems like their quality and cleanliness has gone waaay down hill.
My boyfriend and I came in for lunch on a weekday. Keep in mind that I’m staaarving. We were seated within 5 minutes, not too bad.
We usually get the two for 20 because it’s a pretty good deal for what it is. I got the chicken chipotle crispers, with a side of broccoli and onion rings, instead of fries and corn. While my boyfriend got the burger w/​a side of rice instead of fries.
Let me tell you about my entrée that came out.
Upon first glance at my dish, my chicken crispers were noticeably smaller than usual. They were literally the size of my index finger. Compared to back then when it’d actually look like a juicy tender piece of chicken that I couldn’t wait to dig into. Bummer man.
TASTE:
DO NOT WASTE YOUR EXTRA DOLLAR OPTING FOR THEIR SPICY PANKO ONION RINGS! They just flat out suck. Sorry not sorry. Onions rings are supposed to have that slight crunch from the flavorful «spicy panko» batter on the outside with a succulent juicy ring of onion on the inside. But your onions rings just tasted like mushy, soggy, disgusting flour.
+++ IN ADDITION. My broccoli was super duper, drastically, over the top, disgustingly, OVER SALTED. Nothing’s worse than when you try to opt for a healthier side and get a ton load of salt instead. BUT IT DOESNT END THERE. I was super hungry so I said, «Eff it anyway. Gotta eat my greens!» Boy. I wish I never did that.
On my 4^th broccoli, a rancid sour mushy taste took over my taste buds. I look down at my broccoli to find that it’s dark, somewhat moldy looking, and smelled like 4-​day old throw up. Oh. My. God. After that, I could NOT take a bite of anything else. It disgusted me so much I just asked the server to take my plate away because I simply could not eat it anymore.
The servers were sweet, offered me something else, but I just completely lost my appetite. I felt like I took a bit into an athletes armpit after they just ran 10 miles. Would you still want to eat after that?
What upset me the most was that management did not handle this situation correctly. I work in the customer service/​restaurant industry myself and if one of my guests encountered an unfortunate experience like this, the least I could do as management is come out and be apologetic about what had happened. Don’t just have your servers be apologetic for what happens in your restaurant that isn’t under their control. You come out and you take responsibility for what is going on because it happened under your watch as manager at your restaurant.
Not to mention, after this meal, I had the worst food poisoning in the world, which also resulted in me having a 100+ degree fever.
Also, if you’re managing your restaurant, make sure it’s clean and the ambiance is a place where your guests would actually want to sit and eat. During my whole time there, which was quite some time (45 min+) because my boyfriend was still finishing his food, EVERY. SINGLE. TABLE/​BOOTH. SURROUNDING. ME. WAS. LEFT. DIRTY.
It’s NOT okay for ANYONE to have to sit and eat while being surrounded by everyone else’s garbage.

Was having a terrible week so I asked a girlfriend of mine to come have some drinks and a snack with our kids. It was a Wednesday around 2pm, so there were plenty of seating available. We were seated right away and I noticed they had a small monitor at each table. The server said that the kids can play games on here as well as order things like drinks and dessert, which was pretty cool.
We both ordered a drink and a sample appetizer to share:
— Skinny Margarita — this was good, but definitely not enough of alcohol. I felt like I didn’t taste any in there.
— Buffalo wings — this was decent, it had the Buffalo flavor and it wasn’t bad.
— Sliders — this was ok as well, the meat was on the well done side, but the flavor was good.
— Southwestern type of eggrolls — I liked this one the most, it was an eggroll packed with flavor. It was stuffed with chicken, red bell peppers, corn, spinach and I believe black beans. It came with a ranch sauce which was a great add to the eggroll.
Overall the service was good, but the food and drinks were just ok. Our server was friendly and attentive, she checked on us several times to make sure we were ok.

Im happy they have a 2 for 20.00!
