Wendy’s is now expensive. My meal plus a small chili cost $ 11.00! Really?! The music at this location is blah and annoying! The food was fine though.

First time coming to this location today & it is most definitely my last! I literally ordered 3 things and they got it wrong. I was at the drive through and after I gave my order, the lady didn’t even tell me to drive up to the window or repeat my order. It was just a long awkward silence. Eventually she asked if that was all in a rude tone. Well no shit Sherlock… Well anyways I didn’t say that, I know better so I drive up to the window and pay. She turns and hands me my soda without even looking at me. So I had to stretch out of window to get my drink that she giving to me in some other land. She hands me my food and closes the window. Uh ok. Didn’t say anything to me at all. So I slowly drive off and one block away I realize I didn’t get my fries or my receipt. Well no way backing up my claim so I decided this was a battle I didn’t need to deal with. So anyways, stay away folks! Fast food apparently means inaccurate & bad service.

I legit hate this Wendy’s. They constantly get my orders wrong. It never fails. From the wrong size fries to not adding cheese and bacon to a jr bacon cheeseburger. It’s a freaking jr BACON CHEESEburger. It’s ridiculous. Especially since it’s not a one or two time thing. It’s really a ALL the time thing. I seldomly eat here now since all the F ups. I’m sooooo happy for in n out. Never ever have a problem. And they are way busier than them. Like WTH???

Used drive thru at 9:57 pm. Got home to Castro Valley to find long hair in one of the sandwiches. I had already eaten mine so feeling totally grossed out. I rarely eat fast food but was hungry. Chicken was overcooked and sandwich was dry. Cheese wasn’t even melted. So gross.

Average fast. Nothing special. I don’t even know why I am reviewing this. They remodel so the facility looks pretty clean.

I usually enjoy my trips to Wendy’s but recently they have been lagging in drive thru, some worker asked me what I wanted to order and so I responded and it took her 5 minutes to tell me she was ready, so she basically asked me to order for no reason the first time. I usually don’t eat until I get home and when I took a sip of my drink it taste like it was 90% Water and 10% Sprite. I tried calling 3 times to let them know just in case another customer gets the same drink but they hung up on me.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Stuck for 7 minutes in the drive thru line and only 3 cars have moved. I have been able to escape in the past. 10 cars backed up in the lot waiting and it can’t be lack of staff because I have seen 4 different employees just wandering around. 2 had the drive thru headsets on but we’re far from a register so that explains the lack of service. It’s to bad because the food is usually good but the late night service is really bad. It’s now been 10 minutes and I have not even made it to the speaker. Don’t go once they close the dining room.

They’re very slow and always forget my extra pecans(that I purchase) for my salad. A few times I’ve even been asked to park and wait out front– for over 5 minutes(after already waiting 10 in line) for my order which is not large at all, I guess at least the food is fresh but my order should’ve been ready all that time I was waiting. Whenever I let them know something is missing the employees tend to put up an argument swearing they’ve put it in the bag. I just come for the spicy nuggets now. Not so much my fave.

Worst experience. Went thru the drive thru and there were about 5 cars in front of me. Each car took about 5 minutes just for the person to get it right. The car in front of me took about 10 minutes just to get her order completed. Finally I’m next to pull up at the window and a guy walks up because they messed up his order. They wanted him to come around and wait thru the line again instead of just giving the guy what he ordered. I told the guy I didn’t mind waiting. But they would not help him and he had to go back around. When I finally pulled up she just took my money and handed my food. When I questioned what I ordered she had an attitude. So I took my time and made sure it was right before I pulled off. They need to get some Professionals in there to manage that location. Leaving it to unskilled employees is giving the company a bad name. The Baconator was delicious! But the customer service was the worst I’ve seen in a long time. I hope someone from Headquarters reads these reviews!

Worst Wendy’s ever! And I’ve been to Wendy’s stores outside the US. This is the worst! Count on it, that if you order Drive-Thru, you will ALWAYS, always have something missing, a spoon for your Frosty, a sauce for your nuggets, or the nuggets itself or a burger itself or a missing fry. So frustrating. So if you can spare a minute, you might as well walk inside the store so you can check your to-go order before you go.

Went in tonight at around 10:45pm through the drive thru, was served by a heavyset woman by the name of «Maria» She had a VERY hard time concentrating on taking our order, was more than likely playing/texting on her cell phone because we could not only hear it but she asked us to repeat parts of the order MULTIPLE times and STILL got it wrong. Ordered a MEDIUM vanilla frosty… was given a small, was told she heard small, charged for small, and when we asked her she got pissy and said we can get a medium, gave her the change for the medium, walks around the corner for about 3 – 5 seconds it seemed only for her to return with the same cup and tell us it was a medium. We asked/confronted her about it and she insisted it was/is a medium, I looked online only to find that what she gave us is indeed a small, the way to tell was the white ring around the bottom of the cup, mediums DON’T have that big of a ring or one at all. I’ve been a customer of this wendy’s for YEARS, a few hiccups here and there but THIS is depressing to have to not only type but to experience. Yes it is a 1 star simply because; there have been hiccups, the food isn’t always fresh, AND the drinks are FULL of ice and because of that TASTEWATEREDDOWN and FORGOTTENSTRAWS!

I come here about once a week, maybe every other week, for lunch. Service is good, fast, attentive … salads have always been fresh. Only one bad experience with my food, when I clearly saw all the SALT on one side of my chicken nuggets. Not sure how that happened. Prices have gone up in recent months, but not enough for me not to come here.

This is my normal after A’s games food spot! The drive through is perfect and never takes too long to order our food and head home. The customer service is usually good, never too peppy being that it’s usually after 10pm but it’s totally understandable. The pretzel burger is a good choice and so is the good ‘olé frosty! I’m not big on the chicken sandwiches but they are still good. Go for the perfect late night food run, better than jack in the box!

This place is just plain horrible. Every time I have ever gone to this place they forget at least 1 thing. I mean if they dont give you forks and straws, then they are forgetting BBQ sauce. Its always something and the staff could care less. This is consistently the worst wendys i have ever visited. I always give them another shot and they fail every damn time…

My sister and I were hungry after a fun filled evening at the Oakland Art Murmur. I was driving her back to Pleasanton and took a short cut through San Leandro. I knew just the spot to get us a quick bite. I used to come here for lunch when I worked in San Leandro. The service was sporadic and my drive through orders were always messed up. I invented the protein burger before In-n-Out was ever around. Poor Wendy’s was then place I went to request more lettuce on my burger. They were always confused. This time it was kids meals and regular cheese burger for me and a chicken sandwich for my sister. The kids fries were cold. As expected. Our fries were not the greatest. But my burger was good. Wendy’s usually does that part correctly every time. The locations in an odd spot under the Bart tracks. So if you really want to come here you have to make an effort.
