The ribs were so flavorfully smoked that I didn’t even partake in the various sauces that were available. The staff was friendly as they offered samples of the ribs and wings. As far as the quality and quantity of food received this experience was a 10 out of 10.

Food was terrible everything was cold. Service was slow and the restaurant was about empty. Ordered the bbq nachos, the chips were burnt. Not worth the money or the time. Never again at this location. If you go take a blanket, it was about so cold you could hang meat in there. We complained and NOTHINGWASDONE about it.

Mother’s Day lunch here was awful. The buffet $ 10 should have been free for it’s poor food quality. NO Ribs. Cold pulled pork. Cold green beans. Pinkish BBQ chicken. The cole slaw was very good, as was the peach cobbler. Oh, the iced tea is also very good. I know why they needed to offer a $ 10 buffet — they don’t get any repeat business. Beware: the terry cloth napkins feel like sandpaper on your face. The servers are pleasant, but soooooo slow. If you want BBQ that taste better, go West on Abercorn to Dickie’s BBQ.

What can I say. I use to love this chain in the Carolinas but this Savannah location is pathetic. The only reason I am here is because it my 12 yrs bday and it was his request as it was where we are a year ago. He also eats ‘happy meals’ and ramen. Service was slow. Bbq 101, remove the membrane from ribs. This place would not know what fall off the bone meant unless they fell of the table! It’s so obvious this place is dying because they have started an AYCE buffet on Sunday’s. Desperate. These ribs are cooked well in advance and have to chewed off the bone. To top of the lack of fresh cooked bbq, they smothered it in sauce to cover it up. Lame and like the McRib. they were Luke warm! Really?? Needless to say, I will never set foot in here again after a 2nd trip 1yrs later that was identical in experience and look forward to the next restaurant that will land here at a great location.

We’ve been eating barbecue all across the U.S. It’s fun to compare brisket and ribs from one place to another. Some we’ve rated almost zero and a few get the top spot — 5 stars. It’s all about the food and it’s all about the service. We ordered the Barbecue Trifecta and we ordered it dry because we wanted to taste a few of the barbecue sauces. We especially loved the Memphis Original and Carolina Sweet barbecue sauce. Yummy. We thought we were getting brisket with the Trifecta but I read the menu wrong. Oops. My mistake but we did get to taste that brisket. The ribs and brisket at Stickey Fingers are to die for! They are absolutely delicious. Reading some of the reviews about those items have made me think there are quite a few folks that have no idea what real smoked food is all about. The meat on the ribs just fell off the bone and the brisket was so tender you didn’t really need to cut it or chew it as it almost melted in your mouth. The smoked food here is amazing but so were the side dishes we had — barbecued beans and coleslaw. Our server was on the spot. He said he was new but he was pleasant and efficient. In other words, service was perfect too. Dave, the manager, checks on all the guests to get feedback. We liked him too and complimented him on the service and on the food. If we were hanging around Savannah longer, we definitely would revisit this place.

Service here was above and beyond Southern Hospitality. We were offered two ribs each to sample, and there were 6 different sauces to try on them. Although that were delish, I opted for the fried catfish, and Wow and I glad I did! The fish steaks were large and full of flavor and the breading was light and crispy! The greens were amazing too!

I love sticky fingers. But this location in particular there’s always something every time I go. They have trouble getting the order right and the service isn’t ever speedy. I don’t think their employees are very happy to be there. I have been to this location several times only because there is no other locations near me.

Okay so I literally just walked out of sticky fingers not more than 5 minutes ago and I would like to write about my experience here. This is not my first time at a sticky fingers I have eaten out of sticky fingers in other cities besides Savannah multiple times and have had good experiences. Just start off we showed up at around 8 o’clock which is a full hour before they close at 9. We ordered with our server who was very nice and throughout the entire night was great. The first problem occurred when I found out that they had ran out of corn muffins and Texas toast which were the main reason of why I brought myself and my four friends with me to eat there because they had never tried them. They told us this after we had already ordered and were wondering where are corn muffins and Texas toast were. Next our food took over 30 minutes to come out and we were the only people in the restaurant. Three of my friends ordered burgers all of which were so burnt. We should have asked for our money back or got new burgers but we were in a rush because we needed to catch a movie at 9:15. I ordered a sticky fingers sampler platter and my ribs were so dry and so were my wings. Worst experience ever at a sticky fingers and I’m sad to say that I brought my friends and talk so highly of this place and their corn muffins which were never even brought out to us.

The server was nice, but everything was so slow. They didnt have any ribs and its a rib house! Took 20 minutes to get a table with nobody else waiting. Took another 15 to get drinks once we sat down. Like i said the waitress was nice but the restaurant is poorly managed if any manager was present at all. No ribs or ½ chicken, and very slow people. No wonder all the other restaurants were full and this one had 3 tables of people.

Rib combo was good, but not amazing. Wish I had more to say, but that about sums it up.

I dont know about the other Unilocalers, but i think this place has the bomb food. They have the best ribs i have ever tasted, and ive tryed ribs everywhere. Ive traveled from California to Georgia on a hunt for great southern food. The chili was like no other, the corn bread was so delicious, and beans mmmm so good. Thank you Savanahh for the great experience.

My husband and I were there last night. He got the ribs and I got the pulled pork. He liked the ribs, said they were tender and tasted good. I have had a bigger portion of the pulled pork at most other places. The complaint I have with them is that the service is slow. There were not busy at all. We ended up ordering the chocolate lava dessert and it took so long to get it, that we ended up leaving. Our server told us twice that she would check on it and never did. We probably won’t go back.

Not much to be excited about here. My food was under seasoned, the Mac and cheese seemed like something anyone could have made at home, the loaded French fries arrived at my table completely disjointed, and my daughter’s chicken fingers looked a little malnourished. To be honest, my favorite part of the meal was the sweet tea:) The service was good too!

I try to avoid chain barbecue places, they just can’t compete with the local joints when it comes to taste. However, we got way too hungry before we’d made lunch plans and that’s never good. Usually neither of us can decide what we want and more times than not we end up at the chicken chain by Oglethorpe Mall. I was really wanting to try something new, so after we made our way over to the chicken chain, I changed my mind about wanting to eat there. I spotted Sticky Fingers and against my better judgment suggested we eat there instead. I ordered a BBQ sandwich and fries and my husband ordered the meatloaf sandwich w/fries. Both were on lunch special for 7.99. The pork in my sandwich was tasteless. It was like it had been boiled instead of smoked in a smoker like good pulled pork should. There was a variety of sauces on the table, they tasted good but, like most commercial sauces, were full of high fructose corn syrup. The meatloaf in the sandwich was a very thin slice and my husband said it tasted like SPAM. While technically SPAM is a meatloaf, it wasn’t the kind of meatloaf he was expecting. The one good thing was they give a generous military discount– 20%, so at least we didn’t have to pay as much for the sub par food.

Its funny because I started going to Sticky Fingers in 1999 in Chattanooga, TN while there for a football game. Me and my family loved it and when they opened one in Charleston several years ago we would take day trips over just so we could go to for dinner. We were super excited when they started building this one here and since they have opened, years ago now, we have been less than 5 times. As far as pulled pork and brisket from this place I usually bypass it because it just lacks a little in flavor to me. The ribs being their signature dish they do then very well. I prefer to get my dry rubbed and put the sauce on them at the table but that is a preference thing. Another one of my favorites here is actually the smoked wings. If you go for lunch they have a great lunch menu for $ 7.99 which includes your drink. Went just yesterday and my coworker go the Pulled pork sandwich with fries and he struggled to finish his portion. I went with the Pulled Pork stuffed potato which was massive and came with a side salad(picture posted). This version of the BBQ Stuffed potato isnt the very best I have ever had but it was damn good and was loaded with pork. Everything being said if Im in the mood for ribs and cant make them myself this is where I come but its not a fix for my other BBQ cravings. This will be a frequent lunch spot though at these prices and portions,

I’m picky about BBQ and this was not a bad BBQ place at all but nothing anything special either. Pulled pork is definitely the winner here. Brisket wasn’t anything that great. The sides were pretty great. I had mac n cheese and sweet potato fries which were both excellent. Service was fast and friendly. They have several sauces to choose from. I sampled them all and my favorite was the Tennessee Whiskey BBQ sauce. My least favorite was the Habanero BBQ sauce which maybe had trace amounts of Habanero and Cayenne peppers because it wasn’t spicy at all.
