I love their food and I love the service at this location ! Summer is always super sweet, she often takes my orders on weekday afternoons, standing outside! I don’t know the name of my other favorite employee but he is a tall African American who works drive through on weekday nights ! He’s great too !! They’re always super polite, prompt, and smiley. Plus the food is amazing ! I love it all the grilled chicken sandwich, club sandwich, chicken strips, chicken nuggets, and their sweet tea is to die for !!! Great job management !!!

I like Chick-Fil-A sandwiches and waffle fries(with that addictive Chick-Fil-A sauce) and this location does not disappoint in the food department. But my most recent visit is a good example of why I have to knock off a star. Arriving at the counter I noted that I was not welcomed as I always am at other locations. Probably because no one was at the counter at all. I stood and waited… not a long time, probably 3 minutes(which feels long when you are waiting)…until someone finally walked to the register and offered to help me. The condiment bar was a bit of a disaster and I took the last 3 napkins from a neglected dispenser. My food was delivered to the table quickly and I enjoyed every bite. But customer service needs more discipline. Definitely my least favorite location of this chain that I’ve been to(3.5 stars rounded up).

Dined inside today with my daughter at 4:30pm. Everyone was smiling and polite, friendly and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. I had my food in about 5 minutes and it was brought to my table. The restaurant was very clean and each table had fresh flowers in small vases. I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich meal with waffle fries and a lemonade. My daughter ordered an 8 piece chicken tenders and two Apple sauces, which were chilled. We got free refills on our drinks with no waiting. Excellent service, friendly and professional.

Great healthy food an affordable prices. The wait isn’t long for your food and they have an awsome selection of condiments. Their grilled chicken sandwich is amazing I’ll definitely be back!

Had an employee tell me, «bite me». Ownership was hesitant to respond. Really shameful from a company that used to be in such high regard. Don’t bite chicken at this location.

crazy busy at times but you still get your food very quickly! the staff here is wonderful– they even go around and ask you how everything is tasting and if you need anything it’s definitely by far the best service you’ll ever find in any«fast food chain» restaurant :) and as for the food. well its chick-fil-a! everything is always tasty

Closest chick fil a to my place. Gave it three stars cause I don’t check my bag or receipt sometimes(my fault) but since this is a business, the coworkers should always have my order right. Probably 2⁄5 times it was wrong but no matter, food is great and I still ate it. The customer service is good not great sometimes I enjoy hearing the phrase«my pleasure.» Not sure if they have this in their training but sometimes I don’t hear it and am disappointed. Little things. But I love getting the spicy chicken deluxe and the chicken pieces. Sometimes I’ll opt out of the pieces and go for a salad but pretty damn expensive but oh well.

I love this place! The staff is always friendly and polite and they seem to really enjoy the work they do. My favorite item on the menu is the Cobb salad with grilled nuggets… Delish. What I really like about it is that the salad is always cold, while the meat is nice and warm! Healthy fast food is possible!

Probably my favorite chick fila location. Service is always good with the exception of the occasional employee that doesn’t care the least bit about you. Food is like any other chickfila but I prefer this place because they’ve never given me stale fries like the one in Woodbury has.

This used to be a good location but they are dropping the ball majorly! Soon as they see an influx in business, all service, quality of food goes to pot. I paid for a 2 strip meal drove all the way back to the office and they only gave me one piece plus these dried up frie bits! Disgusting! Management needs to step up!

Stopped in tonight for a quick snack for a long drive home and ordered chicken strips. They were absolutely disgusting! The crust was falling off of it and it had so many hard pieces and what seemed like cartilage that three strips became only one that was edible. How can some place that’s totes such high quality serve such crap?!! Shame on you Chick Fil A and also in the future, your sauce is not GOLD so for your 3 crappy strips I suggest you allow at LEAST2 sauces since they are so unpalatable!!! I expect better from this company!

Most of the time when I go through the drive thru it’s a speedy process, I pay get my food and go and the staff are always great and have top notch customer service. Today I went at around 3 o’clock in the drive thru and ordered smoothly but when I got to the window that’s when my experience left me disappointed. Usually wherever you go and get to the window the cashier greets you and goes over your order and how much you owe. Not this time, I was sitting in my car for a good 3 minutes before anyone said anything. I waited and looked inside to see if they were busy but instead they were pretty slow and the three staff that were in the window area were just chit chatting away, none of whom acknowledged my presence as a customer, I didn’t even get the usual chipper greeting from chick fil a staff. When I finally paid and got my food I didn’t get the usually thank you and have a great day saying either. Just got handed my drink and and went on my way. I hope they step up their customer service, they’ve been slipping lately.

I’ve been a fan of Chickfila since day one! Back in the day when they used to only be in the mall’s food courts! I’ve been to a few locations around the OC and Orange is my favorite, the food just tastes better to me LOL! We were in the area of this one last week and made it just in time for breakfast, we love their Chicken MIni’s! My mom sniffed hers up! I was a bit bummed that they had ran out of breakfast before it was over, a few people did come in wanting breakie but were turned away :(It’s rare they run out of breakfast! Service is always on point, they did forget to bring out my moms decaf coffee since they were making a new batch of it but the friendly cashier apologized and gave me a bigger cup of coffee than I ordered! You really can’t go wrong with CFA, I’m going to miss them so much once I move :(:(:(

I love Chick-fil-A, they have the best chicken since it’s cooked in peanut oil which I love, and I love their waffle fries. Interestingly, I came to this location a few times, but the first couple of time they didn’t get the waffle fries right, I think they had a new cook. The fries weren’t cooked through, they were doughy and weren’t good. The first time I took them back two times to get new ones and still they didn’t get them right. Normally I wouldn’t take back food but the entire reason I came here that time were to get the waffle fries so I wanted them to come back correctly. But I didn’t want to take them back a third time when the second batch was still undercooked so I just settled with it. That said, the staff were very friendly and the manager personally came over to me to ask how everything was going. But this is common for Chick-fil-A, I find that Chick-fil-As have superior customer service, at many locations I have been to often the manager personally goes around greeting everyone. This store is no exception and even though they failed on the fries a couple of visits, that was a year ago now and the friendliness kind of made up for it. The most recent time that I came to this location the fries were done right, nice and crispy like I always like, so that’s a big plus. I rarely eat out and almost never at fast food, but this place is barely fast food and far healthier than the alternatives, especially if you forego the soda which I never get because soda is poison. It is worth noting that this location is pretty busy the times that I went, I was able to find a seat but it was pretty packed. The location is not very large, but not too small, more of a normal size. Also something pretty cool about Chick-fil-A is they have big dipper things instead of only small packets. Which I love because then I get more without having to open all the packets plus I can dip things into it! The same big dipping containers are for bbq sauce and the other sauces. The chicken is not only amazing tasting but also is relatively healthy; since it’s cooked in peanut oil it’s a lot healthier than if it was cooked in canola or vegetable oil like other places. Just thinking about the chicken makes me crave some! I haven’t been here in awhile and I want to go back soon!

I have been a frequent visitor of this ChicFilA for quite sometime now. The service here is always too notch the employees go out of their way to make sure you are happy. The food tastes exactly as you would expect it to and the establishment is always well maintained.

My family and I went to this Chick-Fil-A while we were in the area(right after a trip to the Block at Orange). Alright, I suppose it’s more accurate to say that half of us went to this Chick-Fil-A – notably my uncle, who’s never been to one – and the other half went to In-N-Out, since you can’t get that in Hawaii and the two share the same parking lot. I was attempting to eat something healthier, and I always enjoy what I get from Chick-Fil-A. While service could have been a bit better – I had to ask for every type of dipping sauce(and more than one) – the food quality was on point and everyone really enjoyed what they got. And our food came out really fast as well. On a Monday for lunch around 2 p.m., though, the eatery wasn’t too crowded, so we could leisurely enjoy our food. It’s also worthwhile noting that, while the guy ringing us up at the register didn’t really offer me the sauces that I wanted at first, he messed up on our drink order but gave us the error drink for free … so that was really nice of him. Here’s what we got on this particular trip to Chick-Fil-A: «Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap»: My cousin, uncle and I all ordered the same thing, in an attempt to be healthier because we had been eating a lot of fried food lately. This is one of my favorite things to order from this eatery. It features sliced grilled chicken breast nestled in a fresh mix of green leaf lettuce with shredded red cabbage and carrots and a blend of shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, tightly rolled in a flaxseed flour flat bread. You get your choice of dressing; my cousin and I got Buttermilk Ranch, while my uncle opted for Honey Mustard. I always enjoy eating this wrap because it always tastes refreshing and crispy. The lettuce is never wilted and though I don’t really like carrots or cabbage, I don’t really bother picking it out of the wrap because everything tastes great when buried under all that Buttermilk dressing. I also really like the fresh taste of the soft, grilled chicken breast that’s served in the flaxseed flatbread that I always enjoy eating(great texture and fresh taste). «Cobb Salad»: My mom and dad shared this salad for the first time and they really enjoyed it, saying that the Chick-Fil-A Nuggets that came on top made the salad phenomenal. The salad also comprises a bed of chopped Romaine lettuce and baby greens, shredded red cabbage and carrots, roasted corn kernels, a blend of shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, crumbled bacon, diced eggs and grape tomatoes. It comes with charred tomato crispy red roll bell peppers – which, though I thought they would be spicy, I ended up enjoying very much – and Avocado Lime Ranch dressing(or your choice of dressing). My parents went for the Buttermilk Ranch option as well, and they also said their salad tasted really fresh and that they enjoyed all of its components. I haven’t ordered this salad for myself yet, but I’m sure I would like it, since it includes bacon, a generous serving of those breaded chicken nuggets, Cheddar cheese and crispy red bell peppers. I definitely want to try this entrée one day(if I don’t end up getting my favorite chicken sandwich instead). «Waffle Potato Fries»: We ordered a side of these waffle fries for the family to try. For some reason, my stomach has a love-hate relationship with these fries(sometimes I get an upset stomach after eating them; sometimes I don’t) but I decided not to chance it on this visit. This appetizing side features waffle-shaped potatoes with the skin that’s cooked in 100 percent canola oil until crispy outside and tender inside. These fries do taste really fresh and they are perfectly seasoned! Of course, though, nothing beats dipping them in buttermilk ranch or that addictive Chick-Fil-A sauce. My uncle and the rest of my family really enjoyed them. «Sweet Iced Tea»: My mom really likes the sweet iced tea from here. It’s freshly brewed every day and can be sweetened with real cane sugar(an unsweetened version is also available). On this hot day, my mom especially enjoyed the«Sweet Iced Tea» and still says it’s one of the bests she’s ever had.

The BEST chicken sandwich! It looks like a breast and not a perfectly round patty with stuffed chicken meat pressed together. Yes it’s slightly pricier, you get your money’s worth. I love their chicken nuggets, and let’s talk about their shakes. I don’t know why it’s tastes so fresh! Their lemonade is the perfect blend of sweet and tart, and well worth the extra cents over soda. In GA I remember being able to get raisin and carrot salad, so I do miss that minor sweetness, waffle fries will do. Today I ended up being the 100th customer and got my meal for free! Woo hop Great way to start the weekend the Saturday the month! Thank you chic fil a, for the best chicken sandwich!

Awesome location with awesome management and awesome employees. I know the owner personally, but I’m not writing this review with a bias. I once went into the restaurant and realized I left my wallet at my apartment(yes… I broke the law and drove without my license). Unfortunately, I realized this only after I ordered my food. The cashier happily said that she would take care of it and told me I could pay next time. It’s so rare to see this kind of customer service these days and I’m thankful I left the restaurant with someone’s trust. I went back the next day and paid the restaurant back. and also got another spicy chicken sandwich.

Went to this location and had a horrible experience. They totally screwed up my order. Every time I go there it seems like there is always a mistake. I even spoke with the manager and they were not helpful at all.(Seems like the manager was still in highschool and didn’t understand how to properly treat a customer) nevertheless. I was missing items in my sandwich that I was told twice was in there and received my order super soggy. I’m never returning to this location. Going to Chick-Fil-A I always feel like I’m overwhelmed by their good customer service but this is not the case here. Totally felt like I was ordering food at Taco Bell

Worst Chik-fil-A location I’ve ever been to in Orange County so far. Went to the drive thru to use my free chicken sandwich receipt and asked if I could pay to upgrade to a spicy chicken sandwich and was told it was not possible. Weird because I do this at every other location and they have no problem at all with my request. Also, why would you turn down extra money? Anyways I was annoyed about that, but what made it worse was that they forgot to add the lettuce I requested on my sandwich AND left out one of the sauces I asked for. *I also asked if they could put the lettuce on top of the chicken because it makes the lettuce soggy when they put it below it, and they said«Our policy is to put the lettuce below the chicken»…WTF? Also another time I dined inside and went to the counter to ask for my order and it took three people telling me «Someone else will help you with that» until I got my order which is pretty ridiculous. This Chik-fil-A location doesn’t seem too big on customer service. Sticking to the Tustin Marketplace location from now on.
