Round Table Pizza

I grew up having end of season baseball parties here and from what I remember the service used to be friendly and respectable. Maybe because this was back when pizza joints were more popular. Times have changed and so has management I guess.
I came to the place with my parents expecting to get three personal pizzas just like what we did a few weeks ago. All I wanted was a personal mushroom pizza with extra mushrooms, which the menu advertises as an extra dollar. We were denied extra mushrooms on both the mushroom pizza and the pepperoni pizza.
When comparing the pizza with extra mushrooms I got last time and the mushroom with the regular amount of mushrooms, I believe that they gave the same amount.
In the end from my twenty minute visit, they had poor and inconsistent customer service, old-​wilty lettuce, tomatoes covered in flies, stale saltine crackers, and disgusting tasting water (not just according to me, other people complained as well). I’m surprised this pizza joint is still opened with their terrible service and torn up seats. They really need to get it together. Good luck to this place.

Ordered pizza online and waited for an hour only for them to tell us the order is not ready and will take 30 more mins. When asked to speak to a manager, he didn’t want to deal with us and ignored the cashiers request three times. We requested to cancel and that took 30 mins only to tell me he can’t cancel and print my receipt. Jesus’s the manager’s attitude is what bothered me throughout, he was non apologetic about the whole process and smirked at me a few times during the transaction. This location had three other customers waiting for their pizza, all looked frustrated. Not to forget all my groceries including ice cream were melting away because of the hour and half wait. Horrible experience, I won’t return here.

I orderd my pizza for delivery at 1:11pm. And its 2:50 and no pizza not even a call from them. I call back and the girl sounded like they havent even sent the driver out yet… crazy. 2 hours for 2 pizzas?

the pizza was overcooked. I ordered the ‘ultra meat pizza’, and the corners of the pepperoni was burnt. so were the edges of the sausage. the whole thing was dark looking. I salvaged it, bc I was very hungry and I didnt want to wait another hour for another one. they came on time, all of the items were there, so I gave it two stars. I had a very good experience the last time I bought a pizza from this round table. I guess people make mistakes, but why would someone wrap up, and hand to the deliver boy a overcooked pizza. if they would have called me and said they have to make it over bc the first one was overcooked, so it will take another hour i could respect them more.
I won’t be ordering from them again. I don’t like ‘hit or miss’ correct orders.

Do not order online. This location always messes up my order. How hard is it to make pizza?
I love Round Table pizza even though it IS more expensive than other pizzas but going though all that bullshit is not worth it.

Manager was terrible and didn’t care much about buisness. Never will I return when someone doesn’t want to accept coupons, that came in the mail…

Usually order pizza for delivery here only ’cause it’s one of the closest pizza place near the apt. They suck at delivery though. They’re always almost an hour late –_​_​_​– despite it being so close to our place.

This is the worst round table pizza restaurant I’ve ever been too! I had a simple order of garlic twist and waited 20 mins just to find out that they didn’t even start cooking it yet. Manager offered a refund but i couldn’t wait any longer. Very annoyed customer. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

So I ordered there special which is pepperoni and bacon for $ 16.99. I asked for half the pizza to only be pepperoni and they told me I would have to regular price for a 2 topping pizza. I could see them charging more if I wanted to add something to the pizza but I’m asking for a reduction. This will most likely be my last visit to round table.

If they tell you 25 minutes for carry-​out, you should actually expect 50 – 55 minutes… If they are busy or dead slow, they grossly underestimate when they will be able to complete your order… They seem to have enough employees, not sure what their problem is…

Took an hr and a half to get here called and the best answer they had was itll be there soon. Pizza is now here and it its cold and honestly worst than $ 5 little Caesars should have just gone there. Faster and better. Actually hot. My stomach hurts nd i only had 1 piece. 0 stars

Just summed it up with my check in…
We got here. Cashier was very friendly, took our order and gave us a number and we sat down. 15 minutes later, we got our order of wings. Check!
Now, you’d think on a slow Friday night, they’d remember to give us our pizza. After watching six workers in the kitchen dilly dallying, four takeouts and one hour later, no pizza! I had to send my husband up to get it. Only then did they make it and bring it to us. No apology!
IF YOU WANT ROUND TABLE or pizza in general, go somewhere else or do pick up like the other four parties. Otherwise, you can expect to sit here for an hour. You can’t just order and take a number, you have to go demand they cook your pizza that you paid for an hour ago. Wait, better yet, you’re better off baking your own pizza at home.

Made a phonecall after work for take-​out pizza for 1 large pizza, 1 extra large specialty pizza & 1 small order of parmesean twists. I was impressed it took less than 30 min for order to be done. The customer service was nice The pizza (gourmet veggie) and the other pizza (pepperoni, sausage, basil) was sooo goood! Best pizza in town. Pricey but worth it when craving some Round Table.

I have had a few orders from this RT… No complaints here. No mistakes on my order.

This is the absolute worst location I have ever been too. This is the second time I’ve come in and after ordering a pizza and waiting 20 minutes plus just to find out the pizza hasn’t even made it to the oven. Stay away from this place if you’re expecting anything even resembling customer service.

Excellent taste!
Found it a little overpriced as compared to other pizza places.
Could do better by improving hygiene .none of the tables are cleaned.

I am writing this review in much anger and disappointment. I love Roundtable Pizza I really do. King Arthur, Chicken Garlic, Maui Zawee all hella good. So I call these foolios at 5:35 and they said come at 6. I get there at 6 no pizza so I watch a little TV they have there. At 6:10 I ask where’s my pizza and the girl says it’s in the oven. LIAR! I see these foolios making my pizza in the back! Just starting to put the toppings on! I know my pizza when I see it cuz I only get half King Arthur half Chicken Garlic. I say «Hey! Is that my pizza you is making now!?» They couldn’t deny it. How you gonna lie? You claim to be the last honest pizza but you ain’t honest!

Placed an order about an hour ago and still haven’t received it yet. Called in to follow up. The lady took my info down and said she’d be right back. I was passed to someone else and had to repeat why I called. –_–
Where’s my pizza?! I’m hangry!

We recently placed a nearly $ 200 pizza order for our party from this location. I can honestly say that it was the most awful Round Table Pizza experience that we have ever had! After 30 minutes of trying to place our order via phone to a person who had absolutely NO customer service skills, nor could understand English, we gave up.
This meant that one of us had to leave our party, drive to the location, and place our order of 6 pizzas in person. THEN one of us had to return to pick up the pizzas, because they claimed they could not deliver the pizzas for another 1.5 hours! Totally bogus. Looking back on it, the smart thing would have been to just forget Round Table and order from another pizza joint, but we were set on ordering Round Table for the party.
I have not had such a miserable experience with Round Table at other locations, but this location makes me not want to order Round Table pizza again. It is really unfortunate that this location is not able to deliver what the franchise promises across its brand.
I don’t know whether we will order from Round Table again in the near future, but I do know that this experience was completely disheartening and an absolute failure of representing the Round Table brand. One look at the other Unilocal reviews will tell you the same.
I hope the Franchise board has a chance to re-​evaluate the license of whomever owns this location, because their license surely needs to be revoked.

Awful Pizza and garlic bread.
The service was pretty poor as well.
The best part of this Place was the fruit punch.
