I wish I could put no stars! By far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Ruby Tuesdays! Today is my boyfriend’s birthday(01⁄16) we decided to go to this largo location only in regret! The server was just horrible didn’t offer us any drinks or biscuits. Literally waited 50 min for our food just for the server to tell us that they ran out of crab cakes and does he want something else. Reminder … the place was not busy at all!!! So after waiting for another 35 min we finally got our food and talked to the manager who was quite friendly and apologetic. We were literally in this place from 9 pm to 11:15 waiting on food. This location needs a whole new staff and a course in customer service.

Sooooo… My sister and I ended up here because Outback and Jaspers wait was 55 minutes, and we were hungry. For obvious reasons this was the only restaurant with no wait, I mean not one person sitting waiting to be seated; strike 1. We stand at the podium for a good ten minutes before the server asked about seating us… Remember no wait time, so why the 10 min stall time. Once seated, I asked our server to taste two brands of red wine, she says to me we don’t do taste testing lmbo… Really? I said well okay, give me two glasses and if I don’t like them I’ll send it back. What do u think happened next. A taste test. Next we order and of course the salad bar is one of my side choices. The salad bar had floating cucumbers, low cheese, low eggs, and low dressing. My thoughts damn what do I put in my salad. Any who I ordered a steak(Ribeye) the sear perfect, the seasoning… Wait for it… NONE. My steak tasted like a cooked piece of cow. I give them two stars for effort.

I should have cleaned my glasses on my face and looked at the reviews before walking into this spot. At first sight this place is dull, at first smell this place smells like dirty mop water(like real dirty) and the service is not up to par. I saw a sign for $ 2 drafts so I figured I get a few to welcome in the weekend. This is my first and last time in here until they brighten the mood and give this place a serious Freebreeze twice over.

We waited 3 minutes to be seated in a near empty restaurant at 1:30 pm only to wait over 10 minutes for nothing. We left

This is my second time going to this chain this week. I went to Ruby Tuesday is in Gloucester VA good adequate amount of food. Today I went to the one on Lottsford Road in upper Marlboro MD. The restaurant was empty but my food was cold. Ordered jambalaya pasta chicken shrimp and sausage. Tiny amount of cold pasta and where the hell was the chicken and shrimp. I sent it’s back I got more of the same how do you send out cold food in a empty restaurant. The waitress was decent.

OMG don’t let Christ A. wait on you. First of all the table was very wobbly and someone had already put a menu under one of the table legs to help stablize it. Well, that didn’t work so I asked him fix the wobbly table. He takes the menu that was on the floor under the table leg, yes the dirty floor and proceeds to place it on the table. I quickly snap in a stern tone, «don’t put that on the table it was on the floor». He looks at me as if I’m crazy. So then I asked him again to fix the wobbly table, in which he did. Next, we only ordered appetizers, he was so slow in us getting the order and he totally couldn’t be found when we were ready for the bill. Sooooooo, no he didn’t get a tip and I write on the bill service wasn’t good. ‘He’s going to learn today’

Just walked out and walked across to Outback. Sat in the place for at least 10 mins before having to get up and go to the bar and ask if I was seated in an area that was assigned to a server. «No, sit at the bar», is what I was told. So I Sat at the bar for another minute or two with stupid looking bartender, never asking to take my drink order. Customer service sucks AND the drink prep area behind the bar was filthy! Just Yuck!

Why is the hostess outside smoking every 15 to 20 minutes. She needs a patch! Then she’s rude and Horrible. We waited 25 minutes for a seat on a Thursday night and they only have 4 waiters and no manager in sight. If so he or she has yet to come around to check on the customers. Ps. When is it cool for you to drink and eat at the hostess station. Our waitress is awesome and she apologized for being short staff and she has tables on both ends of the restaurant. She has checked on us consistently. The salad bar was the bomb. Can’t wait for the meal. Overall work on that hostess station.

The absolute worst Ruby Tuesday ever! 2 workers cursing each other at the bar in ear shot & view of everyone at the bar. Both should have been sent home… They were told to stop be quite but they continued to argue/disagree… What a mess I came to grab a quick snack before my evening plans and had to endure this! Never again… Kevin R. Smith this location needs a lot of work! Your management team did not handle this well, even after going into the back they continued to curse loudly… A Mess

I have been to this Ruby Tuesday on more than one occasion and to say that I was /am disappointed is an understatement of the year! Definitely poor service. slow at getting seated and waited on. I don’t know if they are understaffed or just trying to save money by cutting hours but it affects your business and your customers or lack thereof meaning ME! I don’t think I will return to this location until changes are made regarding service and quality food. maybe a change in management will help…

Honestly the most horrible experience I’ve had in years and I am not exaggerating. If I could get this place is zero, I would. There are some serious issues here. The owner needs to reconsider who manages the restaurant, as they are losing money because of poor leadership. The waitress, Briann, was very nice. I knew that the issues that existed were not her fault. however after waiting 30 minutes for a drink, being charged a different price on the menu, the food order being wrong, and the food not tasting very well, I requested to talk to the manager. We were there for almost 2 hours. The manager refused to come to the table. I walked to the back and confronted him politely initially. He was extremely defensive. He lied about coming to the table because I watched him. He has no integrity. he then proceeded to argue with me and called me «sweetheart». Though I may not look like it, I am in almost 40-year-old woman. I do not take being called these things very lightly because this is age discrimination and regardless of the piss poor service, I still paid my entire bill and tipped my waitress appropriately. As a former restaurant owner, I understand the value of customer service. It has been a few days now, have called corporate a few times, and no response. I don’t give up easily…

Went her last night. Was told there will be a 45min wait. Ended up waiting 1 hour to be seated. The customer service was terrible. Our waitress new er refilled our drinks. Never came to see if We needed anything. We had to ask the host to get us some items on numerous of occasions. The bathroom was filthy. Had to complain to the manager and he just didn’t get it. I will not be visiting there again.

After seeing that rating on this place, I’m not surprised at my experience last night. The service was deplorable. We ordered waters to start and an appetizer when we arrived. About 5 – 8 minutes later the waitress came around again, without our waters, and we ordered food and an alcoholic beverage. About 8 – 10 minutes later our app was out, but still no drinks at all. Even at the end, our waitress was inattentive and only stopped by once. My friend asked for honey mustard and by the time he received it, his fries were cold. My friend got a burger, ordered medium rare, and it came got a solid medium, not the biggest problem in the world, but it also barely had any BBQ sauce in it, and two measly onion rings(he got the smokehouse burger). He stopped eating halfway trough; he said it just didn’t taste good at all. I got the low-country shrimp and grits. I love shrimp and grits. Anytime I see it, I’ll usually default to it. These grits were so dry and disappointing. The shrimp was fine, but the andouille sausage was cut up so small you hardly recognized it and there barely seemed to be any in the dish! We got the shrimp fondue as our appetizer – just don’t bother. It tasted just like your average queso/velveeta with some peepers and shrimp. Not worth the 9.99 by any means. Would have loved to share my concerns with a manager but none were around. I don’t know what the problem was with this place as it wasn’t even busy on a Wednesday night. All in all, definitely not going back. I was going to give 2-stars, but I’ve realized after writing this out its not even worth that. My first 1-star on Unilocal

This was pretty bad even for Ruby Tuesday. I’m not a fan of these chains but we decided to stop anyway thinking we’ll just get a burger; how bad can it be?! Well let me tell you: We arrived around 9:30 on Monday, December 27, 2014(they close at 11:00), and were promptly seated in the bar area even though the restaurant was practically empty. The music was exceptionally loud(Hip Hop) but we dealt with it. We waited almost 10 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge us; Bridget appeared just as I was about to ask the hostess for a server. We both ordered a Mango Margarita with an extra shot of Patron. It took about 5 minutes to get our drinks even though we could see the bartender standing there doing nothing. Bridget brings our drinks and they’re light green!!! We point out to her that we ordered«Mango» and therefore they should, at least, be peach colored. She took them back and the bartender added some Mango Syrup and returned them. They were actually pretty good(The best part of «meal.») Now onto to the food. We both ordered a Triple Prime Bacon Cheddar Burger. I asked for mine medium with sauteed mushrooms and fried onions only; my friend wanted her’s well done with LTMO. My burger arrived on a pretzel bun with LTMP(no mushrooms or onions to be found). My friend’s came on a regular bun with lettuce and pickles. No bacon; no onions; no tomato. I return mine since I hate that pretzel bun. The same burger is returned to me but this time on a stale cold burnt bun. We ask for a manager and the hostess says he’ll take care of it and takes them both back and says he’ll have the kitchen redo them. The same burger and fries(now lukewarm) were returned to us again(NO they didn’t make fresh ones). I finally bite into my burger and it is well done, dry and warm and I still have no mushrooms; my friend still has no bacon. We deal with it knowing that we have absolutely no intention on returning to this Ruby Tuesday again. The check arrives and we are charged different prices for the same burger, and they charged us $ 18 a piece for the Margaritas. This time we insist on talking to a manager. He apologies for our unhappiness and explains that the extra shot of Patron is $ 10 a piece(who knew?), and that the waitress(Bridget) keyed the wrong items in which is why we were having trouble getting the right burger(and that may be the case but that doesn’t explain why they were still wrong when we returned them to the hostess). By now it’s 11:10 and the bar is closed but not one person said anything about last call, nor did Bridget come back to see if we wanted another drink. This location really could benefit from training and customer service.

I didn’t actually eat here but I got take out. Although the parking lot was crowded, the restaurant wasn’t. I’m assuming that the cars were for the other restaurants. When I walked in, I noticed that vibe was really laid back. This isn’t a bad thing because I like laid back. Unfortunately, the servers seemed to laid back. The hostess told me that I need to pick up order in the back. I walked to the back, and since no one was there, I was confused on where to stand and wait. Finally, one of the servers showed me. I waited, but it was another ten minutes before some asked about my order. Another server went and got my order. After we completed the transaction, I checked my food and left. When I got home, I noticed that the food was room temperature. The mozzarella sticks sat on a bed of lettuce, and that side of the cheese stick tasted like wilted lettuce. The lid on the marinara sauce was sloppily placed, so that was a mess. The spinach and artichoke dip was nice, but my friend said that his Thai shrimp were horrible. I may return for drinks, and I pray that the food is tastier, but I will never order take-out again.

Avoid at ALLCOST. This place is on par with a prison cafeteria.(Not that would know. But if was in prison this is exactly what I would imagine food service would be like). It took 20 mins for drink orders. 30 mins for food to come out. Service is the worst I have ever experienced.

I can always count on Ruby Tuesday to serve me a good tilapia meal. The server was really nice, not over baring. And the manager even came over twice to say hello, and then to make sure our meal was up to our satisfaction. My New Orleans seafood was delicious. It was shrimp and tilapia grilled. Both were seasoned just right and melted in my mouth!

The service was very good. I ordered the New Orleans Seafood. It was grilled tilapia with a choice of two sides. I chose mashed potatoes and zucchini, along with a mango iced tea. The service and mango iced tea were very good. The tilapia was decent. The mashed potatoes could have been hotter. They tasted like they had been sitting in the pot for a minute or two longer than they should have. The zucchini was at room temperature as well. Overall it was a good experience. If the food was piping hot I would have given my experience a 5-star rating.

Service was bloody awful! The wait time was outrages, however many vacant seats. Once finally seated server took another 20 minutes to come to at least offer a drink. Once drink order was place took at least 10 minutes to come back. Just plan awful experience and this location won’t get my money again

Why am I not surprised to see that this place has a 2 star rating. Just horrible customer service and dirty. Everyone that supposedly work here are standing around talking amongst the dirty tables around them. I had to do a stare down of one of the waitresses/bartender/mixologist or whomever before she said«I’ll clean the table for you.» What a noble gesture! The chicken quesadilla was hot, that’s the best I can say about that. My boy Chris wings were good, but it would have been nice if they didn’t forget his fries for the ENTIRE meal. They can’t serve 12 people in a pretty much empty restaurant. I can only imagine what the service is like when this place is packed… oh wait… oxymoron alert; it could never be packed because of the service. I’d really consider just walking out of here if the PG County cop wasn’t having dinner across from me. They don’t deserve to be paid for this meal and service; and somehow I think they are in agreement. Because I’ve been sitting here for 30 mins after eating and they haven’t asked«Would you like something else?» «Can I get your check?» This place is bad meaning bad, not bad meaning good! #dropthemic
