, drinks consistently awesome. Tried: –mint chocolate snow bubble(chocolately with minty taste) –brown sugar milk frosti(a bit on the sweeter side) Would come again. Mediocre customer service.

It’s been a while since I’ve come here, but they still make yummy drinks. I tried their Snow Bubble boba and it’s quite good. I tried the Matcha and Lavender Matcha. The Lavender Matcha is slightly better in my opinion. You can get a large have them split it into two separate cups. They have a stamper as well so if you’re a frequent boba buyer then having one is worth it. They have food as well. My mom likes the calamari and tofu.

There’s literally 3 boba shops in this one complex but Tapioca Express by far is the best one. It’s the most tastiest and delicious. It’s my go-to since its the closest to me. Quick service too!

I was here yesterday around noon time and I want to thank the girl without glasses for recommending me to try the TAROICY. It’s not my usual go-to drink, but it sure does a wonderful job for cooling me down in this hot weather. It tastes very much like TARO ice cream that you normally get from asian supermarkets, but it’s slightly more icy than creamy compared to ice cream, similar to Starbucks frappucinno texture, but costs a little less!!! YAY!~~~ If you are not a fan of taro, I think they also have that drink in MATCHA and CAPPUCCINO flavor. *Why do people just write about the negatives nowadays? Please give this local business a break! I’m sure it’s trying its best to survive this low economy. PLEASEWRITESOMEGOODTHINGSABOUTIT!!!

Went in today at noon and one of the girls that was making the snow bubble(the one without glasses) was scooping out the drink from the blender with a long metal spoon and putting it into the cup. I then see her put the SAMEEXACTSPOON in her mouth eating the leftover drink out of the blender. When she was done she RINSED the spoon off with JUSTWATER and put it back. She didn’t properly wash it off with soap after putting it in her MOUTH. That is soo disgusting! Keep a look out and watch them as they make your drinks!

Blonde girl didn’t acknowledge us at all and we were in front of the register. On top of that, the phone was ringing and it seemed like it wasn’t going to get answered. We just left.

Bad service. They threw the drink toward me while I was paying for it at the cashier. It was like I was making them work to make my drink.

I come here because i love their yogurt bliss combo. Every time I come here, the drink or snacks never fails. That said, they can work on their customer service a bit. Just saying!

Milk tea is the perfect end to a late night after hanging out with friends or family! I personally enjoy Tapioca Express and their Tapioca Milk Tea, although milk tea connoisseurs have suggested that their base milk tea is too creamy and sweet. If you’re a fan of sweet milk teas that taste more like a dessert drink, definitely try Tapioca Express!

I really love the drinks you can get here, though I admit the place is a bit rundown and there’s never any people, the location is not that great either since its hidden in a plaza. I wouldn’t quite recommend people hanging out here but if you want take out and good Boba, then please do come to this place. There’s a wide selection of drinks and food compared to other boba places.

Not going to give this place a one star only cause they do have some good drinks. However when you walk in and there are people sleeping on the couches and the person @ the register continues to ignore you as you are obviously ready to order is just bad taste in my book. Please get someone with customer service to work here or I see you not having a store soon

I used to a huge fan til I found a hair in my drink. Told the owner and he fished it out and gave it back to me. The yogurt drinks require the blender, which I heard none. Also the toppings were all shifted around then topped with more fruit to hid the fact. 1% of the time the drinks are good. 99% the drinks are bland/not good. It’s touch and go on whoever makes it. Gloomy looking place and the employees don’t look so happy either.

Eh, this joint seemed pretty run down and a little seedy. The deskes had carvings in them. Everything from names to «666» was carved into the tables. The place was poorly lit and the videogames were all shut off. They did not have high chairs available for my son. The mens restroom was filthy. It looked like someone pooped then wiped the wall near the toilet with dirty poo tissue(or fingers). I felt dirty walking out of their restroom. The customer service was apathetic. I felt like I annoyed the young woman working the cash register with my pressence and she looked annoyingly at my son. I gave her a break because maybe she didnt speak proper english, but no… she could speak english. I did not feel comfortable eating my pot stickers or drinking my thai tea there so I left. I ended up throwing out the food. I didnt trust it. I wont be comming back here.

The drinks are great! Our family usually goes for the peach green tea with lychee jelly or thai tea snow bubble. I always make phone orders because its just so much easier to have the five plus drinks ready when you get there. Just pay and pick up your drinks. I wish the asian girl with glasses had better customer service. Everytime I make a phone order, after every drink she says«is that it?» I never get to complete my order with out her interruping! A smile would not hurt either. It gets a little fustrating but we still come back anyways. Haha.

I come here at least once a month to get my milk tea fix. Milk Tea, Thai Tea, and the Okinawa Milk Tea(includes brown sugar), all the bomb! They are one of the original franchises in SoCal, I have been going since the late 90s. And they are still around, that has to say something. I miss the location in Torrance that closed a looong time ago. Their stinky tofu was the best.

I can sit here for days and read their entire menu. I don’t know where to start. There are just so many different menus all over the wall, on the side and in front. Thank goodness I know what I like. A safe drink has always been any milk tea(Jasmine, Earl Grey, Green tea, etc.). Contrary to coming here I really don’t care for boba. And I always get the grass jelly instead. I tried their mango jelly once it was horrible. I’m certain all their jellies comes from a can. For a «bleh» and overly sweetened milk tea, their drinks are expensive. A small milk tea with grass jelly and mango jelly was $ 3.65. The service has always been consistently good. I really can’t complain it does serve a purpose if you’re in desperate need of some icy cold milk tea.

I haven’t been to this place in several years. My friends and I would always come after school or rehearsals and always loved it. This time that I went wasn’t as good as before. The boba itself had an interesting consistency than normal. Also it is a kind if dirty atmosphere, I’m not sure how to explain it but when you walk into a place you can tell when it’s dirty. I think management should hire a team to come and clean everything in the store and new lights should be put in to have a brighter atmosphere.

I used to come here since 2003 from when they first opened and the plaza opening up. Even during my high school years(2004 – 2008) I would come here to hang out with my friends and even remembered back then there was a car crew called«Tap Crew» and now I’m back for the summer taking a break from school and decided to grab a drink here and all I can say is wow. This place looks the same from 10 years ago but… really messy and kind of almost seemed like the place got vandalized. C’mon tap express, can’t you guys just renovate or make the place nicer for your customers? Or wait, the workers don’t even seem to care when making drinks which shows bad customer service which leads to no money to make the place look better. I even remember hearing how this place closed down a couple years back due lack of cleanliness or basically hygienic problems.

Bad service and poor quality. The workers here are making sure that customers will not come back. Seriously? They stand there to eat and drink while preparing a customer’s order. Poor experience. It was much better two years ago.

So, way back when I was working for the city, I would come by with my co-worker and sister to chill and unwind. I loved the bobas, but from that time period on until now… I have experienced way better boba locations. But anyway, Sunday night [3.10.13], the sweetie and I came by to get some drinks. We ordered the ICY. I got the Mango Icy and he got the Blueberry Icy. They were both so so so so soo utterly sweet. But it did the trick because we were both in dire need of liquids. Ha! Not to mention, we had alterior motives for the icees. We did order the fried squid balls. They were good, but It’s just fishballs I can fry and season on my own. On top, they were cut in HALF? WTF… I wasn’t so pleased with that. If you are going to cut the squid balls in half… mind as well charge us half the price shown! So… food is a MEH…
