Good, creative cocktails. Helpful bartenders.
The achilles heel might be that they overthink some of their drinks. For example a chili and chocolate drink was much more enjoyable after a second bartender instructed me of his preferred way of drinking it. If there’s a best way to drink something, it should be probably be served in a way that makes it obvious. It may be a nitpick on my part, but that’s my two cents.

Easily one of the best cocktail bars I have ever been to. Fernando is a glorious man with impeccable style and a cornucopia of adult beverage knowledge. I highly recommend cruising into this gem of a bar and immersing yourself in the radness that is the El Born.

Excelente, de verdad una cocteleria encantadora y de clase. Es un sitio vintage con una elección de cócteles de mano italiana y licores de alta gama. No me acuerdo el nombre pero hay uno inspirado al negroni pero con mezcal que tiene ese sabor ahumado muy original, enhorabuena.

Soy sumamente aburrida cuando tiene que ver con el alcohol, siempre cerveza o vino, nada interesante. Los cocteles no son lo mío. No. Jamás. Bueno, solo cuando voy al Collage. Me encanta como su carta de cocteles además de exótica es de lo más tradicional. Puedes encontrar cocteles antiguos y tradicionales como el Manhattan o el Negroni y a su vez cocteles con influencias e ingredientes del sudeste asiático… Y para quienes no se atreven a probar nada nuevo tienen sus mojitos y gintonics de toda la vida. Este lugar está perfecto para aventurarse a probar cocteles! Sumamente recomendado :)

Extremely shady, dishonest business practices. Two things:
First, they did not honor the Unilocal coupon they put up («Oh, that’s old»). Sorry, but you guys are the ones who put it up there, so you can take it down as well. While that wasn’t the reason I decided to show up to this place, it could very well be someone else’s. I gave them the benefit of the doubt at first on this though. Perhaps they changed ownership or something. Mistakes like this do happen. What they did afterwards, however, upset me and made me think this was done maliciously as well.
If you weren’t already aware, a lot of credit card machines will give you an option to pay in your native currency if it’s not the same as the business’s currency. So for example, I’m from the US, so I had the option of paying in USD or in Euros. The problem is that paying in USD gives you an extremely unfavorable conversation rate, so you end up paying the business more than you would have if you selected Euros. This is common knowledge, and I read about this before I even left for my Europe trip.
When I went up to pay with my card, the server gave me the credit card machine and I slid my card. After entering my PIN, he immediately took it away from me and I oversaw him push the USD option. He did not ask me what option I wanted, and you’d have to be naïve to think he doesn’t know that they get more money if they select the USD option. It was blatantly clear he was trying to not allow me to pick which option I wanted.
Perhaps he was hoping I was too drunk to notice, but I only had one drink. ;-)
Fortunately, there’s a first time for everything, and today was the first time I was happy my credit card blocking a transaction by being overprotective about foreign transactions. With the next credit card I used, he again tried to snatch the card machine back. This time, I held it tightly in my hand and pressed the Euro option as soon as it came up.
You may have robbed me of a free check-​in offer, but not of a bad conversion rate!

No one mentioned this as a great bar in Barcelona, likely because of it’s proximity to the touristy area.
However, the menu is first class and it’s a little touch of the American cocktail style but with European professionalism. One of the few cocktail menus brave enough to incorporate multiple technical styles.
Nerdness aside, you will have a great drink and fun in this beautiful little spot.

This was by far one of the best cocktail bars that we found during our stay in Barcelona thanks to Unilocal.The drinks are top notch and reasonably priced as well as a very nice staff. There is a lot of work that goes into each cocktail so keep that in mind and be patient — it’s well worth the wait!

Visited because of a friend’s recommendation and stayed because this is drink perfection. Like the name of the bar says, this is cocktail art of the highest order. Sit at the bar if you can so you can see the mixologist in action. If bourbon is your drink you can. Not leave Barcelona without trying a Smoky Manhattan.

No sabes a donde ir para tomarte un coctel espectacular? Pues este es tu sitio sin duda.
Te encantara su decoración, te enamoraras del servicio pero sobre todo amaras sus mil bebidas!!!
Es perfecto para ir en pareja, con una amiga a compartir confidencias o con un pequeño grupo de gente porque es pequeño.

It is one of those places in Barcelona, where you have to go, if you like cocktails.

This place was lovely! Spent my last night in Barcelona there. Even though they don’t have menu in English they were very friendly and nice to help you with translation and recommendation. I took the spice coconut mojito, special enough, thought I should have tried their piña colada though because it’s my favorite. Checked in and got 2 German haribo shots. Very nice.
The atmosphere is great, relaxing, cozy and drinks are nice. Nothing too crazy

3 conceptos en uno: galería, coctelería, gastrobar.
Es antes de todo un bar de coctéles y de copas pequeño, tranquilo, calido y acogedor, con una decoración muy cuidada: una barra cubierta de mosaïcas modernistas y un suelo de balsodas de la misma época que te hacen recordar que estás en Barcelona. Hay un piso tipo altillo, dónde se ha recreado un salón elegante del principio del siglo XX. La iluminación y los cuadros de las paredes (a la venta) dan un toque estofisticado de buen gusto.
La carta de cocteles es amplia. Mi coctel sin alcohol era muy bueno (5 € creo).
Está en una calle fuera de la zona hormigueante del Born. No sé si este local bonito se quedará tranquilo mucho tiempo. Aprovechad para ir ahora.

Buen servicio, buena música, buen ambiente, tremendos cocteles! estos chicos saben lo que hacen!
Es pequeño y acogedor con una decoración vintage. tienen una amplia carta de cocteles y si no sabes que pedir los barman pueden improvisar algo para ti si les dices que te gusta. Tienen un botellero impresionante con mil marcas y tipos de rones, whiskys, tequilas, vodkas y ginebras!
Volveré sin lugar a dudas!

Hmm, je me demande si je devrais vraiment écrire un billet sur Collage, car c’est le genre d’endroit qu’on a envie de tenir secret ! Bön point pour moi, il est dans une petite rue et il faut vraiment le chercher pour le trouver. Moi j’en ai eu connaissance dans le magazine Metropolitan (qui est une mine !).
L’ambiance est un peu vintage avec de jolis petits fauteuils sur la mezzanine, une lumière feutrée et un bar «sévèrement garni». Les cocktails sont ultra inventifs, vraiment bon marché et excellents. Ok, rien que les verres sont jolis, et le mint julep était dans le gobelet en métal réglementaire ! Pour né rien gâcher, le barman qui est italien si je né m’abuse, honore la tradition de l’aperitivo: il y a donc un buffet de tapas en libre service pour qui commande un cocktail.

Con una luz tenue ambiental y una decoración exquisita muy cool invita a entrar a tomar una copa. Todas las paredes están empapeladas con un estilo rococó, solamente entrar encuentras la barra a la derecha con toda clase de bebidas, unas mesas altas y sus taburetes; además una escalera de madera que lleva a la parte de arriba que comunica a través de una bandarilla con el salón de abajo.
Lo que me fascino del bar es su escalera llena de cuadros decorativos y su gran variedad de coctails (respectivas explicaciones)!
El servicio es lo mejor, los camareros te aconsejarán, incluso se preparan sus propios coctails!

Cocteles diferentes y muy buena musiquita ambiente en un sitio muy chiquitin pero muy agradable!

Beautiful new bar. Reminds me of Palmer & Co in Sydney and Pour Vous in Los Angeles. It’s sophisticated and the mixologist will make you one delicious drink!

A craft cocktail bar that can hold their own with just about any hipster spot in San Francisco, California. Mellow ambiance morphed into typical Barcelona fun as the night wore on. Salud!
