The employees were nice but not efficient or very capable. The coffee and creamer were not filled, the tables dirty, the trash overflowing, and my bagel somewhat burnt. You get the picture.

It gets 3 for being an EBB automatically. It’s gets one more for nice employees. But doesn’t get the full 5, there is always a line to the door. No matter what day it is.

I’m writinng this review inside Einstei’s this morning. This is our 3rd visit to this location. The product is the same as any other Einstiein’s, so the review reflects issues with staffing, and training. On our first visit, new staff struggled to complete a transaction on the register, leaving 4 customers waiting while other staff could not assist. The time was around 10:30am. The decaf thermos was empty as were all the milk jugs. It was obvious they were both understaffed and not fully traieed. The second time we ordered bagels toasted welll and 2 cinnamon sticks. The bagels came just warmed up and they forgot the cinnamon sticks. I asked for the stics and for the bagels to be run through again. The gentleman behind the display case complied, but returned the bagels no better than before. He also grabbed the cinnamon sticks without apology. Obviously, he was a bit harried, having to train new staff while serving clients. As is common with food chains, poorlly executed corporate policies around wages, employee appreciation and turnover are evident here. Rapid employee turnover guarantees your mileage will vary with this place. I blame corporate, not the employees.

They don’t claim to be gourmet but they are perfect for a quick breakfast. Ingredients fresh, quick. Staff nice restaurant clean. Just what we needed to hit the road!

Worst Einstein’s experience ever. I usually enjoy this chain! I was so excited when they opened up this location. We stopped by around 1:30 in the afternoon to grab some lunch, and more importantly, coffee. There were about 15 people eating inside the restaurant, the«open» sign was up, and the hours posted on the door indicated they were open… however the doors were locked. Confused, I called their number to ask if they were open or not, maybe I was trying to open the wrong door? A nervous sounding young man answered and told me they were open, but ran out of bagels, and then hung up. I thought that was really strange, so I called back, we really just wanted coffee and I didn’t have a chance to tell him that before he disconnected, maybe they were only open for coffee customers? A different man answered, and he was so aggressive and rude that I asked speak to a manager, he then informed me that he was the shift manager. I asked him if they were closed, or just out of bagels? He snapped at me «We ran out of product(product. not food, not bagels, not coffee, just „product“…uhh ok), so I made the choice to close the store, you got a problem with that?!». Over the course of our 30 second conversation, he snapped«you got a problem with that?!» at me three times, before he hung up on me mid-sentence. Customer service is not a priority at this store. It took every ounce of patience I had to remain calm and polite despite his absolutely inappropriate behavior. I can totally understand why people have been saying the staff at this location seem to be in a bad mood, working with that man must be a challenge, I feel for them! I am a local, born and raised, and I know that this store will not last if this kind of service continues. We laughed it off, because really, it was so ridiculous, and went down the road to Blue Moon Bakery. We were greeted with a warm smile, and offered hot coffee immediately, even though they too were out of bagels.

Never been here before and had an amazing experience! I got the Tasty Turkey, which was the tastiest indeed! Love the setup, how you can grab your own drinks/sides, and very fast production. The only thing holding back a perfect 5 was that the girl cashier wasn’t in the best mood, which brings down the customers :/

It is amazing at this altitude how delicious and consistent the bagels are each time we come. You can tell this location’s owner really cares as it shows in the food. Many other restaurants in Summit County need to take a lesson from Einstein. The restaurant is clean and the employees are nice. Will always keep coming back!

Normally I wouldn’t review a place so common as einsteins but I felt it was necessary to talk about our experience here. The food is great(I got a nova lox bagel and my fiancé got 2 bagels toasted with cream cheese). We are always a fan of the quick service of any einsteins we go too. Now the negatives and why I felt it’s necessary to add a review. The women running the show was beyond rude to the other people working and she couldn’t for the life of her act like she wanted to be there. She yelled at the staff to restock the bagels but then got mad when they didn’t take a break. But there bottom line of this rant is that you shouldn’t reprimand your staff in front of your customers and than take your anger out on customers by not smiling. So not appropriate. She just had a terrible attitude. If she wasn’t part of my experience here, I would have given this place 5 stars. But her bad attitude just pissed me off and drove me to write this review. We love einsteins and will be back but I’m not sure will be back to this location.
