Stopped here for a late lunch on Saturday at 2pm. Place was not busy. We were seated next to the door in a booth. We ordered the Chicken Taco lunch. Salad was OK. We waited a good 20 min for the Taco;s although we saw many staff walking around chatting. We finally got up and tried to find our server and did not find her. We stopped the next server and asked her to check on our food. Finally our server showed up with the Taco’s. It appeared they were sitting back there a very long time. Food was cold and Taco’s were terrible. No taco sauce offered, we never saw the server again until we waited and asked for our checked. Although we have had dinner at this Outback may times, we won’t return.

Why can’t a steakhouse provide a steak cooked correctly? Today for lunch I order a medium rare ribeye. The first one came out medium. I sent it back. The waitress asked if I wanted another one. That a silly question since I came in to eat. The second one was cooked the same. I then gave up. At no point did a manager come by to talk with me. This is not the first time I have had this problem.

Asked for medium sirloin and got Medium rare. Took and additional 20 minutes to get steak back. Waiter was slammed with 5 new tables at once so service sucked.

First and foremost, if you can’t cook a steak; don’t work at a steakhouse. I ordered medium rare on a Ribeye! It came out nearly well done. When you take a ribeye and make it shoe leather you should be shot. Minus two stars. Also, throughout my meal I was waiting for the waitress to and me how was my food… nope. She walked by several times but stopping and asking me how my meal was, or if my steak was prepared correctly, was not in her wheelhouse. Then when she finally came over and asked if she could take my plate, clearly seeing there is still half a steak on my plate I told her it was overdone. Her reply? «OK, I will get your check». Minus one star. The location was about half full of patrons, with no wait at the door. You would think there should be a manager on the floor, checking in on tables and talking with customers; Nope, Nada. Minus one star. Needless to say; disappointing. I will not be returning or recommending this location to my coworkers.

Plain and simple it’s Outback… every town it’s the same steak, the same warm bread and the same beer selection. This location is a little tucked away, but once found plenty of seating and in the summer/spring time has a nice outdoor area to sit as well. I have been here a bunch of times and usually sit at the bar because I am by myself and just easier to get in/out faster. My favorites here are the filet and the fire cracker salmon both very consistent and usually always tasty. Again these aren’t mind blowing dishes but when you travel as much as I do and you are looking for something quick and consistent this is it. This location also has a big enough bar area to enjoy whatever game is on and the bartenders are in no rush to hustle you out of here regardless if your having a few beers or just some ice tea. Simply a nice place in Dublin amongst all of the other mega chains to grab a good steak or seafood and not be disappointed.

It’s Outback Steakhouse– if you’ve been to one, you probably know what to expect. A friend gave us a date night here which already made us just so dang happy to be out. This one is ALWAYS packed. I honestly have been here maybe 5 times during the week or on the weekend doesn’t seem to make a difference, they are always busy. It might be the addicting endless brown bread that keeps you happy while waiting for food. Our waiter was super busy, hardly a minute to talk — –BUT he was polite and stopped often enough for us to feel well cared for. We had the seafood trio as a starter and the steak salad — but asked for the salad to have chicken… no problem. I also ordered the chicken tortilla soup — very cheesy. Next time, I’ll have the cheese on the side but the taste was good.

Service is horribly slow and food is not worth coming back. Medium steak is rare, even after they re cook them.

First off my server was great and it was her very first day. The manager was great and comped what was in my opinion fair. I did however spend 2.5 hours there to get one meal and that doesn’t work for me. I had just bought groceries, figured we would be in and out, the place was sparse with people on a Wednesday night but leaving quickly was not on our dining menu that night. I ordered a blackberry moonshine with club soda. It arrived with just blackberry syrup and soda… so I re ordered and asked for a vanilla vodka and soda. Instead I was given a shot of plain vodka and a full glass of club soda separately?! How odd is that, I didn’t ask for vodka with a soda back(aka chaser). So this other server that brought it to me went and dumped out half the soda and put in the vodka. maybe, for all I know she dumped the vodka too it was weak tasting at best and for those prices that is not okay. With r the 2nd drink same thing, out came a plain shot of vodka and a huge glass of seltzer, I just had to roll with it. When I mentioned it to the SAME girl that brought it the first time she didn’t care at all. Our entrees arrive… I ordered a filet mignon med-well and it was total destruction well done rubber. Then I mentioned to the same girl(not the new one, the one that brought the ridiculous drinks) that I didn’t get my teriyaki sauce and there was cheese in the marsala sauce which was for my companion who cannot eat cheese. She took the teriyaki sauce from my companion’s plate and slammed it in front of me, then slammed the marsala down and walked away. I asked for a manager, then our first server the new girl was there to check on us. We explained the totally uncalled for and unprofessional behavior of the other woman. I noticed her looking at me while I spoke with the manager and I said to him«look at her, she’s even there right now talking about us with another server, what is her problem? We didn’t do anything wrong and she was very aggressive», he said«yes I know we’ve had problems with her attitude»…I’m only 37 but I say if you have a bad employee and you know it and people complain fire them. I let him know our new server was nothing but amazing which is the case, she was very kind and accomodating especially with the debacle. So my second steak arrives, I cut into it and it’s bloody and raw and coated in fat! Filet mignon with hard fat on the top and bottom. Back to the manager, he had it refired but it took 32 mins for me to get it and my companion was exhausted and ready to leave and I was starving and ready to throttle someone. Filet is the leanest cut of meat I explained to him(I think because I have a serious illness and lose my hair often so I color it fun colors(today it is blue) before it falls out, people don’t take me as seriously but I am a grown 37 year old woman with a 12 year old child I know how a steak is to be cooked). The third steak arrived around medium well, more on the well side. My sides were bleh and cold and my sauces were cold even though they tried to keep them warm. They did their best I suppose but it sucked 2.5 hours of our night away, plus the drive back so add a lot more time and the whole thing was $ 70+ dollars. I left upset, still hungry because I can’t eat half the steak it was well done again. I won’t be returning to this location or any other outback but I do appreciate my first server and the manager doing his best to make our experience not suck as much as it did. I do not recommend this place if you want a steak and good service because they hire people they know are rude and have attitude issues and they keep them on. There are plenty of great servers out there looking for work, choose a kind one.

Hadn’t been here in years. Arrived early at 5:40pm knowing there is always a wait. Madhouse. Told 20 min wait. Buzzer they gave us never went off and they say we were a no show although we were mere feet from the front desk. Said we would get next table. 15 min later we complained and finally got a table. Horrible experience. Never going to an Outback again. Would have left earlier but we had a $ 50 gift card to get rid of.

It’s been about a year or two since we were last here. Our experience was equally good as the last time. If possible, however it was even better. Our server was Alexcia. She was an absolute delight to have as our server. My wife and I shared filet mignon and sirloin steak. We agreed that the filet mignon was definitely better than a sirloin, but it was pretty good too. For side dishes, we had macaroni and cheese, Caesar salad, mashed potatoes, and chicken tortilla soup. The chicken tortilla soup is a little bit on the spicy side but not too much. So all in all, an outstanding experience. Somebody is running this place the right way! And again our server Alexcia was absolutely superb. Bravo Bravo!

This was the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. Waited 40 minutes to be seated. Waited another 15 for someone to even take our drink order. We ordered our food which nobody was satisfied because they were missing a lot of selections from the menu. 30 minutes after they take our order our server returned and said they didn’t have one of our orders. We cancelled the whole order and left immediately. I promise you will never see me in another Outback Steakhouse!

Came in on New Years Day to a pretty empty restaurant. Our server Manny was dry, impersonal and inattentive. He clearly needs to work on his steps of his service. He came to get our drink order and asked us if we were ready right there and then. Clearly we weren’t ready since we were still skimming the menu. When he came back we still weren’t ready, we asked him questions about the sides and he pointed to the menu instead of just naming some examples. He brought us our food and said nothing besides if we needed A1 sauce. I ordered the Bourbon Bakon Smoked steak with sweet potatoes and mixed veggies. My boyfriend ordered the steak and shrimp on the Barbie which also came with two sides. What we liked: –The steak was juicy, tender and filled with flavor. –Sweet potato was good. What we didn’t like: –Manny was weird, awkward and didn’t say much the entire meal. — Veggies were average. Towards the end of our meal people began to trickle in but it wasn’t even close to what I would call a lunch rush. Apparently Manny thought it was a good time to drop off our check while we were still eating and didn’t even offer dessert. After he dropped off our check that’s when he offered us boxes and we told him we were still eating. We used a gift card and he came back to tell us that we still owed 2.00 and he dropped it off and walked away. He didn’t smile, he didn’t say thank you and not even a goodbye as we walked right past him. Even the host greeted us goodbye, but he didn’t as he stopped in his tracks while carrying out food and letting us walk past him. Whoever hired Manny should be fired because he’s the type to chase away customers, I wouldn’t even call him a decent server at that.

Came here only because the wait at Cheesecake Factory was about an hour and next time I will wait. We were seated right away and our waitress was very attentive yet service was slow. When I had finally received my meal, my chicken was raw in the center. Our waitress apologized and took it back. About 15 minutes later the manager brought out a new one, but did not apologize for the undercooked chicken. When we received the check they had charged me for my meal although it was raw. Now to drive the hour home with a very upset stomach.

My husband and I have been coming to this Outback since 2002. The food is good and I love that bloomin onion. This time Stephanie waited on us and she was very nice and attentive. Even though at 2:22 pm they only had 4 servers everyone was hustling. Thanks Stephanie for making our dining experience awesome.

It was ok. I came in here with some friends for dinner. We were seated quickly(on a Sunday night), and the service was brisk and friendly. I ordered their No Rules Parmesan Pasta with Chicken and Shrimp. The pasta was a bit over cooked and the chicken a bit rubbery, but it was all fine and exactly what I expected, not great dining, but reasonable and filling. I’ve had this dish at several locations and they are all the same, which is what I would expect from a chain restaurant. It’s exactly what it appears to be, adequate.

Well… if you’re a vegetarian, this is probably the worst place to go. I was just tagging along and found something to eat. I freaking LOVE their blooming onions! I’ve loved them since I was little and I will always love them. That and the bread is honestly enough to fill you up. Other than that, there was nothing extravagant about this place. It hasn’t changed since I was 5. It’s still dark, it’s still the same food. Our waitress was wayyy slow. Took us 15 minutes to get the check and other 10 to get it back. At least we got seated right away…

Service: 3⁄5 stars. Always greeted by the front. And normally I come when it’s not busy. My dinner time is usually around 5 or 6. So there’s never a wait whenever I come here. I absolutely Love love love love loveeeee the freeeeee bread !!! Always come out hot and fresh. But sometimes they give a loaf that’s sort of stale. So I ask for a new one and they go and get me a new one 0:) hehe. Food: Prime rib: 4⁄5 star Always medium rare :) sometimes looks a bit too rare but I don’t mind it. Has lots of fat on it. So i have to cut it off . Get two sides: The garlic mash potato is pretty good . The garlic Parmesan fries is meh. Tried the Veggies as a side before too, meh too. Lol

$ 4 happy hour coconut shrimp comes with 4 pieces. They should probably put them on a smaller plate. The beers and drinks during happy hour are a good deal and it comes in a big glass! I’ve been here for lunch and dinner. It takes a while for any food that needs to be cooked to come out, but salads are quick(~15 min)! All the salads are really good here.
