Not what I was expecting. Just a chain. The waitstaff are friendly but really push you through as fast as they can. I asked him to wait a bit, but the main course still came out while I was eating my salad. Despite that, the prime rib and jus were already cold. Think tourist food, not high quality.

I’m from out of town and I went here on a reco. We ate at the bar. The bartender was fantastic. Walked us through the menu and happy specials. I had the steet tacos, both chicken and shrimp. They were delicious, and only 4 bucks for two. That combined with two dollar Sam Adams, this place is a cant miss.

Oh. This place is where I fell in love with Dallas. I asked for a beer and she handed me something called Shiner Bock. When I asked how much it was, a bartender said«$ 2.50». Coming from NYC, I was thinking to myself, ‘it can’t be $ 2.50. I must have misheard it and it probably is $ 12.50′. When I handed her $ 15, she gently pushed a $ 10 bill back to me and gave me a change of $ 2.50. So decided to stay here for dinner and it was quite good. Servers were nice, food was good, beer was cheap, and there were gorgeous Texan women everywhere. I thought I was in heaven except I saw smokers everywhere. If it wasn’t for that, I would have definitely given this place a 5-star rating.

Not the cheapest steaks around but always some of the best you can have after a long day of travel and so close to the hotel it is a cant miss for busy travelers

Rebecca at the bar. She is the greatest. I come in and my drink is waiting for me by the time I sit down. She recalls my order and the order of her packed bar to a tee! Sorry about the others who haven’t experienced her service. My personal experience with a variety of the waitstaff at that location is the attention the manager takes making his rounds around his restaurant. I am happy with their service. Consistency with the knowledge of the waitstaff I’m sure is challenging but regular training & followup will handle previous comments. I love my filet, I love my seafood fondue, I love the chicken & shrimp embrochette. I love the service I get. Thank you for giving me a reason not to cook and not making me sorry for making that decision. Thanks to the cooks who feed me.

My mother and I went here randomly. The waitress was friendly, but she wasn’t too helpful with bringing out our items on time. I had to wait extra amounts of time for my lemonade and the food was definitely lukewarm. My mother wanted a salt-free seasoning, which they didn’t offer so she made a suggestion to the manager about it. I feel that there should definitely should be alternatives when it comes to ordering in case you have a diet such as low sodium intake and so forth. I wasn’t that thrilled with the items. My food was lukewarm, as said earlier, and it tasted kind of bland. They put a general seasoning on it and I wanted a seasoned stake but had to spice it up more with A-1. Would I eat here again? Probably not. I prefer other places as to this one.

Wish I could have given this place more stars. But, the food and service was just«ok». First, the waitress must have been new and not well trained. She had no idea what types of wine or beer they had. Second, she spilled wine all over the place when opening the bottle at the table. Third, the steak was wayyyyy under cooked. Fourth, they only had one type of BBQ souce. Try to find another Steakhouse if you are in the Dallas area(by DFW). This place isn’t that great.
