CLOSED??? A couple days ago I tried to place a call in order for lunch and found that the phone had been disconnected. Hubby drove by and sadly informed me the shades were drawn and lights were off. I hope to see the kind family who operated this place again soon.

I have been to Teriyaki Wok a few times now and I would probably say it is the best Teriyaki in Issaquah… that being said, Issaquah really doesn’t have many Teriyaki choices! :-/ The first time I ordered I got the chicken teriyaki lunch. The dressing on the salad was very odd and just not good at all. I always ask for extra rice now which they don’t have a problem substituting, so that’s good. The chicken teriyaki is good with the perfect amount of sauce. At most places I request extra sauce because there never seems to be enough, but I’ve never had a problem here. The egg rolls are good but seems a bit pricey($ 1.99 for 1). This teriyaki restaurant is tucked away in the corner of a strip of stores. They have a ton of choices which is a bit overwhelming since I’m known to be indecisive. I usually call & order to go but I think next time I’ll actually go in and order off the menu(this will probably take me 5+ minutes to decide from all of the choices though). Today I saw a sign posted on the window for 4 different lunch specials like Chicken & Gyoza, Chicken & Egg Roll, etc for $ 7.49 that includes a 20oz soda. That’s a pretty good deal! Overall they’re good… but i wouldn’t say it was amazing.

Recently ate here with the husband. He ordered the Ramen Noodle and I ordered the Spicey Chicken Teriyaki. The Teriyaki wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t good either. It was spiced and cooked well but the quality of the chicken was poor. It tasted like it must have come right out of the freezer, very dry. There were hard pieces I couldn’t even chew through… not worth our $ 17 when we could have just gone to Yummy Teriyaki in Redmond and paid the same. Husbands Ramen noodle came straight for a 99 cent Ramen noodle packet. The broth in the soup was pretty decent but it seems like something we could have easily thrown together at home. This place is also pretty dirty. I think that’s the main drawback. I really wish they’d clean up, give this place a more welcoming feel/look. Won’t be eating here again, unfortunately. Sad. :(

I read the reviews hoping for something better than the Teriyaki joints up on the plateau, unfortunately, I am still disappointed. I ordered the Teriyaki chicken and Mongolian beef combo. The chicken was decent but the Mongolian beef tasted like truck stop beef jerky. I should have listened to the guy who suggested Toshi’s down the road.

Good place for chicken teriyaki. Decently priced, though slightly on the high side. Portions are sufficient, and the salad is tasty as well.

Been going here for 8 years! Love it. My usual is the chicken yakisoba without bamboo or mushrooms. Hubby usually gets chicken teriyaki with goyza. Love the goyza sauce. Love this place. All of my kids love it too, and I have a lot of kids! Just wish they could find better packaging for to go stuff, instead of styrofoam.

Will never eat here again. The owner of that place is rude. He doesn’t thank people for their business, he is argumentative and is disrespectful. In this day and age you need to treat your customers like they are the last ones walking in the door! Don’t waste your time here, go to Toshi’s Teriyaki down the street.

This place is good. The spicy chicken sauce is definitely above average and the amount of sauce to chicken/rice ratio is perfect. The salad was excellent and the service was friendly. Rapidly becoming a favorite.

This is one of those places that gets high scores for great service and great food! Their chicken teriyaki is fantastic. Their salad is great(I NEED that dressing recipe). I appreciate that they give you a great pre-meal soup on the house, they have warmed bottles of the Teriyaki sauce available at no charge. The owners are always there and are engaging but not imposing. The owner and I got into a conversation about my career and his son seeking possibly the same route. I enjoyed that it was an engaging conversation but he let me enjoy my meal. The Bento Box is fantastic! They are very accommodating when it comes to special orders … asking for different vegetables in certain dishes. Friendly and consistently quality! :) I fully support this restaurant!

Simple straight forward food with free tea. I always get the spicy chicken and Mushrooms. It is a nice mix of veggies and meat and way more exciting that normal Teriyaki.

Dirty restaraunt. The cook walked out to hand me my food and was wearing sweats and sandals with no socks. Chicken is not very good. Teriyaki sauce was poor. Not as bad as the dreaded teriyaki bowl in issaquah. But still not very good. Dont waste your time here, just drive 5 minutes down by the QFC and go to Toshis teriyaki which in my opinion is the only good teriyaki in issaquah.

So happy to find a good teriyaki place in Issaquah, close to my current home. I just went for my first time and thoroughly enjoyed the $ 4.99 lunch special teriyaki chicken. The sauce is thick, the chicken real, and salad dressing yummy. Not huge portions, so no left overs, but I’d prefer real meat over a lot of meat. The place is a bit difficult to find. It’s on the I-90 side of Gilman, near the Denny’s and JIB

T-Wok is one of the greatest unknowns in the city of Issaquah. Their Teriyaki bowl is extremely difficult to beat. The secret is in their teriyaki sauce. It doesn’t have that runny or watery consistency that you will get at other teriyaki places. It is so delectable that you keep going back because you can’t find any other place like it. They are extremely fast and quite friendly, and the owners are the ones who do the cooking so you know it’s about as legit as it gets. If you are looking for some good teriyaki, you have to go here. You can get a filling teriyaki bowl for just under $ 6.

I ordered spicy ramen and it is out of instant noodle… Not to mention they charge me $ 2 instead of $ 1 for chicken breast. Rip off!!! $ 10 for instant noodle with a little bit of chicken!
