We decided to give them one more chance and I have to say I am glad we did. We arrived just before the dinner rush and was seated immediately. Highly recommend going there outside of their busy hours. The hostess was very accommodating and we got a great table. The service overall was fantastic and our food came quickly. Their fried pickles had awesome flavor and a nice vinegar tang. Not too salty. The steaks were prepared properly. Not a «knock your socks off» meal, but very good for the price. It’s too bad that my first three experiences were so bad, as I think we can now add this to our list of places to go to have a decent steak dinner. Our only complaint would have to be the very loud music at times that kept us from being able to talk. I hey that it is supposed to be a Texas style steakhouse and they line therein music loud, but this was actually a little annoying to an otherwise nice experience. Sometimes the fourth time e is a charm.

Went there last night for Valentines day. Both of us ordered the Rib-eye. Hers was 12 oz, mine was 16. Hers was about ¼ inch thick and over cooked even tho she ordered it rare. Mine was about ½ in thick and cooked rare as ordered. Mine was so tough and had so much gristle it was inedible. I sent it back and the next one wasn’t any better. Both of the steaks I got had tendons running the full length of the steak and I could hardly cut off bites. I ate less than ¼ of it and took the rest of it home to feed to my dogs. Maybe they can eat it because I sure couldn’t. It was a Rib-eye but I would bet it was the lowest grade available. No flavor at all. Server was not very attentive. She was pleasant but absent most of the time. It was very crowded because it was Valentines day but still they danced and clapped for for birthday people. Would have been better to just get people in and waited on. Took a little over 3 hours from the time I put our name in till I paid the bill. We will not be going back.

My husband and I love this restaurant. Great appetizers, drinks and meals. Their rolls and bread are amazing too! Fun for a date night or with friends. They also do call ahead which is nice when it’s really busy.

This was our first time there. I like the way they do not take reservations but ask you to call before you come. I think this is very fair. In fairness, I thought the staff was amazing, very attentive. However, it went downhill when I was asked for ID when ordering drinks. I am 57 years old and no I to not take this as flattery but as a store policy that goes flat very fast. I can see if someone looks in and around 21, I get that. It actually makes me angry that in order to get a drink that I had to show my license. This killed the atmosphere of coming here. I get that this is not the waiters fault, he was only doing his job. I thought the steaks were amazing. I had the Porterhouse and my son had the New York. Interesting enough when I complained about having to show my ID before I received a drink to Texas Roadhouse website, the manager emails me back and says it is Washington State Law to card everyone. Oh no its not, this is clearly store policy. Be sure and be aware of your facts and data manager before spouting off Washington State Liquor Law This was a turnoff and yes I get it, I can walk with my pocketbook and I will and I have. I would suggest you retrain your employees and management because obviously you do not know the Law in Washington State

Pretty good steak. Really loud. Like really loud. Lots of food. The salad is pretty large plus you get bread. There are peanuts to shell at the table. This is a bit weird. Creates a huge mess and if more than two diners, we were forced to use our bread plates for the shells. Get early and get the early bird special(whatever it’s called). You’ll save $ I would go back.

This place is a joke. The general manager is rude and the lady working the bar was even more so. Instead of serving a customer on their 21 birthday they threw a huge fit, and in the end refused to serve any of us because we told them his drivers license was good until 11:59 on the day it expires while they were CONVINCED(without legal documentation to say otherwise) the license expired at 11:59 the day before. The DMV is closed and we couldn’t get him a paper copy so we didn’t have much choice. The attitude of the staff we dealt with was so poor, as compared to the usual cheery amazing service. However, because these know-it-all bartenders and general manager talking out their rear ends and ruining a 21 birthday party they have lost my family’s business for good.

Ok, this is a true steak house with the music, peanuts and shells on the floor. It’s a great meal at a reasonable price. Service on a very busy night was quick, friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the meal, but it was a bit loud and well loud. BUT, great food.

I travel to the Tri-Cities a bunch and almost always eat at the Texas Roadhouse at least one night. The prime rib is to die for. It is well marbled, juicy and flavorful. And they actually serve it medium rare(warm red center) if you order it that way. You get 2 sides which range from a fully loaded baked potato to green beans, fresh veggies, or salad. Delicious warm rolls with cinnamon butter and peanuts are on the table while you wait for dinner. I love the Skinny Lime margarita(under 200 calories) because it is huge and flavorful. I have brought a bunch of people here and they always love it and want to come back. I’ve never had bad service or a bad meal.

Reminded me of Logan’s in California. Service & food here was better. The grilled salmon was some of the best I’ve ever had!

Awesome steak… Noisy staff! The steaks are top notch, the staff seem to periodically start stamping on the floor and yelling uncontrollably for no reason. It kinda ruins the meal.

What a fun spot to check out. The drinks are gianormous for the price($ 6.50) and are good. Try their sangria :) We tried their fried pickles(thin slices and crispy), smothered chicken(opted out of the gravy), portobello mushroom chicken and the pulled pork. Everyone ordered mashed potatoes and side salads as the two sides and not one person had a complaint. Well except for being so full. The portions are out of control hence the Texas theme :) The bread they serve you is amazing. We all opted out of the cinnamon butter they give you. Oh and the servers do a dance every 30 minutes. That was the only annoying thing– it got old kinda quick. However if you know about it going in it’s not so bad :) The place was fun and entertaining and the food was on point.

My husband and I love to come here to eat he says the ribs are better than anyone else’s in the TC I usually have a Steak and it has always been cooked exactly the way I like. For Steaks at a good price and fun atmosphere this is the place to be.

I have eaten at our local Texas Roadhouse several times, and absolutely love the food, and the service is great. The peanuts are a truly nice touch, too ;-) I almost always have the early bird special of the 6oz sirloin, with chili, and some other side. I’ve never been disappointed. The only drawback is the noise. I understand that loud means it’s a happening place, but can’t help but wonder if the volume isn’t too much for the ears of children? I know it is for the ears of seniors. I therefore have a suggestion, two, actually. If the noise is bothersome, go as early as possible after they open, and two, could the management consider keeping the music low until, say, 6.30 or so, giving families time to come in, eat, and get their elders and or youngsters out before the happening starts? I wear hearing aids, and have two decibels left before I lose all of my mid range – where the human voice is. I wear them due to damage caused by loudness. I go early for dinner, and turn my aids off. By the time I leave, the noise is painful.

This place is fun. The food was excellent! The prices were very reasonable. The wait staff worked as a team and were fun to interact with. We loved it so much we went back two days in a row. I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

This place was great! The food was flavorful and reasonably priced for the amount. I got the country fried chicken, it was juicy and the brown gravy was great. My bf got ribs which were fall off the bone tender and came with great bbq sauce. The bread was also very good. The atmosphere was cute and entertaining for my bf and I, but a little loud. This probably isn’t the place to go for a quiet romantic dinner.

I order prime rib out as often as I can, and I can honestly say this was some of the most tender juicy prime rib I’ve ever had. It wasn’t heavily seasoned but that’s what the au jus and horseradish are for(ask for creamy AND grated).
The buns were incredibly fresh and tender; the whipped apple butter they came with was a nice touch.
I received free sauteed onions and mushrooms for sitting at the bar.
For my sides I got the mashed potatoes(had some of the skin which I like) with brown gravy and side salad. They were both just ok.
The décor was fitting and enjoyable; they have the«peanuts on the floor» thing going on with you guessed it, a country theme. The staff was friendly, helpful, and did line dancing.
TLDR: 5⁄5 Went there for prime rib, received awesome prime rib.

I’ve had some positive experience with other steakhouse chains in the south and as a lover of prime rib, we decided to go one weekend upon moving here. We were surprised at how packed it was on a Friday night but took that as a good sign since it seemed all of Kennewick was having dinner here. The service was great and everyone really friendly but what a waste of money! Their salad and rolls are decent but the prime rib was disgusting. It didn’t even taste like prime rib, just prime rib basted in some other meat gravy. My boyfriend got a burger and he while the size was impressive, the taste was not. This is why we rarely EVER go to chain restaurants. Thanks for confirming that TR. Also, why does anyone think the staff having to drop whatever they’re doing on a busy weekend night to line dance for a few minutes every hour for the guests is a good idea!!!

Well, I went against my last review and we went back but only because husband’s sister wanted to! I gave the prime rib a second go and remembered what I didn’t like about it in the first place — the rub they put on it has a faintly sweet flavor to it. I was spoiled with a wonderful cook for a Mom, her prime rib is still the best I’ve ever had. and prime rib is salty. garlicy. Not sweet! At least in my head, anyways. I will definitely remember not to order it if family wants to go again. Husband had the pulled pork platter. As with what he had the previous time, edible but just okay. Sister in law had a really good looking what looked like beef kebab meat with veggies and rice. I think that’s what I’ll have if she wants to meet up there again!
