I have to say this use to be my favoriate place to eat. I don’t know if it has new management or what but it has really turned bad. I thought for Valentine’s Day, I wanted to give it another try. My chicken on the Barbie was not cooked fully. It was pink! I had to send it back for more cooking and my husband ordered a steak and got a pork chop. We didn’t say anything about the mixed up meal but we were very disappointed ! I guess we will be going to Texas Roadhouse from now on too!

It has the standard look and feel for what you’d expect from a chain restaurant. One thing that impresses me about this location is the GM, as he has been here for a long time and I often see him helping out in the dining room. The sign of a good restaurant is when the manager is involved in taking care of the guests. I used to order the Porterhouse, but over the years it has gone down in size and up in cost. Since my waistline has also increased over the years, my new favorite thing to order is the Bleu cheese wedge salad. I love Bleu cheese, and the combination of ingredients work together really well. Service is always friendly, but not always fast. Ordering the same thing every time is a test of consistency, and I find my wedge varies in size and topping amount. The cheese fries are also another favorite, but sometimes are heavily salted and other times are not. It’s close to my work and still a favorite lunch spot when I feel like treating myself.

we went on sat. 11−7 – 15…thought we would give it another try after not going there for 4 years just because we were in that area of tri cities and didn’t want to fight the weekend traffic… but NOPE… still not good… matter fact its worse then it was 4 years ago… I had the barbeque chicken which was around 14.00 bucks… all that came with for 14.00 was a small tuff piece of chicken and a small amt. of vegi’s…no salad… no potato… WOW…then I had to go and order the lump crabcake for an extra 10.00 bucks(.beware…ummmm to say lump crabcake is stretching it greatly and it tasted fishy… not crabby fishy but fishy fishy)…so with my pop my meal was about 30.00 bucks by myself… in my book for 30.00 bucks you should get a 4 course meal in tri cities with the best service possible.(the bread is still the best thing!))…wont even bother with my hubbys dinner… it was about the same shape… I see this place closing like tony roma’s did if they don’t start making wiser choices on what they offer with their dinners. and knock their prices down a few buck for some dinners. i did give it a 2 star cause the gal with the aussy accent was soooo nice… and like I said at least the bread is still good… go to texas roadhouse… you can get the early bird yummy sirloin dinner for 8.99 and it come with 2 sides and all you can eat yummy biscuits and sweet butter…

I have never tried this place out before, but my friend always went here. She told me this horror story about how she had hair in her food, but not to let that deter me from trying it out. So, I gave it a chance. To my surprise, I also had hair in my food. I was so disgusted. I also felt like the server didn’t want to lose his tip so he obnoxiously tried to make conversation with me I will not be returning to this dreadful place.

We have lived in Tri-cities since August of last year. We eat out once a week or so, and had some business to take care of at Petsmart, right across the way from Outback. We found our family of four at Outback for dinner and were pleased that there was no wait, even at 6pm. The waitress seated us and our server was Johnny-on-the-spot, at the table(literally) within 90 seconds for our drink/appetizer order. We hadn’t had time to even glance at the menu, so we gave him our drink order and asked him to give us a minute to decide on an appetizer. He brought the kids’ drinks(the bar apparently needs 15 minutes to pour a glass of wine and a beer). We ordered he calamari appetizer, only to be told that they don’t have that anymore, and hadn’t for awhile. My question — which I kept to myself — WHY is it on the menu if it isn’t available? Aside from that, the food was great. My husband ordered a prime rib which was cooked PERFECTLY. I ordered a ribeye, medium rare, and was not disappointed. True to form, the Outback Ceasar salad was on point. My daughter ordered a bacon cheeseburger and loved it, my son is a mac and cheese kid, and even the mac and cheese was creamy and looked rather appealing. We were a tad shocked at a $ 108 tab, merely because in the past when eating at Outback, the tab resembled an Applebees tab. I could have seen $ 85 for dinner for four — but $ 108 was a bit of a shocker. Either way, not the end of the world. The food was good, give or take an unavailable appetizer. The service was good, Tyson was our server and he was attentive and friendly. Sterling’s restaurant is still our favorite local spot — but if we’re just jonesing for a nice hunk of red meat, we would consider coming back to Outback. It was tasty afterall.

This Outback is about the same as any other, except for the prices. I’m accustomed to paying around $ 10.99 for the 6 oz. sirloin, but here it costs $ 13.99. I travel for business and have to buy my own meals, so that’s too much for a 6 oz. steak, in my opinion. I’ll go somewhere else next time I’m in Kennewick.

If you’re familiar with Outback, then you know exactly what to expect. This spot is on par with all the others I’ve been to. Waitress/bartender was nice and attentive considering that she had a bar full of folks to deal with. Had the Blossom Burger and fries, which was great. I drink my tea unsweetened, and theirs was great. One thing I have to point out was that each table has a small Australia themed picture, and mine was a bit on the strange side, hahahaha!

Service at this Outback is great but my goodness they have no clue how to cook a steak. They can’t even follow their own guide they have on their menus. Medium is not rare nor raw!

We usually love the food at Outback but not this time. Food was overlooked and had no flavor. Not worth the $$

Went there tonight for the steak and all you can eat shrimp(16.99) but ended up paying 27.99 because I was offered two choices on steaks and chose the Victoria Filet but wasn’t told it was more than the Sirloin. The«unlimited» shrimp was limited by how long it took to bring me more(8 tiny shrimp at a time). The Steak was undercooked and I sent it back to be cooked more. Came back okay but was not all that impressive in flavor. Definitely not worth the 60.00 that we paid and I won’t be back. They also had bugs flying around my table and in my food but I chalked it up to par for their course.

I LOVE eating here. I can always count on getting a great steak as well as other wonderful sides. And the bread is delicious. Sometimes its crowded and the service is a little slow, but the food makes up for it. In my opinion it is worth the wait.

The food at this Outback Steakhouse was fine. I ordered the Salmon with two sides. I was happy that I ordered an appetizer too because the piece of Salmon was really small. The fried calamari was a little overcooked/dried out but with the dipping sauce it tasted okay. The restaurant staff was super friendly and overall wait was not bad. You typically can’t go wrong at a chain restaurant and this Outback Steakhouse is no different.

We came to the outback and were seated quickly, Our waiter was right on top of our drinks and helpful with suggestions, I decided to try their rack of lamb and boy that was a great choice! The lamb was cooked perfectly. My Hubby had the ribs, they were falling off the bone tender. The manager stopped by to see if we were happy with everything. I always add points for that customer service is important. If you want a great meal and an enjoyable evening you should try them.

Blooming onion was overcooked so it was oily, crisp, and way too spicy. My shrimp Alfredo was dry because there was barely any sauce on the noodles. Only went there because we had a gift card, but never again. Also when I got up to leave my slippers stayed stuck to the floor. Not a sign of a very clean restaurant.

Victoria steak melts in your mouth. I got a salad and the mixed veggies for sides. Both were very fresh. The veggies were perfectly cooked and flavorful.

I’ve been to this Outback a few times. Over the course of 5 years it has slid further down. Now i’m not so pleased to see that it has hit rock bottom. Being seated was fine. We arrived before any dinner rush on a Friday(4pm). We ordered our food and the waitress was okay. Outback has cheapened out on everything it seems. They now ask if you want bread and seem to scowl at refills and more bread. We ordered our food and it all went downhill. We waited what seemed like an eternity. It’s always fun when you get to see your waitress waiting on everyone except for you for some reason. I think it was because more people with bigger parties came in. I’m not sure. The food finally came out. I had the«bacon cheeseburger» because I no longer trust outback with steak. The bacon was barely bacon(almost bits) and the«aged cheddar» well didn’t taste. The burger was overdone. My wife’s chicken was the worst. An overcook and unseasoned breast that was low quality. They didn’t even bother to put honey mustard on it either. Just awful. My daughter wouldn’t even touch her cheeseburger. It looked like it was fished out of the garbage. When we complained the waitress said she would take the 2 items off the check. After that the manager came and seemed to want to interrogate us on what’s wrong. It wasn’t a «so sorry this happened» it was more like«show/give me evidence». He said sorry but you could tell he had other motives then service recovery. After that I had to stand up after about 20 minutes of waiting for the check. After all that the waitress decided she would just serve and help everyone else instead. Then the couple behind us complained about the steak. They too commented this outback has seen better days. I had to wave down the manager just to get the check. The waitress finally came right after with it and snipped«I had to take the items off». I said«well didn’t think it would take 20 minutes to do that». Left a 1.00 tip and told her I will never be back ever again. I meant it. I don’t know if I can even go to other Outbacks.

We had an early Friday dinner so it was not very crowded. The other reviews I read complained about the service, and most were old. All of the food was good and predictable. We probably eat here once or twice a year. My medium steak was medium and very good, the garlic mashed potatoes were good too, but my broccoli was a little mushy. Nothing to complain about really. Since we were celebrating my birthday we got some ice cream and shared it and that too was good. I would probably not go when it is crowded or there was along wait. We were seated immediately at about 5PM on a Friday.
