Food was decent, nothing mind blowing and was affordable. Lobster was a bit over cooked but hey… it was $ 20 and came with great mashed potatoes and asparagus. Music was loud and annoying since the radio was on, plus a lady was gigging in the next room with her drum machine and laptop. Service was kind and attentive.

Best place to go in Rehoboth for dancing. Great DJ, and the floor is never so crowded that you can’t really enjoy yourself. The drinks are so-so… but they’re strong enough I guess.

My friend and I went there last night. For appetizers, we got the shrimp roll and calamari and both were too greasy. My friend got the scallops on a mushroom risotto which lacked salt. I got the ny strip steak which was dry but came with a delicious sauce. The service was great, but the food needs improvement. We have eaten here before and the food before was very good.

Quite a pleasant surprise… drinks, seafood pasta, ribs were exceptional… service was prompt and perfectly efficient… and a very reasonable check was the crescendo.

This applies to the bar ONLY… Havent stepped foot in Cloud 9 in at least 5 years and it looks like they have not updated ANYTHING in about 5 years either… place is dated looking and it is no longer a «hot spot» in Rehoboth. shame, because it is equipped to be a hot spot(the square footage, outdoor area, location, etc)…Heard that they have been trying to sell the building for a while and that might explain why there is no buzz to it anymore. Place reeked of stale beer and cigarette smoke coming from right outside. Won’t be going back there. Rehoboth desperately needs 1 to 2DIFFERENT/ADDITIONAL gay bars and maybe when the economy recovers, someone with some vision will buy this gem of a space and turn it into something truly spectacular.

Shirtless does not a fast bartender make. The bar has great potential, but as long as these one-drink-order-at-a-time bartenders cover it, that potential will be wasted. If what we saw tonight happens on July 4th, in regards to drink-serving speed, this place will be another Grotto Pizza before you know it. We need more gay bars in Rehoboth. Cloud 9 can be one of those bars. But you have to speed it UP, boys. Speed it UP!

Good place for wine, BIGGLASSES, watch out for the black tooth! Menu lacks delivery but the food is great, the best thing is a side dish that you cant order on its own, lobster mac and cheese. Dancing in the back, on Rehoboth beach.

Went here for end of the night drunk dancing, the crowd was a male and female mix of the gays. Expensive drinks.

We visit Rehoboth a couple times a year and always have dinner at Could 9 at least once during our stay. The prices are good and the staff are always on top of everything. Last night was our last night at the beach so we thought dinner at Cloud 9 would be a nice way to end our stay. As always the staff was efficient, friendly and knowlegebale. We started with a Lemon Drop Martini and a Manhattan, both were perfect and quite large in size(not a half glass like most places). For appetizers we opted for a delicious carrot and crab soup and a very tasty ceasar salad. For entrees we had a superb shrimp pasta dish that was very tasty with the pasta cooked to perfection. For the other entrée we had the Filet Migon, outstanding! The filet was one of the best I have ever had, tender, cooked properly, just a total delight! We were quiet full after dinner so we declined dessert but the desserts we saw on other tables looked fabulous. Oh, one more thing… the entrees were«buy one get one free» so that was an added bonus(by the way folks, if your food and service were good it is considered proper to tip on what the check would have been if the second entrée was not free) Cloud 9 is consistantly good and even though the dinning room was rather full, inucluding a large party the service was perfect, un rushed and friendly. We will be moving to Rehoboth next year and Cloud 9 will certainly a restaurant we frequent!

We had dinner here Saturday night. The drinks were excellent as was the appetizer, fried calameri. I had the rock fish, which was excellent, my friend had the seafood pasta that he said was acceptable. We had cream burlee for dessert which was out of this world. Cloud 9 is a good place to eat when you want to get away from the chains but do not want to break the bank. The help was friendly, although not the most efficient. What do you expect, it is a beach town in August.

If you like amazing seafood, music and flare this is the place to be on an early Thursday evening for Dinner. I had the Tomato Tower and it’s the best salad to share for two people. I had the Scallops and it was amazing. Cooked just right not overcooked at all and should just be a couple of minutes on each side was evidence here. My partner had the Baby Back Ribs which was great as well. Very tender and fallen off the bone with that distinct unique flavor. We also had a few drinks which was inexpensive. It was buy 1 get 1 free(Thursday Nights only) I have been both coming for a couple of years now and know the owner personally. She was great and took care of all of us. Amazing staff and knowledgeable people. Anytime is great for early Dinner here at Cloud 9. But, Thursday nights before 8P or earlier are the best times because of the buy one get one free deal and with drinks you never go wrong. I highly recommend this place for it’s ambiance, flair, great 80’s music and newer. This is the place to be scene on a night out for sure. The food is great and your mouth will water. Mmmmmm!!!

Terrible experience. Waiter proceeded to tell us how it was half price pasta dish night, followed immediately by «here are our pasta specials for this evening…» We ordered one pasta special and one regular menu item. Needless to say, the special was not half price when we were presented with our bill. When we questioned him, he said«oh well, the specials aren’t half price» and then just stood there looking at us and didn’t budge. And it’s not even like that dish was special– it was really just one of the regular pasta dishes with a different sauce and with chicken on top of it– it could have easily been halved in price without breaking the bank. You can be sure the full price of that pasta came out of his tip though. Also, our chocolate martinis tasted like trash. No, sorry, dirty water is what we called it. Just terrible. We told the bartender as we left, and there was no apology, no «oh thanks for your input,» there was only«Well, that’s how we make them.» Maybe they just didn’t like us because we were girls? Whatever, there are plenty of gay places in Rehoboth that I LOVE and that love me right back.

I haven’t eaten at this restaurant, but the dancing here was very fun. The music was great, and the bar was cheaper-than-expected. The crowd was mostly young gays(30 and under), and the music ranged from 80s remixes to techno. In the last weekend of August last summer, it was STILL packed until closing time.

Oh my gosh! This is the town’s hot spot for dancing. I felt so included on the dance floor. Tons of guys willing to freak, and get sweaty with you(me). They had to ask us to leave when the music ended, and everyone was still dancing to no music, and full lights. Tell Me More, Tell me More! Oh oh, oh those Summer Nights…
