I was so disappointed, they somehow managed to serve me my favorite peppercorn steak sandwich cold. I really don’t know how that is possible being that they run it through a little grill heater thing… but somehow they pulled it off, the roast beef was cold, the cheese was barely melty and the red onions were not very sauteed. Oh well, that’s the breaks, I should have noticed there was no one in there during lunch.

Such bad service it’s unreal. Girls were bitchy and impolite. They got my order wrong and I made them do it over again. Too bad there’s fucking nowhere else to go In this shitty ass town. Some dude did just let me hit his chronic which was real nice. Fuck Quiznos spend your money on that good herb

Gave them a second chance today, the first time I felt like the sub was skimpy on the meat, not at all what Quiznos standard used to be. Maybe the standards have changed since the companies bankruptcy. Today the meat was skimpy again and could hardly taste it, I got the Classic Italian. Might as well have stopped at the store and bought some bread and Italian dressing. It’s a bummer because Quiznos used to be so good, not sure about the location and their past quality. On a positive note, the ladies working were very nice.

junk thanks for having a very bland tasting product that was supposed to have marinated meat and horse radish. The meat tasted stringy and terrible and the horse radish was like warm jelly. Quiznos has went down hill fast I will not be returning. Way over priced for the quality you get.

Bad customer service, I walked out. I reported it to their corporate and they basically told me to pound sand. I’ll never go back. Snarfs is better anyways.

This place makes me want to cry. The ingredients should be fresh but what I got was old red onion (looked like a couple weeks old and soft), lettuce that was brown on the ends, sandy tomatoes, and the slimiest turkey I have ever eaten in my life. It was absolutely disgusting. The only thing that was okay was the mozzarella but they only put one slice. And customer service was terrible, not one smile. AWFUL.
The place was deserted during lunch hour and I can see why. Try to go to a location that is more frequented and maybe there will be fresher ingredients.

My sandwich was made fine, but I’m disappointed they don’t leave the sauces out for people. Had to ask for a few sauces, each one was half-​filled. I was told that the reason was because people abused sauce privileges (e.g. Filling up half a dozen to take home) and this was the reason. Well, then have a policy banning this! But half-​filled sauce containers are no good.

Amazing customer service. Friendly, funny, fast! Somehow my sandwich was misplaced between ordering, and checking out… Which is understandable because they were so busy. The staff didn’t miss a beat. They immediately re made my sandwich. I can’t say enough good things about this place. If I lived closer than a 3 hour flight from here I would visit frequently.

pure junk, most of their subs are drowned with sauces, these are not real old fashioned subs. I refuse to waste my money on a lunch that’s mediocre at best. i think people just eat there for convenience and haven’t discovered the great places. Franchises like this and Subway lack real quality in my opinion. if you’re looking for cheap, this is it, you get what you pay for.

one of my favorite fast foods — toasted sandwiches, salads, and soups made with some care. This franchise appears to be run or owned by a woman and her 3 daughters — they pile on the fresh toppings proportionately so the sandwiches always look and taste good. There’s also a cool manager that remembers your name. I also like that they’re never too crowded or busy, or maybe I just go at off-​peak times…
oh, and i dig the free pickles and peppers too.
All that sauce and cheese on the sandwiches and dressing on the salads may not be good for me, but it’s a notch or two above the standard fast food we’ve been stuck with for decades!
