DONOTEATHEREORPARKHERE. If you step one foot outside of the imaginary line of they’re property they will boot you in less than 5 minutes. I will never do business here again. Ive been coming to this subway for 3 years bc it is away from the college crowd. I parked my car, walked over to the Indian Restaurant to see they’re menu out of curiousity, then came out to go back to Subway. In the three minutes I was gone my car was already booted by the property management company the owner of this particular Subway hired. I had to pay $ 103. I talked to the owner of Subway and said he lost a customer of 3 years to the punitive booting. He was defensive and said it doesnt matter bc he now is up $ 400/mo in revenue since he got this booting started 2 months ago. I told him to check his revenue after a few months when he’s lost customers due to his overboard booting. The owner at the guitar shop verified that it was the Subway owner who started the booting. The waiters at Verde were understanding saying they know they are losing business bc of it. Basically the owner of Subway has gone overboard, is punitive, and hurting his and the next door restaurants bc of this method.

The property management group responsible for the building and the parking areas as well as the owner of Subway is horrendous. My car was also booted when I ate at the restaurant right next door. I was forced to pay $ 103 to get it removed or have my car towed. The Subway owner also refused to compensate me or even speak with the property management company AND I was even buying lunch for a coworker to bring back with me. This is a terrible way to run a business and a great lesson on how not to treat your clients.

I was a pretty loyal customer of this particular Subway despite having some issues with counter service staff turnover. However, the property management group responsible for the building and the parking areas«submarined» my patronage. Despite having eaten here no less than 300 times over the past two years, my car was booted when I ate at the restaurant next door. I explained to the owner that I had tried to eat at Subway, but the line was out the door and I only had a 30 minute lunch break. Quiznos had no line so I jumped over there. I was in Quiznos for 15 minutes and had a metal boot on my car when I returned. I was forced to pay $ 103 to get it removed or have my car towed. The Subway owner refused to compensate me or even speak with the property management company. This is not the way a reasonable business person should treat his clients. Up to this point I probably ate at Quiznos 5 times, but I guess that will change moving forward. To make matters worse, the parking lot was not even full…

Just ate lunch at 28th street Subway, had philly steak and cheese. The staff was quick and friendly the restaurant was very clean, and the sandwich was very good. Monte Hall Longmont Colorado
