I mean, you do get your food, that’s about it. Good luck finding someone here who speaks English or can get your order right the first time though. Don’t come here if you’re in a rush.

Right now they have some newbies preparing food, and I get the mistakes of a new employee. But c’mon they didn’t wrap my friends sub right, nor tucked the sub so it wouldn’t «explode» the ingredients, he was slow as well as his co-worker. His coworker was doing the same.

Been going here for the past couple of months and have noticed the service has gone down. Even when it’s not crowded the staff takes forever to make your order.

I get satisfied with subs n pizzas at subway. They make great sandwiches n have awesome customer service. The store is always clean and have no complains. This is one of my favorite places to go to eat sandwiches or personal pizzas.

I haven’t been to this place since October and for good reason. When I first walked through the door the two people behind the counter were literally throwing food at each other. I got my sandwich and suffered through a nasty case of listeria for the week after. I’ve gotten pregnant since then so no way in hell am I going back to this place.

The bf and I were craving some subway and decided to head over to this location. Plus today was free cookie day. Was expecting O. K service b/c we have been here before in the evening. Had went around 11:00 am and the man that helped us didn’t seem to be alert. He was moving at a snails pace and was rude. He asked my bf if he wanted veggies on his sandwich. The bf replied no and the worker picked up a single piece of lettuce and put in the middle of his sandwich. He then proceeded to smash his sandwich down with unneeded force. I was shocked. We wont be coming back to this subway during mid-day any more.

One of the most important things for me at subway is they have the original Sun Chips! It kinda is a big deal for me! This one has them so that’s a plus. Also that it’s clean and the associates are friendly and it was and they were. I have been to the one in the Mall but have not had good experiences there.

I’ve been going to this particular location on average, 3x a month for the past 7-years, mostly because of it’s close proximity to where I work. They’ve changed ownership over the years and as of late, their customer service has suffered but, it’s no biggie… until today. The gentleman ahead of me was ordering his sandwich and asked for«extra extra» olives. His sandwich artist put on a good handful, about 1⁄3 cup of olives on his sandwich. I too love olives so, when it came to making my sandwich, I asked for lettuce and onions… the two CHEAPEST produce items they offer. So, I candidly asked my sandwich artist(different person) to put olives. So, she puts just about 8 pieces of sliced olives. I said, «Can you put a little extra?» So she grabs a pinch more, not much though. Then I said, «No, can you put EXTRA olives like she(pointing to the other sandwich artist) did on that guy’s sandwich?» She answered back, «Oh that’ll cost extra.» WTF? I have never, ever been told that in the 20+ years I’ve been eating at Subway. So I said, «Well, it’s not like I got tomatoes or any other veggies.» She had no answer and was just yelling to the other sandwich artist, «You’re not supposed to be doing that, we’re supposed to be watching food costs!» Um… I just dropped $ 6.00 on a sandwich with 15-cents(if that) worth of produce so, food costs? Really now? I will NEVER go to this Subway again. Well, no, I will go again, but only to redeem my points for the 5 or 6 free sandwiches I’ve earned with their Subway rewards club! Other than that, I won’t drop another penny here. Mwahaha… TAKETHAT!
